A very welcoming place to enter. The menu was posted on a chalk board, making it easy to order and easy understand. The employees were cheerful, smiling and caring. It was busy, but not rushed and we enjoyed the atmosphere tremendoysly!! I wish we had a coffee shop like it in my home town. Thanks to the owners for creating an amazing visit. The food was outstanding!! It completed our final vacation morning in Erie!!!

The food was good, the people were nice, but the coffee drinks were not good. Each of our drinks had an odd plastic taste, I assume from the cups.?.. there were many locals, so they must have a faithful following. I hope their drinks improve because I really wanted to give them a great review.

My Family and I were visiting and found this neat coffee shop with some doggy artwork (my favorite was the green dog).The staff was friendly and patient as we took our time to decide what to order.I had the Tiramisu Latte and it was great.Now you guys need to open a place in Cleveland, theres nothing around here that compares to how good the coffee was at Brew Ha Ha!

Fun coffee shop, nice back deck and seating out front. Quiche is tasty but they reheat it in the microwave so the crust isnt as crisp. Overall, very good.

This place is a must-visit when we come to Erie! Such a good quality coffee shop. The Baristas know their stuff. I just wish my fellow customers would understand its not a Starbucks and that hand-made drinks and food take time, especially during a pandemic. All we heard were complaints while we were there from our fellow customers which was disheartening, seeing how hard the employees were working. Weekend rushes sometimes create hours of non-stop work and the customers just seemed very ungrateful. BUT ANYWAY, Im here to talk about how good this coffee shop is, not about how much the customers suck ahaha. Theres plenty of variety on the menu, lots of cute nooks to sit and enjoy your snacks/drinks, and a very clean and streamlined experience. People of Erie, respect and cherish this spot!!!!

The Goods: layout is cute and invites conversation and dialogue. Coffee cake was very good. Cool pictures of dogs on the walls.The Not So Goods: my quest for a local coffee shop with super bomb coffee that always brings me back will have to continue, as the coffee here was very meh and tasted like plastic. Ordered a bagel (it wasnt busy) that took forever and it came with a packet of cream cheese that youd get at a store. Disappointing. Wont be back.

Visiting Erie from out of town. And wanted to find a nice coffee shop. This place was great, the service was great and the food was quick! Definitely a place I would go back to. I ordered the Mayan mocha And the caprese panini.

We were only in Erie for 2 days and I went here 3 times. The specialty lattes are amazing. I also had cookies and a breakfast sammich, highly recommend this place over any garbage chain coffee shop.

Sign on the door says open till 1pm on Sunday but they were closed at 12:35pm. Update your signage, there are 3 different times across google and what is shown on the door.

Out here visiting family and this was highly recommended. I agree, the hype is justified. Cute tables outside, free wifi, delicious snacks and a wide assortment of coffee, smoothies, and tea. They have a dog friendly patio and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The lobby is closed for dining due to Covid, but they have enough space to safely distance while ordering and plenty of room outside to enjoy what treat you got yourself. They also have a great variety of nifty gifts and offer coffee beans or grounds to purchase as well. I will definitely be back when I visit again from out of state.

I am headed to NE PA to clean my dads house out. I am covid-wary and have slept in my car on a 5 day road trip. No hotels, no fast food etc. Slept at a nearby restaurant area last night and this morning the cold brew coffee that I brought was warm and I craved real cold brew....with ice! So I sought out a local coffee shop with curbside delivery. First, I love the name of Brew Haha, I love the ratings... so, I got here, called and the girl was extremely friendly and had no problem bringing my cold brew to me, with a smile. When I tipped her she was thankful. Coffee is strong and good too! I will come back for sure next time I am in Erie. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making my driving just a lil better today! 😀

The coffee is cheap, the staff is friendly, everything youd want from a coffee house EXCEPT the seating is limited and they close at three thirty or some such nonsense. So, not great to study or work, but overall good.

The speciality coffee is pretty good. They don’t put too much foam and the drinks are not overly sweet. The space is big and a great place to get some work done. I will definitely come back.

The Brew Ha Ha at the Colony was amazingly fun! I will definitely be going back the next time Im in town. The performers were outstanding and good variety of food. I mean how can you beat bottomless mimosas?!?!

Lovely, busy locally owned coffee shop. You will always receive great, friendly service. They have an extensive drink list and specials frequently. Their food tastes so fresh and doesn’t have that ‘frozen microwaved’ feel. Just their simple breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Their baked goods are all homemade and out of this world!

The coffee here is definitely some of the freshest in Erie! They fresh roast their coffee and display the date it was roasted. Thats hard to find in Erie and you can seriously taste the difference. Also, If you buy a bag of your favorite roast they will grind it to your liking and on top of that give you a free coffee! Great atmosphere and very clean. Does get a little crowded sometimes but they also have outdoor seating in the summer. I highly recommend!

Solid chance this is one of my favorite places in the universe. I love the coffee, love the staff, love the atmosphere and food. Everything is always wonderful and I have never had a bad experience there despite going up to six times per week. If youre reading this Mr or Ms HaHa I love you beyond all measure

My wife and I like to visit greenhouses and a secondary goal we like to have is to find good coffee shops. We found a great one today, got a coffee for her and I got a hot chocolate and a scone. Scone was actually unexpected delicious and not dry. I expected an okay scone, decent taste and dry but good enough. I got something much better. My wife enjoyed the coffee and I enjoyed my hot chocolate although my nit picky complaint is the whip cream wasnt pretty lol had a small amount put on top but just kinda thrown on there as if the can ran out half way through and sorts spit whipped cream over my hot chocolate, still tasted great though.

Very lovely place. Very sweet and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Gets very crowded during the rush hours but that shows just how much people love it here! Outdoor seating is available during the summers which is awesome!

Great staff, nice atmosphere, and great food with specialty teas and coffees. They also have board and card games. Nice hipster feel to it IMO.

Had peach iced tea. Didnt have much flavor but sitting outside and conversing with a friend was more important. I am not a coffee drinker. Help was very pleasant.

My relatives live in the area. Was brought here multiple times and each time I have enjoyed it. Im sad they dont have a branch near me. Out back there is a deck to eat outside. Very awesome, nice quiet meal with just family.

Never had a bad experience...i typically just drink black coffee when here... so i cannot judge the other types of drinks available here. The coffee is good. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is outdoor seating as well. This is a great place to stop after a run or bike ride at Presque Isle.

I really enjoy this business and I am so glad it opened in Erie, PA. I work very close to the Colony Plaza, so it is convenient plus if I just want to grab an iced tea or a small sweet treat, its the perfect spot.The only reason its not getting a 5-star review from me is because of the hours. I wish they extended to at least 7pm during the week but perhaps now they will since summer is right around the corner...

Excellent espresso. Thoroughly enjoyed my latte breve! Even when it got cold, the taste never soured. Hit the spot. Love the latte art, and got to enjoy a very long game of scrabble on vacation with my husband on their scrabble table!

Stopped in on Small Business Saturday 2016. The place was electric. Despite the crowd we were greeted promptly and placed our order. After a wait our drinks were served as ordered. Cold brew for me and peppermint mocha for my wife. Both were excellent. We look forward to visiting again to sample the food.

Great service and comfy setting in the Colony Plaza, near Presque Isle State Park. Many tables and chairs for meeting up with a friend or for a business meeting. I find this location is more spacious and open than our chain coffee locations. You have a little more room and personal space.

Great spot for coffee and food. Excellent service and my bagel sandwich was awesome. They put it on some kind of press, like making a panini, and it came out the perfect kind of hot and crunchy. Loved it.
