Great service just a little pricey.

We ordered the St. Pattys Day fruit platter over the weekend. We devoured it in one sitting! The fruit was fresh and flavorful, with a nice assortment on the platter, and it was arranged attractively. We do love getting these arrangements for special occasions (it was actually to celebrate my birthday) and wish they were just a bit cheaper so we could afford to do it more often! Always good, though, and always worth ordering!

They assembled a beautiful arrangement and were very friendly and helpful when discussing payment and delivery. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent service, quality, and value! I placed an order for one dozen of chocolate covered strawberries at about 11:30 AM and the order was delivered two hours later! For a reasonable price, the delivery was fast and the quality was excellent!

A great experience, prices and products to fit any occasion, the delivery person went above and beyond going back to the home several times throughout the day making sure someone was there to receive the arrangement. If your looking for something other than flowers try Edible Arrangements.

I have seen their backroom and I can tell you its super clean, literally you can eat off of the floor.These guys are fanatics when it comes to cleanliness!!!Their food is hand-picked and their standards are extremely high.Lots of pride in their arrangements and process. I just cant say enough as to how meticulous of an operation this is.

I ordered my arrangement online and as soon as my order was placed I received a phone call from the store...thank goodness they followed up with me or Id have received the bouquet at my house lol! Thank you! It arrived to its destination when it was supposed to and I was told the arrangement was beautiful and delicious! I would definitely order from here again!

Heather has the worse customer service ever. Went on the site and made a purchase of the chocolate covered strawberries and on the site it made me pick a time I wanted them delivered and I picked 11:20am after 2:00pm my girlfriend never received her stuff so I called and was told I was basically lying about the site making me pick a time I would of been ok with them being late and explaining it to me in a much professional way or even nicer way because of it being valentine’s day but HEATHER was very rude reasons NEVER AGAIN BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Edible arrangements offered me a card with my purchase. It was like a postcard... They really need cards for birthdays especially I look forward to purchasing .. all I want is a full card please.. Im in VA.. my mothers Bday is today shes in Eire PA... Please help me make her an happy birthday 🎈🎂

From reading other reviews, I braced myself for bad customer service. But it turns out the gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) was so nice and with a soothing voice. The transaction process from Ohio to Erie was also as nice as the gentleman answering the phone.
