We Mobile ordered 15 minutes ahead of time, proceeded to wait 25 minutes after that. Finally got our drinks.

Great location! The line can get pretty long sometimes around peak hours but it moves fast. Plus I can always nip inside instead. Even during these crazy covid times they still seem to have a decent inventory for whatever drink Im craving.

I come to this location all the time and the staff are always very nice and make an attempt to be personable. The only thing that I dont like is when Ive gone into the store the last few times theres been a bad fly problem. I counted at least six or seven flying around and sitting on various surfaces.

Staff is super nice. Management was rude though. Ive had the app forever but never put my birthday in. Finally did on my birthday and when I didnt get a thing about redeeming my free menu item I called and asked about it and the person said I could use my ID as proof of it being my birthday. Came later that day and got a rude manager lecturing me that next time I need to remember the name of the person I talked to on the phone. Only gave gave 4 instead of 3 stars because I still got the free menu item and the rest of the staff has always been super nice.

Ive been going to the 12th & PGH Starbucks regularly for years and I appreciate the friendly staff and their customer service.

This starbucks is always out of pink drinks. 3 different times in the last month. Right now almost all of their cold drinks are unavailable. I love the workers here, they are very friendly and pleasant. Its their inventory that could really use a change.

We were traveling from New England to Iowa with a stop in Erie and got into a car accident at the intersection in front of this Starbucks location. Late December, alone with my dog and my son, we were standing on the corner with no place to go. The staff had us come in and sit out of the cold while we made plans to get a rental car delivered and spoke with the police. They gave us water and offered food and beverages and even took care of my dog with water and dog treats. I cant say enough about the wonderful staff and kind management. If they were this great to strangers I am sure the regulars love them! Thank you for being there for my family!

I ordered 2 Trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonades a few days ago for a friend on their way to work. No lemonade... I ordered again today, this time just the one... again, no lemonade. When I called to complain, as this is the second time waiting in a long, busy line (often 15-20 minutes or more) only to be ripped off and disappointed. Was hoping when I called, would be given the correct drinks and some sort of store credit. Was disappointed by the customer service I was given as the person I talked to on the phone seemed to be irritated with me even though I was going out of my way to be nice and polite yet firm about my situation. After probably 5 minutes of being treated this way, I was finally told I could come pick up remakes of all 3 beverages.Starbucks... how is this customer service??? Leaving a 2 star review instead of 1 because the manager was nice when I came to pick them up and assured me that she made them herself. And explained she literally did not even have an option to do anything more for me. So this is likely a problem of company policy.Im simply baffled. Remaking my drinks after I was ripped off and disappointed twice after waiting in a long busy line and not having the option to come back at the time because of work.... literally only gives me what I already paid for and was not given... twice. And the time I had to waste to go back and wait in line AGAIN, a third time...Seriously beyond disappointed in this experience.

I went today to pick up a mobile order and the barista running the drive through was amazing. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I believe she had red hair. She was so polite and definitely made the experience 10x better

During covid- the CDC guidelines for entering the lobby were top notch. Ordering on the app and picking up in store is the way to go, since the drive thru was beyond packed. The staff was nice and mostly quick to fill my order, considering the amount if people. Coffee was actually not that great and an no up to normal Starbucks standard, but I did order just a normal coffee so it might have been sitting for a while in the pot. It was bitter and didnt have much flavor, which was a disappointment.

Great location if youre using the drive thru. The atmosphere inside can be a bit chaotic, but the staff is very competent and they keep the seating area spotlessly clean and still deliver excellent service. If youre not looking to linger then this is the place for you.

The worst Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure to patronize!!! Never do they ever get the order right and if you correct them they.... Well lets just say the paninis are a bit hairy!!!!

Easily the best drive thru for Starbucks in Erie, no matter how long the line it is they always get everyone through quickly. Drinks aren’t always consistent but the employees are kind and management is always quick to help any mistakes.

Hey are not so profession at their jobs, they want to be condescending when you order if you don’t know the lingo, I do so I know however they just can’t quite manage the delivery 😂 other than that the screw up your order so double check oh and rude in a trashy way ! Don’t be scared, Be prepared

Employees are so friendly, kind and patient. I was in a rush this morning and forgot to confirm my mobile order they got my order together quickly so I was able to still get to work on time. Thank you Starbucks employees for easing one stress in my day! Oh, and the coffee was Awesome!!

Steer clear of Happy Hour here because you can wait for a while if youre getting any type of blended drink... either than that you can get your order fairly quickly.

It clearly says open at 5:30. Drive through blocked off and door locked . I walked up to drive through and employee indicated with his hands 6 more minutes before they open. I was there, mind you at 5:40. I am a healthcare provider, I don’t have time for that.

This Starbucks location has the most ample parking availability. Its not a huge lot but theres almost always a place to park even if theres no room to sit inside. Frequented by students however the seating area is spacious and people on laptops often sit 4 to a table allowing room for people to sit and chat together.

I normally wouldnt go out of my way to rate a Starbucks because, you know, its a Starbucks. Theyre just about the same everywhere, and they are everywhere. However, the staff who waited on me today was really, really great when I came in to have a drink replaced that was ordered incorrectly. Im a Service Manager at my current job so I want to always highlight excellent customer service when I see it.

A pretty standard Starbucks location. Very friendly staff. Seating area has a variety of options. Parking is off-street, free, and easily accessible from the main road. This location is also not far from Interstate 79.

Love that you can place a mobile order on the app and go inside to pick it up. No long wait in the drive thru line.

Drive thru man made our day. He was very good at repeating back our order with a joyful inflection in his voice and we felt well treated....in a drive through! That guy seriously needs to be promoted. We used his lingo in the Starbucks we went to the next day when and made the staff smile. One man changed our experience from average to exceptional. ..and we spread that joy! How excellent is that?

Long line but worth the wait

Great service and great coffee! They are my #1 choice for great taste and their peppermint mocha frappuccino is heavenly! I just wish their prices were a little lower so that I could enjoy it more often.

I come here often, usually before or after work. Their service is lightning fast, and the baristas are super friendly. Im especially happy that Starbucks brought back the green tea lattes, since these drinks are a childhood favorite of mine. Never had any problems with this place whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Starbucks is by far my favorite local chain coffee shop. The service is consistent, fast, and friendly. Starbucks goes above and beyond expectations, including a free friendly smile with every purchase. Although the price is certainly steep, you pay for a great tasting cup of coffee

I love Starbucks! This one surprise me with the speed of service and quality remaining high The drive-in was packed with cars. Inside was a long line of people waiting who had just ordered. The girl at the cash register was handling the hot food items and pouring coffee, as usual. She told us it would be a 10 minute wait for my husbands strawberry frappaccino. I sat down with my coffee and definitely less than 10 minutes his drink was ready and its beautiful! The line pretty much cleared out as new people came in. I was just impressed with the efficiency. My coffee was terrific, as always.

This is by far my favorite location in the area. The drive-through baristas (Matthew especially!) are always super cheery and take the effort to make conversation instead of just handing you a drink and leaving you on your way. Theres also a decent amount of seating at this location, so I like to come here on nights that I feel like going out to study and get work done.

Went inside and there was no menu. Had it covered up with a promo for the Blond version of something, which after tossing the family back in the car to go through the drive through so my daughter could peruse the actual menu, I purchased. It was not good, and thankfully cured my daughter (bought a different coffee than me) of her Starbucks desire. She (13 years old) said the coffee was not good enough to cost that much....Hurray!

Quick service, and great coffee and baked goods! Its nice that they have tables and chairs out on the sidewalk too, so you can city watch while sipping on your sip stuff!

One of the girls who sames to be a manager or some thing was very rude. She talks with attitude and makes you feel not welcome Try to ask her some thing about your drink and she will treat you with bad attitude and she acts like she is bothered by serving you. She is like trowing your drink in your face. Starbucks must be careful to the way some employees are acting & train them to be nice with customers. I will never come back to Starbucks on west 12th again. I was there at 6:30 pm on June 21 2016
