Nice people who put the needs and wants of my kid first while still practicing social distancing. They made sure she got involved during the building process and made sure that she was having a fun time. If its up to my daughter, we will definitely be returning.

Was a Surprise trip today. They were very good and helpful. Followed the social distance rules.

Bomb stuffed animal machine, didnt know animals were made this way but I aint gon complain, da bear is soft, and decently priced would build an animal again.

I dont think there is anything negatice to say about this place, rvrtyone has a teddy bear as a kid, some of us never surrender our bears to the past and even add to.our fut family.Some helpfull advice the one I gave my mom had a magic wand, she loved the bear hated the wand .

The staff here was so friendly and they were very covid conscious. It was nice that the kids were still able to have a good experience.

VERY UPSET!! Went with my grand daughter for her birthday, as we have done for the previous 7yrs, and they were closed!! Website says open but I called anyway before we left. They said they were open! We drove over 30 mins to get there with my excited little birthday girl, only to have her excitement crushed. If your closed...say so on website as well!!!

Took my 2 kids here for the first time. Wonderful experience.

Only complaints are the high price points for the clothing and accessory options. Also had issues with the voice recording in the bears hand. Took 3 times to find one that wasnt faulty.

Fun place to take kids. This location isnt bad. I recommend it to others.The staff is friendly and overall helpful. One employee looked like a real-life Harley Quinn - which was a little concerning, but other than that...Be prepared for sticker shock, though! These items are not affordable. We had to save, save, save.

Its a great place to take your kids do an activity that you both can get it on and share the experience. When you have multiple children that gets a little chaotic but thats to be expected when you have more than one. The prices are reasonable the options are excellent for what youre doing and its fun for the whole family. Young kids are old kids alike everybody can enjoy this place building a stuffed animal

I always love build-a-bear. Im so happy that they got my partner to actually do all the things they have the little kids do. It was so silly to see him do that just to pick out and make a bear for me. It really made my birthday so special.

I loved taking my kids to get them a build a bear. Spent about what I thought I would. $50/kid. Total was $167ish for 3 build a bears.

Went for an interview. Felt like I was a joke to everyone the whole time. The person who interviewed me was VERY Up tight. Acted like they didn’t even want me. Couldn’t wait to go out and talk to the other employees.

My kids loved it but my wallet did not. $ 145. For two animals wow!

They had the stuffed animal my son was looking for, and by chance it was 40% off when we went.
