The women that help me copy and sent a email was friendly . Did a great job

The girl at the copy and print desk was awful. I had a few questions and she wouldnt take the time to help me. Iv spent thousands of dollars here for my business now will be looking else where for my printing. I would suggest getting rid of this empolyee.

Was in from out of town and needed prints fast. They turned my job around very quickly (obviously can and will vary depending on how busy they are). The staff was super friendly. After ordering the wrong size print, which was my own fault, they quickly printed me another without question and gave me the new print free of charge. Exceptional people. Thank you, guys!

I brought my computer in today and was HIGHLY satisfied with the level of service I was given. The guy behind the counter, (Dick), was SUPER friendly, and even made me laugh more than once. He took it, and before I could even leave Mill creek I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. He replaced the hard drive, cleaned everything up, and had it ready within an hour. GREAT AFFORDABLE service. Keep up the good work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs technical repair, and they also look like they had some good stuff to buy as well.

I just wanted the refill for the address book that I have always gotten at the Meadville Staples. Our Meadville Staples went out of business and the one and only Staples in Erie does not carry it.. in fact they are missing quite a few things.

Roughly two weeks ago, a brown man named Ali was “trying” to help me choose a laptop for my daughter for her birthday which was a few days away. I told him I wanted something cheap as she would only use it for Facebook and eMail. He kept trying to upsell and upsell me on a very expensive HP laptop instead of listening to what I wanted. He then proceeded to try to attach Office which I repeatedly said she uses Google Drive, as well as the Staples protection plan which I also told him upfront I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICES. He then asked me if she needed a printer and wanted to add ink with it too. Are you kidding me? I just came in for a cheap laptop and he tried to sell me everything but that. He then appeared to get flustered with me because I did not want to choose the model he pointed out; which I thought I was the customer, not him. I ended up leaving the store very unhappy and without a product or any knowledge on what I came in for because of the way this “sales rep” treated me. He told me they don’t work on commission but he sure acted like it. I’m not sure I’ll ever be returning for anything other than scotch tape and thumb tacks because that whole experience was rather appalling. I really hope the manager will reach out me because he needs to be addressed.

Ron Koss, the GM is a real a**hole to his customers as well his employees. While shopping, he yelled at the top of his lungs (two feet from me) to a few of his employees while I was trying to purchase ink. He was very unprofessional and even cursed at them, all right in front of me. If the GM is like this, what is the rest of the store like? Terrible, just terrible. And this is not the first time I ran into him either. He gave me a very hard time months back about returning a non-working printer even though I had the receipt.I WILL BE SURE TO SHOP AT OFFICE MAX AND BEST BUY FROM NOW ON!

Was on hold for over 7 minutes. When the rep answered the phone she took my question and then hung up. If it wasn’t for them having a few supplies that other stores don’t I would rate them no stars and shop elsewhere.

Management is lazy. Tried to buy a floor model chair and they wouldnt sell it because they didnt want to assemble a new one.
