Wow, what a fabulous truckstop! Nice flat spots to park 83 feet of tractor trailer. Fresh made breakfast, sandwiches and so much more. Wawa has some competition now. Lol They guys in the kitchen are very nice, professional and accommodating, same with the ladies behind the counter. Even customers are happy! Its awkward to order from a screen and Im worried it has taken the job of a human, thats why yall got 4 stars instead of 5. The staff are all 5 star employees. Thanks for everything and we will be back and reccomend to our friends.

Here truck divers are not that would like to visit the store or need to to get there recite because the pump printers have been broken for weeks, the walk way has been very very bad for weeks also. I guess there are waiting for spring. The manager told me he had to fire the plowers. But funny the sidewalks going into the store are clear of all snow.? I like this place for lunch, but JESUS CHRIST.. if I pay for a condiment side I expect it to be in the bag. If I pay for it it should be in there without me having to come back and correct your mistakes.

Order some food and when I checked the bag my tots were missing. When I asked for them she said they were out of tots. So they were just gonna let me leave without refunding that part of my or even telling me.

One of the best gas stations in Erie. One the only ones in the area who dont support Karens who try and bully other customers into fear mongering and bowing to theyre demands of wearing a mask. And shout out to the manager and employees standing ground and telling this said Karen that its not required that she be in others personal business

Apparently, masks are no longer required. Customers dont even pretend to have masks and employees wear chin straps. If you believe in science, avoid this market.

Usually my favorite spot. Great place for gas with their fuel perks program. I really enjoyed their food but got food poisoning from the chicken tenders I got last night. Was up all night getting sick. Definitely won’t be getting food anymore

I placed an order online and the order was completely wrong. Shame on me for having not ripped my sub open to check there in store but due to my outstanding service at the bayfront and i90 experience, i assumed itd be great. It wasnt. My order was missing all the topping. Extremely unhappy. Will never use this location again

The fries are really good, and well priced too. I also like the are where you can sit, its fun to relax with friends and eat food. The prices are perfect and affordable. The bathrooms are actually really clean, but they dont play music in there so 1 star.

Busiest time of the day between 3:00 - 4:00, they always drain the coffee, so when I want a nice hot cup of coffee for the ride home, there isnt any.This has happened everyday for the past week and a half. I am a Vet so I get free coffee.This getting to be a real pain.Thanks GetGo

Nice and clean, considering its new. Prices are what youd expect for a gas station convenient store. Gas station is separate from the cafe so they can sell beer.

Definitely my preferred gas station in Erie since it sits literally at the head of 79 you can get gas and trip snacks on the way out of Erie or fill up on the way back in. To anyone complaining about the food quality, you do realize this is a gas station right? You can go to serafinis right down the road if your looking for fine dining. Usually a good selection of beer, especially seasonals and the lady who usually is the attendant at the gas station portion is so incredibly friendly.

This is my go to gas station. Centrally located and easily accessible and competitive gas and diesel prices. They also sell high octane ethenol free gas which is great for my lawnmower. I like that they provide free air.

I was at this getgo 1655 Bayfront Pkwy, Erie, PA 16505. I forgot a item on the pump, I called and asked if it was still they and the young lady (Krystal) said yes I asked her to hold it for me and I was able to come bac and pick it up. Im very happy she was able to do this. I enjoy writing great reviews for service above and beyond. Please let her know I greatly appreciate.

The folks at this location are always really helpful. The placement of the store is nice too. Its easy to get to the highway, the shopping centers, the bayfront, or downtown from this location. Overall, Im a huge fan of GetGos. Theyre my favorite convenience stores.

Never a problem here clean easy place to get gas, although once they did stop my pump and ask me to stay outside of my car when pumping fuel.

The location isnt bad. Its clean, the food is good, and its in a really convenient place for me to stop on my way to/from work. However, I really dont like the staff at this location. All too often I walk in to hear employees bickering with each other or talking trash about employees who arent there while ringing up my items. Ill also never forget the time that I was buying beer with my boyfriend and he walked away as I was about to pay. The cashier made a big scene and started yelling at him to come back with his ID. Everyone in the store stopped and stared at us and it was a crazy embarrassing situation. Ive seen this happen to a few other people since then. I no longer like to buy beer here.

Went in for coffee and all they had available was decaf and pumpkin spice no regular they were all on a coffee break, sad!!!!!

Didnt take my DMV issued ID 3 months after I turned 21 because they claimed I could have faked it. Worst service ever, the guy after me didnt even have a scannable ID and she said,whatever its fine. These people should be fired. I paid for an Uber to get there for nothing. I even bought beer 4 days earlier from there.

Regular coffee was out at 9am. My order was wrong after receiving it. My flatbread sandwich leaked some kind of water all over my pants. My first and last experience at GetGo!

Worst car wash Ive been to yet. Its brand new, and didnt even rise all the soap off. I spent $15 and i still had to finish cleaning my truck by hand. I will not go back, and recommend saving your money at this place!

No coffee made at 6:05am. Not the first time but will be the last time for me.

The staff wasn’t very nice to me here and if you order food here, they take forever, there was at least 10 people here waiting for food and it took about 50 minutes, I could cook faster than this! Won’t ever be back to this GetGo.
