Well, not only did I not get my order when they sent me a text & said it was delivered & was not. I finally got a number for customer service & he said it would be delivered by UPS on Friday & wanted my card number again. It ended up it was delivered last night but no message saying it was going to be delivered!! However, when I checked my bank account this morning they took it out twice. I tried calling them & the recording said they were open at 8am, it is now 8:24, they said to call back at regular business hours. This is unbelievable!!! How are they running their business!!! Im willing to work with them but please get things right like only charging once for the same order!!!!!

I recently ordered Schwans after years of not having them.Driver was very polite and helpful.Food was delicious as always.What I DIDNT LIKE is the PRODUCT SHORT SIZING.Boxed food PORTIONS ARE SMALLER while being MORE EXPENSIVE.I do understand when wages and delivery costs rise prices must too.The problem is that when those costs drop(fuel prices especially).Those RE-ADDED PROFITS go to WELL-TO-DO EXECs and corporate owners.They DO NOT go back to PRODUCT SIZE INCREASES nor REGULAR WORKERS take home MONEY.Those PROFITS should not go to CEOs BONUSES or CORPORATE D*CKs already cushy COMPENSATION PACKAGES. Schwans RAISE drivers WAGES or RESIZE your PRODUCTS properly. >>>Hey DRIVERS a UNION RAISES your WAGES and COMPENSATION
