They got big selection of goods and good for pa games of skill just not for me . dont try no funny stuff because theyre on top of it there. Also though one big con about this store at night most times youll get hassled by people outside sometimes inside for money amongst other things some pretty graphic but owner does his vest to keep them away. But loitering still goes on.

Great coffee 👍 Always piping hot ☕. Fresh food (meal quality 🥨🌯🍝👨‍🍳🥗.) I Wish there was a few more registers to cash-out a bit faster, but when you do go to pay the cashiers are courteous and polite. Its great to see them have that volume of local and returning customers. 🏪👍💙💰⛽

Young Indian Boy Cashier on Morning shift @6:45am was extremely untrained on register and in customer service. He rushed me through check out (even though there wasnt a soul behind me), causing an error with a coupon I was using on Newports. He acted like he couldnt comprehend me explaining to him he exited out of the app & by doing so the coupon would no longer work for this transaction. So instead of just offering me the discount anyways for his errors, he began talking to his coworker & finished transaction like I wasnt standing there, ignoring me giving him advice next time he got a coupon.Now, I live down the street from this store. I have been shopping here for years, I have spent TONS & TONS of money here. If it wasnt for horrible customer & high prices, Id probably give them a 5star. They have always been a VERY clean store & location is amazing & they have an extreme variety that is very convenient! Also normally, I would take something like this up with the Boss. Lately it seems though, that complaints & suggestions havent been taken seriously & have gotten anybody nowhere. We deal with a lot of the other problems this store brings, like the panhandlers, the drunks/feines, & etc because we know this is not the stores fault. But I expect with the ALL the MONEY that is spent from the community, the least you can do is hire & train employees properly. Hopefully this review will get to someone that will give a sh*t.

I went here for gas and the pump didnt dispense anything, yet they charged me 150$ and held my money for three weeks. I called Shell and my Bank and both authorized the release of the funds yet this station wouldnt assist me at all. I am going to be stuck out here with no one help me because not even the bank can issue me a refund. This location didnt care nor was willing to help me out at all. I will have to probably go to a hospital because I am now broke and cant even afford food..

Not bad. Not a whole bunch to choose from selection wise inside. Prices are about normal for a gas station. So higher than they need to be.

This gas station is really terrible and not safe at all, the neighborhood it’s in is really bad so I wouldn’t recommend coming here at night at all, the staff is really rude here to and it’s all trash up inside.

They people that works in there are very polite and kind and treat you like family there is never a long wait when going into store and they do move at a fast pace.

Great fuel with desiel. Great service. Many foods hot and cold options.

Prices are good on the gas but after 6 you dont want to be in that neighborhood too many games and high crime

People park there cars at the gas pumps other people have to wait for 45mins to get fuel!!!! Ridiculous!! At night time is worse, loud music, yelling standing in front of the door. This is everytime and in a worse neighborhood. Lower East side has given worse and getting worse pathetic!!!!!!
