Ugh!! With this specific kohls. I didnt have the greatest experience. They had limited stock of pretty every popular brand. It was super hard to find anything to wear let alone buy. I was not happy. This was my specific experience on this specific day. I did notice a lot of foot traffic. Maybe this particular store is over shopped.

Good deals but they only had one register open in the evening. Took forever to check out.

You can find just about anything here. Good quality but you will pay a little more. Name brands like Nike, Addis, Vera Wang, juicy couture and many more.

Poor selection. Kind of boring. And the women at the customer service desk at night when we were just there. Not very knowledgeable. Theres no reason why they couldnt cash us out. I know this. Because Ive done their job. She just wasnt interested in providing us service. Ehhhh. Not going back.

My 12 yr old daughter and I went in looking for snow pants. Asked an employee if they carried any. She was rude and bothered that we asked her. This has been my experience every time I go in Kohls. Not worth the aggravation!!!

Unacceptable shipping practices. Placed an order on 3/12 was shipped from Greenwood IN to Pittsburgh then to Conneautville Pa then back to Pittsburgh and then onto Warrendale Pa. My package is just bouncing around out there and NO ONE can give me a reason why. Conneautville is literally 5 miles from my address, yet how it ended up there and then back to pittsburgh is anyones guess . Looks like I wont be using Kohls.com for any future purchases....

Was not pleasant experience at this location. Manager was not nice, and not helpful. The problem wasn’t fixed that’s why they get bad review. They are not working with customers to make things work.

I used to shop here all the time but since kohls decided that they now will decide what we can and can not buy because of political views I just cut my card up and canceled. F kohls place has been going down hill for years anyways.

I have always hated shopping for myself as I have a hard time liking things but I found great things there for me. They really do NEED to open the fitting rooms. Not that I took anything back.

I will say that this store does have good clothing options and is normally organize and extremely neat but they are a terrible department store to work for. I worked there as a seasonal associate and it was not a good experiences. One they are extremely unprofessional, when they let go of me I was working that night for them and they decide to send me an email firing/letting me go while I was working that night shift for them. I considered this very unprofessional because yes I understand that there was a slight changes of me getting the opportunity to stay working there because I was seasonal but the least they could have done is pull me back during my break that night or something and tell me in person that I wouldnt be staying. One other thing is that their communication skills there and management isnt the great either. They hard communication to each other and that some of them are really disrespectful.

Cheaply made clothes that are cute but over priced and dont last long. Not sure why anyone with sense would buy from here but, its nice to walk though.

Impressively clean. They have hand sanitizer in every corner. They enforce social distancing and sanitize counters after each purchase. That’s where everyone should shop if they care about their family’s health. They have senior hours as well. Impressed!

So kind and helpful and the manager was so quick, friendly and helpful even with all his demands took the time to make sure my needs were met before moving on to the next. Great overall experience and couldnt beat the discount on top of the sale prices! Thank you!I stopped in to pick up a birthday gift for a friend and was in a hurry, found a nice Christmas shirt and a beautiful vest to go with it! Very large store and well stocked. However, like many stores during these pandemic times, they must have cut back on staff, and it shows. Items are disorganized and checkout lines are long

They have a good variety of products.The store is very clean and gets sanitized very frequently! They take COVID seriously unlike some other stores.

Usually a great place to shop, unfortunately their sales dont really seem to be sales at all. Also the rewards program would be great if the cashier ever asked for your reward number instead they ask 4 times for you to sign up for a credit card. No means no!

Rude help. Was told to buy the clothing, take it home, and if it didnt fit bring it back. Simple. But I live 40 miles away... also was told that it was for my safety for not being able to try on. Funny, how many people handled the clothes before I touched them...

Ive been a Kohls customer for over 20 years, and I love this store!!! The associates are always so nice, and helpful. Retail is hard work, I worked in the mall for 6 years, and its tough! The Erie store is the best, they are outstanding employees, constantly helping, or cleaning up the departments! Love the merchandise, they have deals you just cant pass up. Tomorrow Im going back up for boots I shouldve gotten when I saw them! Im sure Ill find other great deals, because, well, it is Kohls!

If you dont have 30% off + kohls cash, and using your Kohls card for rewards then it is overpriced. They do however have very nice clothing. Skip footwear. Anywhere else is cheaper for better quality footwear.

Store is extremely hot and add having to wear masks makes shopping at Kohls even less tolerable. Also, all prices jacked up and no sales except BOGO half off. Who need 2 suits or 2 sets of bed sheets. 25% off is same sale with the required extra purchases.

Quality retailer that offers a lot of discount coupons and in store sales for all ages. Offers a nice selection of men and womens clothing, shoes, kitchenware, linens, jewelry, and home decor. They often offer Kohls Cash to be used on your next shopping visit when spending a designated amount. I question if some of the things they list are on sale when in some surrounding stores its really the regular price! It seems like retailers can list a high retail price and than tag it at a supposed sale price, just to entice consumers to buy the item. Consumers have to do their homework to prevent from being fooled.

It is a great store for clothing! I can go there and always find something for whatever occasion Im looking for! The associates who work there are friendly and eager to help! This is one of my favorite places to shop!

Arrange differently than most Kohls. Had some difficulty picking up our order. That said everyone was there shopping black Friday deals and for a black Friday experience it was fairly pleasant. Staff was pretty efficient, wait was short and everyone was very polite.

Great deals, usually has a coupon out too. I think the Kohl’s Charge is honestly worth getting because that’s the only way you’ll get their coupons in the mail. Their Kohls cash program is nice. Highly suggest checking clearance sections before looking at normal prices. Sadly, plus size sections aren’t very large and it’s nonexistent in juniors.

My daughter and I always go to this store and have always had a great experience. We were there on this past Friday and the person that we went to a the check out was rude and we had a coupon but because it expiry by one day would not let us use it and in the past they have always let us use it. We had spent over 300. dollars.

Great selection, high prices but with sales on almost everything bringing the prices down to a more reasonable range. The thing that really bothered me was, while I was in line waiting to check out, I saw an ad for online coupons including a 20% off almost everything. I tried to get the coupon. Was still trying when I got to the register and mentioned to the cashier that I was having a hard time of it. I am not technologically illiterate, and where I work, that wouldve prompted me to either help the customer get their own coupon to load, or pulled up the coupon on my own phone. The cashier just acted like I was an inconvenience. I finally gave up and paid without the discount. I will never go back... its just not worth it.
