Out of all of the donut chains Krispy Kreme continues to be the best. Nothing beats the original glazed when the light is on. This location is right off the main road and very clean and well kept.

One of the best places for glazed donuts ever. Unfortunately for us, proof being the woman ahead of us in line buying 8 dozen donuts. 2 dozen glazed went quickly, the remaining 5 not so much. 10 minutes later we were still on number 5. Luckily, help finished her break and came to the rescue.

Seen that there was still a Krispy Kreme around and I was thrilled. I haven’t been to one of your restaurants in probably 20 years when you guys had a restaurant in Cranberry Township Pennsylvania which that store unfortunately closed up shop. But I had to go and try a fresh glazed donut and I’m not regretting it. Wish everyone the best.

What’s not to love other than $1.50 for a donut. Quick service and my granddaughters will tell you they are the best sprinkle donuts of the big three brands. I agree!

Awesome!!Krispy Kremes are all over the place in Tennessee. I have been looking for a Krispy Kreme since 2018, when I first moved to Ohio.I really gave up hope of ever finding one up this way at all and then, wallah...we find this one! I was so excited.They still taste absolutely wonderful! I have loved Krispy Kreme since I was little.Thank you all at Krispy Kreme for your professionalism and kindness.Donut what Id do without yall! Very slow today. Place was packed they ran out of glazed donuts. There was a lot of employees running around but no one was telling the customer what was going on. The machine was acting up and it was going to be a hour before they had donuts done. This was at 4 in the afternoon. This is not the first time weve seen this at this location.

There was a pretty long line and it was kind of slow. This wasnt the worse thing since you got a view of the donuts being made. The donuts obviously taste good and thw strawberry chiller is REALLY sweet.

I love Krispy Kreme. I ordered 7 dozen donuts and they got me them in a timely manner. Very friendly staff and the people there were also friendly.

For a donut place, their donuts were really small and ordinary. Their frozen lattes are A+ though. Worth stopping for the coffee, not so much the donuts.

KK is the winner of fast, reliable, food. My local donut chains, that do donuts and donuts only, overcharge for donuts. Krispy Kreme will charge you 12 bucks for a dozen, and you can get ANY donut you want ACCEPT for the mini ones. Like dude, how cool is that! Epic. Kinda wish there was one closer to me though. This one was 150 miles away from where I live, and only stopped on my way to a different state.

This place was super cool brand new Krispy kremes lake Erie you could actually watch some make to glazed donuts that you cant stop eating theyre so light tastes like air but theyre so fluffy and yummy I ate three of them.

Sorry, but few donuts are better than these. Great people and free donut with Covid shot proof.

Stopped by tonight and it was drive-thru only as there were only 2 employees working. Might I add for only 2 people they were doing a wonderful job keeping the drive-thru moving the best they could and the donuts were amazing!

These taste fantastic right off the fryer and we were lucky when we went to get some. They melt in your mouth.The service here was very slow the day we went though. That was the only drawback.

My first time in an actual Krispy Kreme shop. Great service (super friendly) and fresh donuts out of the oven. I loved the pumpkin spice donut with their coffee. Easy parking in our RV and right off the highway. I highly recommend this location.

The glaze donuts fresh off the conveyor belt is to die for. Literally to die for. I havent had a Krispy Kreme donut for at least 8+ years. Never understood how the place didnt make it in Buffalo. But whenever I can find a location, my family and I are there. But now that I am older, those donuts especially the glaze are nothing but sugar bombs. Wow!!!! They are very sweet, so sweet I had to drink water just to knock the sugar levels down in my system. Lol But will I get more later? Ooh yeah, with a water bottle in one hand and a glaze donut in the other.

I mean, its Krispy Kreme.The donuts are DELICIOUS but its best not to think about how many calories they have. 😂Ive been to this location a handful of times and the staff is nice, but they all seem pretty miserable. And I dont blame them. I went recently when the hot sign was on and other customers can be really rude. Please be patient with the workers, they are trying really hard.

Never fails to bring perfection. I’m from Buffalo, New York and we lost our Krispy Kreme in the early 2000’s when I was still a toddler. The 2 hour drive to receive perfection is worth every second on the road.

Always a hit. So many versions of their origin as l doughnut plus more. Watching the doughnuts being made is cool and getting them fresh from the fryer is amazing.

Sign in window says chocolate glazed on Fridays. So, last Friday I stopped & took my granddaughters in. Worker said none that day, directing me to the small print on the poster which said on selective Fridays. That did me no good with my granddaughters.

It’s always a treat when we get to have some Krispy Kreme’s. Our own stores closed years ago so we always make a point to stop whenever we see one. The store was very clean and our server carol was wonderful!

Stoped by on my last day in Erie so I could thank the people in the office. I got 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen mixed. I was in the drive drive-thru and hesitant about letting them pick the donuts for the mixed, but I let them pick anyway. So glad I did! They did a fantastic job. I will return to this location on my next trip. Fantastic service!!!

Not like it use to be! The donut quality is going down hill. Originally glazed donuts are now too cake like, barely any whole in some! Trash all over the store floor. Bathrooms in much worse shape than with the old management. Iced donuts arent even iced evenly. Plus now theres no survey on the receipts to give feedback, seems to me that new management doesnt want to please customers. We wont be patronizing this location any longer.

We went to the Krispy Kreme location on Peach st in Erie PA twice within 24 hours to get their original glazed donuts. Both times we were told they were out and it would 40 minutes until they had more. That is absolutely ridiculous for a company that is famous for their glazed donuts!

We have never had a bad experience here! They fill us up with krazy good “kreme”-y deliciousness like they always do, and then we are left feeling blessed there isn’t a location closer to us! NYS is pretty limited with Krispy Kreme (theres only the one in Penn Station), so whenever we travel to the Midwest we make sure to stop at this location as a treat. They are typically well stocked on the specialties, usually have some hot and fresh, the staff are delightful, and at our visit today I felt safe with their COVID precautions (staff and guests properly masked, lines social distanced, restaurant not overfull).

We drive all the way from Hamburg NY at least once a month for our donuts! Friendly staff, short wait, excellent food. Someone definitely needs to open a location closer to Hamburg PLEASE!

All I can say is, I love Krispy Kreme and really wish they would come back to Buffalo! But their donuts are definitely worth the hour and a half drive to Erie.

Traveled three hours to get their doughnuts...The girls in the front were rude and told me I had to leave the building for not wearing a mask even though I told them I had a medical condition and was unable to wear one. They also kicked my son out for not wearing a mask, even though he has mental problems and cant wear one. She said hes not allowed in the building without a mask, and yet there were other people there that were not wearing a mask and nothing was said to them at all. So it doesnt matter how good their doughnuts are, with bad service, its a chore to go.

Staff was super friendly! However it was Friday night around 830pm and they didnt have a good variety of donuts, no original, and no intention of making more. That was disappointing for sure! The donuts they did have werent super fresh either. Overall a moderate experience :)

Pastry and Donuts very fresh. Decaffeinated Coffee absolutely awful, very strong, like it sat too long. Another customer came in with an iced coffee from Starbucks.
