Stopped in the new shop in Grove City with my wife today, and had a blast checking out and purchasing clothing from the store.Got to chat with RJ during the whole experience.I absolutely love the brands, and couldn’t say enough about how awesome everything is! We were in Erie to go to Underdog Barbeque because of the show undercover billionaire. While we were at the restaurant we had the opportunity to pick up some shirts from Iron Empire and we were very impressed with the quality of the shirts themselves how soft they were and (I am a printer so I noticed how nice the print job was) and the idea of putting the iron Empire logo on the back of the shirt is a great business move double advertising on one product I will find a reason to buy more from Iron Empire we have already looked at the website to see what else they have and the website is easy to use so when we place an order it will be a great experience

I went to other local companies to get some fun merch for my business and was so frustrated with the lack of communication. This couldn’t have been any more opposite of my experience with Iron Empire! Jessica was so prompt and made the process so simple- and quick! Our order quickly grew as we talked about options and even with all the additions, I had my gear in two weeks time! We’ll definitely be using them again and again!

High quality and ultra comfortable clothing. I love what their brand stands for and I love that everyone from RJ to the production team and office staff live that out daily. A business making a positive impact in the community while taking good care of their customers.

Everything that comes out of that store is Amazing

Very sad that the customer service is lacking here. Ive only purchased one shirt from here and had it start to unravel after wearing it two times. I know they use quality brands for their apparel, and I clearly just got a bad egg, but they didnt feel the need to make it right. Love the company and brand, just disappointed that I cant wear this shirt out in public to promote your company if you dont care about your customers. There are plenty of other companies to shop from that use the same brand shirts you do.

Ordered shirts, paid for them and 3 different dates were given when they would be done. Dates past, no shirts, called for a refund, was given a hard time and when I stopped for the refund they pretended to need to “run in the back and tell them to stop making them” insert eye roll. Should have listened to the negative reviews from people with smaller orders, they were accurate.

Their designs hit the nail on the head every time. I own 3 t-shirts and 2 pair of shorts. Each one is yet another favorite in my closet. Great designs and a great spirit for the re-birth of the City of Erie.

Iron Empire Clothing does not need introduction in Erie. Great company with a vision and inspiring message. The owners always support local events and charities, they also started educational fund for kids. Along with IEC clothing you can always order custom apparel. Stop by, get some awesome, stylish clothing and know that your dollar will also support local improvement efforts!

Owner doesn’t respond back to requests for work to get done on a small scale. I have not only experienced this myself but also heard this directly from a friend of mine who is a doctor that needed work for his own business. Poor communication and service.

Called them May 22nd. Spoke to a girl on the phone told her I was looking to get over 100 tshirts printed. She told me to email jamie. So I did...in the body of the text I also sent attachments with examples and links of other tshirt companies (out of state) that I liked. Waited,...waited.... waited... no response! So I then emailed the same message to their sales email on May 27 and still no response. So I called June 4th and told the person on the other end of the phone my dilemma so she took my name and number and told me that she would have jamie call me.... still waiting for that phone call. So I decided to facebook message. Got a response from RJ... then all I got was excuses and maybe their was some miscommunication? Really? I sent 2 emails with detailed information and made a phone call and left my phone number. All I heard was maybe it was missed with all the sticky notes? and they have a 5 star rating. Obviously the people that gave them the 5 stars got their phone calls and/or emails returned with no excuses
