Make sure asked them first the cost and tell them not to touch other things except for what reason you came. Otherwise they keep increasing the Cost once they pull in your truck.When you don’t agree with their cost.They ask you to pay for the labor and take back your truck. So you have no choice except follow what they want.This is my experience, they have done to me.Better i go for freightliner. No more volvo

Five, five five!!!!No, Im not their employee, Im just another Volvo owner.Had a fuel pressure problem, so stoped in the morning at this dealership. Despite the fact not being the only one, my truck has been diagnosed immediatelly and driven inside a bay within a couple of minutes. After an hour or so, I have been called and explained the technical problem along with the fact that the needed parts werent in stock, but could be brought from another shop within 1-2 days. We agreed that they order the parts, while me on my way back after finishing my deliveries within 2 days, will come to finish the repairs. So I have been placed on the schedule and have came in again on the agreed day. The same story: taken inside immediatelly and after 3 hours i was again a happy owner of a volvo without check engine light.No, they do not talk too much, no they do not take smoke brakes every half hour, they just do their job!By far, the most professional, quick and hard working team of any Volvo dealerships I have ever seen and if my truck will ever breake down again, I pray this will happen in Erie area.

The tech brought his service PC, connected it to the truck, and started playing with his phone. i guess he was looking for answers on Facebook, then charged me for 3 hours diagnostics fee (we were there less then 2 hours) and did nothing, informed us he cant do anything. Job done !Parts department was incredibly professional, they took my VIN to find parts and gave me totally wrong tail light...professionals from god, fast and agile, concrete burning underfoot, can do anything if they are lucky. If this was only in russia ...

Had my driver go in and they diagnosed my truck with just 80,000 miles on it (full warranty) and said the EGR cooler and valve need replaced which I dont believe at all but they dont have the parts to replace it and dont know when they will receive them. With that being said I wanted to pull my truck since they cant even fix it but they still charged me. If you cannot fix something and dont know when you can why charge the customer? Funny thing is I purchased this truck from them and was about to call them to get another one. I will not be going back to this business. I will update tomorrow when I get it diagnosed by a friend of mine at a volvo dealer.

Needed to get the truck speed governed for a load going into Canada. Called ahead and explained that I was under a sensitive Government Defense shipment and couldn’t be delayed for more than an hour. On arrival I had a speedy check in and was bounced to the head of the line. In and out in under an hour. Super nice people. Wish I passed here more often. Highly recommended.

Came to this shop in the late evening on 6-5-20, they got my truck in and found the problem within 20 mins. They also took care of other wiring issues. By far the most time efficient and knowledgeable volvo shop Ive been to. They didnt BS around with me which a lot of shops do.

Top notch quality Service, been at Legacy shop few times they really took care of my truck each time. Their Service staff is extremely helpful.Also Legacys Mechanics are highly trained and experienced. Theyre all about precision and efficiency, they get right to the point.

Stay away from the shop is a bad customer service bad technician

I scheduled an appointment for my driver to stop in for a diagnostic at 1pm. My truck wasnt taken into the shop until 3pm. This isnt a big issue however all they did to my truck was take the side plastics off and open the hood. Two hours went by and nothing was done to my truck. 3 guys hanging out and not touching a single tool. I called service several times and spoke with Jeff. He told me that his guys were behind and were all working on another truck because that guy was in the shop since 9am. I asked him will I get charged since nobody is touching my truck. He stated, no the mechanics are clocked in on the other truck. My driver was running out of hours and we couldnt wait any longer so I called back and said I needed my truck out asap. They call me back all of the sudden saying they found a code, P20ee, that has no definite repair at the moment. They also want to charge me $581 for a 4 hour diagnostic because my truck was in there from 3pm to 7pm. Hows this possible when Jeff said the mechanics were clocked in fixing another truck? We have pictures and video proving that nobody was working on our truck. I recommend to never take your truck here for service unless you want to blow money. Second shift is a joke!

Very good people at this company. They do good work, stand behind it and always do what they can to make it right. We recently took a work truck there that died. It had recently been inspected by them. Ended up having a bad fuel filter. They covered the replacement at no charge. Good folks!

We asked for PM service (OIL CHANGE, check Fluids and check brakes, greasing truck, ), Once they were done they came back with a BILL OF $600 ! Unbelievable !!!!!If you wanna do PM ask for prices before you get charged double in this place. I will NEVER come back here again.

Unsatisfied with customer service(bad communication), very slow with taking orders and localizing problems ( service desk agents are constantly running to the back room for..?)I guess repair didn’t take that long but I spent whole afternoon waiting for repairs then after six hours of waiting for cal to pick my truck I walked in only to find out that the replacement will be next day and, finally, it arrived in the morning next day. It’s noon now and hopefully I’ll hit the road soon...Update: I got back my truck by 1:30pm and, yes, Mike The truck perform regeneration on its own afterwards even you said you can’t do it with your fancy tools.P.S. make sure all your valuable stuff is taken with you-I missing my Knipex pliers and interior LED blue light after a wonderful service...

This place it’s joke they charge 3hours diagnosing and little air leak over $900 and I still have the air leak owner app be aware this place

They really do try and get you out quickly, had several issues with my 2013 mack over the years, had much better luck getting consistent and complete repairs performed on a timely basis.

I had great experience with this shop, our 99 Peterbilt had light issues, in the rain or snow we would loose lights because of bad wiring connections and wherever we went to fix it they would just do lousy job, those guys took all old wiring out and replaced them with all new once, job well done, I will get back here again.Jaam Trucking, Inc.Thank you.

They get the job done but it’s not cheap I was here in October of 2018 replaced a new EGR cooler and AHI valve and lines a new 7th injector and did a diagnostic test came out to $6400 with labor

These people are crooks. Took them 72 hours to find out a problem charged me 1600$, because I told them I dont want to fix the truck by them. After spending two days at this place I was told that I will need to pay 7k or much more then that. I refused, told them to put my truck back together so I can leave, could not do it same day, did not feel like at the time. Mike at the service dep. told me that he was at 861$ that I need to pay for them checking the truck, next morning they called me with a bill of $1600. If these people are not crooks not sure who is.

Like most dealerships. Masters if padding your bill. Over charge hours of diagnosis even if it is obvious what the problem is. I could see no one was diagnosing my truck for hours like they claim but they dont even just get to the repair because they have to run the clock so u cant say that it hasnt been diagnosed for hours.

Our truck has been there for 3 days on what was quoted a 3 hour job. They keep giving us the run around and know nothing when talking on the phone. Keep blaming it on parts not coming in, although the job was scheduled days in advance. Wouldnt recommend them.
