Oh my goodness! Just had the best experience happening upon this coffee shop! Marie was absolutely amazing and gave the BEST customer service! She wanted make absolutely sure my drink was to my liking. They have tons of flavors of beans you can purchase to take home and the shop itself is cozy and welcoming. Great experience! Made my day !

The coffee here is GREAT! You would be hard pressed to find a better cup anywhere else. Quaint and comfortable interior. Lots of coffee to choose from ( by that I mean the grounds and beans for sale). My only issue is lack of parking.

The Goods: the lady that works in front is always very welcoming and cheerful and I always feel like giving her a hug. The breakfast sandwiches are easily the best in town and are reasonably priced because they are massive.The Not So Goods: the coffee is pretty boring and unoriginal, especially since it is +$4. When I go to a local coffee shop, I want a coffee that brings me back and this doesnt do it.

Was just in there for the first time and had the best experience! Words cant describe how wonderful it smells in there! They have every flavor imaginable of coffee. I also got a super tasty breakfast sandwich. Lastly, the customer service was unbeatable. Super sweet lady showed me what was most popular, (Breakfast with Elvis- highly recommend!!) got me a drink carrier, and even held the door open for me cause my hands were full. Definitely stop in here!

Amazing. Super friendly staff, the widest variety of coffee Ive ever seen in a little coffee shop. Even for a tourist its okay to fall in love with their coffee, because they deliver. AMAZING breakfast sandwiches. Definitely missing out if you dont get a breakfast sandwich in an Asiago bagel. Smells amazing in there too, and a personal favorite, they back the Blue.

Walking into the Premium Coffee Company of Erie felt like walking into the home of your family. I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcomed. If every person in customer service could be like Maria, no customer would ever complain, ever. She was hands down the nicest person I’ve ever met and did everything she could to ensure my order was perfect. I got an iced latte with almond milk, it was heavenly. My egg cheese bacon was delicious! If you are looking for a friendly place with amazing coffee and breakfast, look no further. I’ll definitely be back!

If you know what good coffee tastes like dont come here-The lady out front does not know how to make coffee on a espresso machine.She used pre-ground coffee beansDid not tamp the coffeeAnd burned the milk every time.The drinks tasted burnt and watered down.I paid $13.75 for a macchiato and a latte-Complete waste of money for undrinkable coffee.

Stopped here because my wife is a coffee drinker and she wanted to check out. I am not a big coffee drinker but after our visit here I could be!!! The aroma as you walk in the door is wonderful, and the friendly service is just as nice! Dont forget to try the breakfast bagels, they are great too!

Wow omg the woman who runs this coffee shop is so sweet and theres so many coffee options! Unfortunately, the store displays a giant blue line flag. I felt so welcomed by the people working here, but as a trans guy that was definitely overshadowed by that flag.

Breakfast here was great, wonderful staff, a decent menu, good food at a fair price. Its located near the busy town centre square and is easy to get to. There was a big queue when we arrived but it moved quickly and efficiently so our wait was minimal. Whats not to like?

Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend as their selection is out of this world. The shop smells heavenly and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all the coffee. Definitely go in and try them out!

My friend and I ordered two coffee drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were made of all microwavable items and they took 25 minutes. We waited for our drinks even longer. We got one, it wasnt at all what we ordered and the second coffee drink never even came. At this point the place was empty after a rush. The staff said they would pay for our coffees since we waited so long, a nice gesture. We just wanted to leave so I never even mentioned that we only got one of the coffees we ordered. But I was charged over $11 and change when we were leaving the lady asked us to come back. she said I only paid for one, so I have another charge for $5 and change. $16 for two terrible breakfast sandwiches that took 25 min. The staff was really trying and they were nice. Seems there are no other options for coffee shops in Erie area so thats all ya got. The wait and the quality didnt bother me but the double charge is annoying enough to leave an honest review.

Love this place! Its a block from my mothers so we have to stop whenever were in town. Amazing selection of coffees. Havent had a bad one yet.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times, and its the cutest little place. Fast service, and really polite women working behind the counter. They are always recommending and letting us try new flavors.Speaking of which, there are so many flavors to choose from. Bold, medium, mild tastes and strengths ... french presses, everything. Every time we go, it only adds to the reasons we want to keep coming back! I highly recommend the Cranberry Creme Brulee flavored coffee. It was recommended to us by one of the employees, and it was absolutely fantastic. We bought a 1lb bag and polished it off in a few days, haha.Keep up the great work, well definitely be back!

Great local shop to buy coffee beans. They make some hot and iced coffees but they are not a cafe. Lots of great flavored coffee ground fresh. The owners are very knowledgeable and like to get to know you so they can make informed recommendations. Highly recommend this place #shoplocal

They offer a huge range of excellent coffees they roast in house, blends, origins, etc. Friendly staff and they have a seating area and a cafe with a small menu. Buying beans to make coffee at home is on the pricier side, but they are some of if not the best local roasts Ive had.

Premium Coffee Company carries a phenomenal amount of beans and what looked like a substantial and delicious menu up for brewin. Unfortunately, they didnt have non-dairy milk and I have to have cream with my coffee because Im That Guy. If youre also That Guy and you also have dietary restrictions, better move on.

Rudest people to work with in the plaza strip of buildings. I worked for the cleaning company a few doors down months ago. Petty. Snotty. Drama filled people that honestly have nothing better to do (like running their business) than upset the other people who work in the plaza strip of businesses. Unprofessional. And honestly they are bullies to the other business owners. Basically oversized, out of control children 😂Absolutely disgusted with how I saw things played out while I worked next to them. I will never step foot in there let alone be dumb enough to spend my money there
