Bought a summer blouse and jacket both for under 17.00. Great deal

When I walked into the store, there were about 3 other total shoppers on a pretty quiet Monday afternoon. Throughout my perusal in the store, I noticed that there was at least one employee not wearing a mask, which was upsetting. Each one of the other shoppers was greeted and asked if they needed any assistance. I however was not. They would not acknowledge me and I just think it’s rude when small shops like this one pick and choose who they want to try to help, especially considering an employee walked right by me and I actually wanted to ask someone about the selling process. The selection was so-so, and overall the store was a bit messy and disorganized. This place has a lot of potential to be a great store, but unfortunately masks don’t appear mandatory and the customer service is lacking.

This is a great consignment store. My family and I were traveling through Erie and I had been looking for a good consignment shop to stop in. This tore had great items, great prices and was clean and organized. They had great women’s clothes and accessories as well as men’s. I would absolutely recommend stopping in this shop if you are traveling through Erie or live close by.

, oh my gosh its a wonderful place for upscale shoes, purses, clothes,. Even real fur coats. caters to womens and mens clothing. I got to tell you the prices are wonderful for name-brand articles. and its Consignment for your own things you would like to sell. although theyre not taking anything except for a real fur at the moment

We were in town on an extended vacation (Visiting MOM), and stopped by this AMAZING shop. Keep doing what youre doing! (The mens section even had stuff for me - Pretty tall guy). Be back next stop up!

Hello Sabrina,I was in your store tonight looking for a dress to a wedding that I am going to on Saturday in Pittsburgh. I was greeted by Kim. She helped me find the right dress and accessories that go with the dress. She was fabulous! I tried on many and with her expertise walked out with two dresses and two pairs of shoes. She made me feel special and want to come back to your store. I would like for her to be my stylist for 2 hr complimentary service that she offered me. I didnt quite get what the real name for the service that is offered, so I apologize for my lack of proper name. The whole shopping experience made my night. Your store is amazing.

Great place to stop n look. I see it posted on the news channel 24 local Erie station. It made me want to go. Very nice gently top name brand clothing. Womans.. junior girls. Check it out.. I believe they are consignment as well. Cash for clothes.

High prices and wont work on pricing.

Dropped off four items in late November 2018. Never received any email itemizing my mens clothing. On January 11, 2019, I went to the shop to check on my account. The lady at the front desk blamed some male employee for not pricing or ever putting my clothing on the floor. She assured me I would quickly receive an email with a listing of my items. On January 24th, I returned to the shop because I heard nothing from them. I was advised that my winter clothing items I brought in to the store in late November were put on the floor January 22nd. I gathered my items and left. Absolutely incompetent operation. I will never return. Instead, I will continue to donate quality clothing to the Salvation Army. I gave them one star on this review because zero stars was not an option.

Wish I had the time to look at everything ! Hard not too 😅 In addition to the pristine designer clothes at great prices they have sales . Better yet they have color coded price tags for clearance . Not even realizing it my reversible coat was 75% off !!! $10.75

This place is just so ok. I brought things for concitements was not happy about what I recieved after selling my goods. They Mark the price so high and give you barely nothing. I LOVE SALVATION ARMY I donate to this company, plus everything i donated i can claim it as tax donations.

What a joke! These people are rude and horrible. Employee walked in and stared me down giving nasty looks before taking a few steps backwards and telling me i couldnt take more than what I had in my hand into fitting room.had 3 prom dresses in my hand. I asked politely if I could hang any more on outside of the door. She didnt like that question and answered yet. Then I heard them talking about shes in fitting room trying on dresses, which by the way has NO WHERE posted the limit of garment. I even put everything back myself. No one offered to help. I dont even carry a purse, how was i sneaking out a dres!?Why was I treated so poorly?! Sorry did you need our household proof of income before I can shop in your store?

I love this store, especially when I have a special event Im looking for something different. The staff is very helpful and have even called when they have something they think Id be interested in. What a great & affordable way to add to your wardrobe!

Sassy Peacock is a winner in game of consignment shopping. The clothing is fresh, on-trend and priced right to allow smart women to dress in current fashion without breaking the bank. Sabrina Fischer and her staff are very personable and really help shoppers to purchase items that are meant for each individual - right down to the shoes, belts, jewelry and handbags. And the names are labels that women want: Chicos, Ralph Lauren, Guess, and the like. The website, too, is very accessible with really wonderful tip sheets on dressing for ones body shape and style. And if that isnt enough of an incentive to shop at Sassy, then consider this: there are frequent online coupons, seasonal sales, and fabulous $1 rack clearances that crop up just when they seem to be needed most. I highly recommend shopping at the Sassy Peacock for a fashion-forward experience!

Very rude associates that dont consider the feelings of their customers, and judge them for their appearance as if you are too poor to shop there. Its a consignment store....not bloomingdales. Treat people with the respect and you might more people. So far I have not recommended your store to anyone.
