The regular workers there are beyond generous and friendly !! However this is getting 1 star because the new Hispanic lady accused me of stealing 2 Gatorades lol. Didnt say anything at checkout just asked where they were, I told her i didnt want them, I checked out and then she comes out and tells the nice lady I always checkout with to take pictures of my truck because I stole Gatorade. I got back out of the truck and took her right to where I left them. Unreal to accuse someone of stealing something unless you know for sure. Anyone that goes in after 9:40 gets hassled or denied. Just walked in during their posted hours. Clerk mumbled under his breath that they were closed. He realized the sign was still on and turned it off. Three other people were already in the store. As each person checked out, the annoyed clerk let each person know the store was closed. A group of 4 walked in as I was leaving and they were denied at the door, still before 10pm close time. I showed the clerk the time on my phone, that it was before 10 and he shrugged. Reluctantly, the clerk caved and allowed them service only if they knew exactly what they were getting. But they had to stand at the door while he retrieved it.

Ive been a customer since the week they opened and have never had an experience like I did today. After purchasing 5 bottles of wine, 2 packs of cider, and 10 pounds of ice, I asked for a box to carry it in. The guy said no, were running low, even as I eyed a stack up the wall at the other end of the counter. Instead he put *all* the alcohol in a single bag -- he wouldnt even double-bag it. Naturally, the bag split about the time I got to my car. The part that is really upsetting it that the next two customers to exit had their purchases in boxes. WTH? Was it because I was the only person in the store wearing a mask?

This place is lucky they are local with no competition…customer service leaves something to be desired!!

Are you in Erie and need wine, liquor or beer? This fits the bill. I dont think Id drive far out of my way to get here, but its an excellent option anytime its convenient. Never a bad experience.

Nice local liquor store with a decent selection for the size. Prices are quite a bit higher than grocery stores or bigger liquor stores but the convenience is hard to beat.

Decent sized store (definitely bigger than it looks from Erie Parkway). Staff is always friendly. Anytime I’ve ever stopped in here, they always have what I need, or they have helped me find a good alternative. Nice to have this close by and not have to drive out of the way to get a bottle of wine or liquor when it’s needed.

Everything is overpriced and they no longer seem interested in loyal customers. Been shopping there for more than 10 years, starting in their previous location but won’t be back.

Ive been shopping here for over a decade. They have a great selection and a friendly staff in a nice building at a good location.

I love this store. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I cam always count on getting a good laugh when I go here. The staff is always willing to help an indecisive person as myself make a decision, especially when it comes to my wine!

We are no longer shopping here due to your mask policy. We typically spent $100 - $200 per month here (which, I realize may indicate I have other issues to deal with) but unfortunately can not support them any longer, even though they are local.

Theres a great selection of beers and wines but Im a little disappointed in one thing. The store says Wine and Spirits I did not see a single ghost the entire time I was there or even hear one ghost story from the cashiers. The selection was fine so Ill come back again.
