I walked in just to look around, have been in the market for a new flat screen. The manager handed me a coupon that was good for anything in the store. Because of that gesture, the TV I had wanted was priced about $50 lower (including tax) than any vendor on the Internet. I decided to make the purchase on the spot. Since the Erie store didnt have one in stock they arranged for me to pick up the set at a store thats only about 3 miles from my home. Great transaction.

What a joke... Went to purchase a new dryer, needed propane and bottom vent, no problem I was told, dryer will be here Tuesday, orifice Thursday. Went to pick up Friday, no orifice, will probably be 2 weeks, REALLY!!! Family of four, 2 weeks no dryer? Get dryer home and not set up for bottom vent, why am I surprised? Should have left sitting on store show room floor and walked out.Is this the first bottom venting propane dryer hhgreg has ever sold? Very inexperienced staff, only worried about the sale at hand.NEVER AGAIN!!!

AND THEY WONT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND BECAUSE I PAID IN CASH!!!! SINCE WHEN IS CASH A PROBLEM??!! I CAN ONLY RECEIVE $250 NOW, THE REST THEY HAVE TO MAIL TO ME. WHY? Bought a computer, it was a total pain in the ass to get it up and going! We bought a returned one because they said the only problem was that it was to slow for the original purchaser. That he was a gamer. Bull crap, this Toshiba is one of the slowest laptops ever. I also specifically asked if they had a product key code for Microsoft! They said everything I need is in the box and that it came pre loaded. GUESS WHAT I DONT HAVE AND CANT USE. This computer that I am using to write this complaint is going back TODAY!

I been in waterford 2 yrs,everytime i call on a thurs or fri between 6pm and 8 pm,phones busy and when u call back,it just rings and rings and rings !!!!!!!!idk how anone could even write a good /bad review when u cant ever get a hold of them and look at the actual customer i think the good reviews are the owners or ppl that know of them thats why the good reviews are anonymous
