Excellent store great location and friendly staff picked up my new replacement after 24 years and picked up 2 new knives.

I was happily greeted by a gentleman named Greg who was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Now that some time has passed and I had a chance to utilize the products I purchased; I feel like I can give my most honest review. The quality of products and applications make this company the epitome of perfection. CUTCO should be proud of the way their knowledgeable team collaborates as a whole to fully satisfy and inform customers about their products. The passion each member has for providing excellent customer care is outstanding. Professionalism at its best, Definitely earned my business and referrals!

I purchased a Cutco (red handle) santoku trimmer on line from the nicest sales person, Greg North. I was leary ordering this online because of all the mailing delays, but I got it in RECORD time. I swear Greg delivered it himself. I was so happy with the service that a few days later I ordered the Cutco Spreader (red handle) from Greg again, and the same service happened. Lightening speed delivery. I had also ordered another Cutco from the main factory on Nov31, and as of today, Dec 22, it is still hung up someplace. I will ALWAYS order from the Erie PA store from now on. I have many many Cutco knives. ERIE CUTCO isthe BEST..

We stopped in to buy the garden tool set with bag. We were helped by Greg. He was very helpful and accommodating. He showed us several additional products and we ended up buying two more items. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience this past week at the Cutco store in Erie. I was there for an event and the Store Manager, I think his name was Jim, helped my mother-in-law and I find the perfect knife for her. She has arthritis and he took the time to find a knife that would work for her. The goody bags were amazing too! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The customer service was great! I was able to get knives sharpened while shopping for wedding gifts and a replacement steak knife. They even have free knife classes. Ill be back.
