Do not use Rite Aid for Covid testing. They use Project Baseline, backed by Verily, and they are so backed up that results are taking much longer. I have been waiting 7 days now. They advertise 2-5 days. They also advertise free. In what sense? I have lost nearly $1000 in pay due to a free test that is taking to long. They offer to call you back but it is just a middle person giving you apologizes and sympathy. I need results so I can get back to work. I missed another doctor’s appointment that I booked about a month ago because of this delay. The same doctor I need to see for why I am sick now, Ears, Nose and Throat. Delayed! Hopefully between Rite Aid, Project Baseline and Verily they can refund me $1000. I am done with Rite Aid.

Very rude i was at the drive thru window i rang bell once waited rang bell again instead of her saying ill be right back with you. She says you dont have to ring twice i hear you first time. How rude and unprofessional

This store is always trashed up, it’s in a extremely bad and sketchy area and I felt very unsafe when I was in the parking lot, especially since I’m a female and I’m alone. Won’t come to this Rite Aid ever again.

The worst Rite Aid I’ve even even go in my life, the staff is so rude and it’s in a terrible area, the people that come in there are weirdos or drug addicts, go to a different Rite Aid in a safer and better part of Erie.
