I wish I could leave no stars! we have purchased several appliance from them and they have needed serviced so much. They keep fixing the same problem without actually fixing it. We have been calling them about a repair on our fridge that they came and looked at, we needed the information to submit to the warranty center its been 3 months and we still do not have our fridge fixed, or the invoice to get it covered. there customer service is terrible!

Stopped into the retail store recently and was extremely impressed with the quality of merchandise, the selection of merchandise and the low prices. I purchased extremely high quality commericial-grade pans for less than I would have spent at other retail stores who dont even carry the quality to compare with what HRI has. I will definately return there in the future when in need of cooking/baking utensils.

Ive been to this supply shop more than once and every single time Ive been there the employees have been nothing short of helpful and nice even the few times Ive been looking for something they didnt carry. I have a kitchenaide mixer also and recently I found out that they service them; so yay! Now I wont have to send it some place if I ever need to have mine serviced. I run a soap and bath and body company and alot of the products I use are food type items. I only wish they sold palm oil in large quantities!

I call everyday and Thomas Higgins hangs up on me.
