Wow! This evening I had made a trip into the store. Met a very informative sales associate by the name of Brandyn H. He was extremely helpful and had a ton of knowledge when it came to the purchase of an Apple Watch answering all questions I had. I will return for all of my families needs when it comes to cell phones and other tech needs. Very happy….. Please give this guy a high five! He deserves it.

How do you run a cell phone store and have 0 (yes that is a big fat NONE) cell phones in the store? So now we are waiting for one to be shipped. Ill bet that the one I ordered off of the Google store gets here before these nincompoops contact me.

Yesterday! 06/25/21 I had a very, very great experience with the store Soultions Specialist GREG. He was phenomenal, extremely helpful, and it was a long 3 and a half hours in the store because of issues and back & fourth through different departments and representatives with issues containing my cell phone and tablet I got. However, he had some really great patience and never gave up. He was professional and awesome. Thank you Greg! - ERIC A

I dont usually post reviews but this store deserves one. Especially Michael, he worked with me for over 2 hours dealing with tech support to make sure I was taken care of.Being in management in a heavily customer service oriented business in the erie area, i can recognize and appreciate when some has talent and goes above and beyond. I was looking at the possibility of transferring my services from AT&T, as I was not satisfied. Danielle, the Store Manager, was excellent today. I brought my kids with me and she reviewed new promotions and the best route to go for my family. She was extremely kind, thorough, professional and just a very nice person to work with. Through promotions, my kids were able to get new phones and Disney+ for a year, which was just fantastic!We were having trouble with one of our existing phones and her co-worker, Tyler, came over to assist and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very nice also. I would highly recommend if you are dissatisfied with your current carrier to come visit Danielle at Verizon and you are guaranteed to receive top of the line customer service and product knowledge from a team of very nice people. Brought in a malfunctioning phone after being told at another location I’d need to buy a new one. Left here with my old phone working perfectly! Associates are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. Highly recommend!

Danielle and Tyler are excellent at customer service! These two are a real asset to this store/company. My husband and I stopped by due to his phone breaking. Danielle looked up his information and notice he was due for an upgrade. She sold one in his budget and helped on getting him a smart watch (his request). We liked how she explained the new phone and new data plan without talking down to us. Since the watch was on order my husband had to come back a few days later. Tyler was working that night and he was so kind and patient. He showed how to operate the watch and if my husband had any questions he told him to just call or stop by. In the future, we will come back to this store to buy or upgrade any of our plans or devices. The customer service here cannot be beat.

I am pretty new to Verizon! However, I have had a phone for well over 15 years! I’ve been to countless stores both Verizon and competitors and NOT ONE has ever compared to the incredible service done by Lorenzo at this Verizon store! I walked in needing help for my cellphone and ended up getting an amazing deal on my new favorite accessory, my watch! Also he was so down to earth, engaging and truly cared about me as a person not just a buck for the sale! It was refreshing in this day in age having a great conversation with great service and he even shook my hand at the end! That never happens anymore! Great store! Check them out!

Verizon was helpful today, what happened was I came down to the store looking to get into Verizon from T-Mobile. Danielle Boyer and Kyle Morales took their time to help me settle into a new phone at an awesome price, there was a lot of hiccups along the way but the took their time to over come those obstacles. I have visited 12+ Verizon locations over the duration of my time as a Verizon customer. This is the single most helpful store I have visited thus far. The employees were genuine, extraordinarily helpful, concise, and friendly! I unfortunately do not live nearby, but if I did, this would be the store I would visit every time. 5 stars, well earned!

Kyle Maralus was an amazing help to my issue. He resolved my problem that no else could. Many other Verizon representatives over the phone were no help but Kyle helped find a solution. Outcome was better than expected and I am glad I came to him.

Manager Nate, and associate Kidanny are part of an elite group of psycho maniacs on a mission to prove excellence through customer service. 3 Michelin stars, on top of an already 5 star experience. If you shop at any other store something’s wrong with you.

I am not sure a 5 star review will do justice to the excellent customer service I received here. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Nate. I had come into the store completely uneasy and unaware of what I wanted to do and somehow felt within minutes like I was exactly where I was suppose to be. Nate was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and so extremely helpful. He was patient through the what felt like a million questions I had. My interactions with him made me feel as though he cared about exactly what I wanted and wanted to make me comfortable in my decision. In the end and 4 new lines later after switching carriers, I am 120 percent positive that each and every time I need to visit a verizon store for ANYTHING I will be going back to Verizon in the Summit Plaza to see Nate and you should too!!!!!! I always have the best experience in this Verizon store; each time I visit. The employees are always exceptional and go above and beyond. Tonight Danielle sat with me for an hour and a half (which ended up being 45 minutes past store closing) setting up my new phone and watch. Never once did she she try to rush me out to leave but instead insisted I stayed until I was comfortable with my new phone. *** during this time I also witnessed her being extraordinarily polite and helpful to the woman who was on the phone with the wrong Verizon store***Hold on to employees like her, she makes people like me come back!

This past Friday Danielle Boyer helped me out Andrew few added a line to my phone plan even though it was three minutes before closing time. Staff are attentive and provide personal service which is not found at the Interchange/Edinboro Road location. Minimal waiting times and efficient processing of transactions and F/U actions and responses to customer inquiries concerning potential problems with the corporate headquarters in communications and billing issues

Used to be some friendly, helpful people in this store. But the last few times I went in, they were very unhelpful. The last time I was there I was having a hard time transferring my pictures to my SD card. I told the younger man the problem I was having and he was very condescending. Showed me exactly what to do, like I was too dumb or too old figure it out on my own. I told him I already tried everything he did and it didnt work. He just insisted that I must have done something wrong. Well, guess what, it didnt work for him either. Suddenly he started back tracking, saying that well, these are just computers and theyre still relatively new, so theyre bound to mess up some times. He never once apologized for talking to me like that. I will find a new location to do business with.

This is the only place I would go for any phone service. The staff is super friendly, ttrustworthy and knowledgeable. This store is newly remodeled, plenty of employees with product knowledge and they also have great in store promotions at all times. If you need to get a new phone, tablet, internet or wearables come here. They have it all. On top of that... they also have promotions on certain products where they can forgive a lot of what you own on your current phone or tablet. Stop in and ask about their promotions. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was good at the store. Service and attitude was very good. There is one problem with Verizon that I have to warn you about. when you get service from Verizon they run a credit check and they fail to tell you. When that credit check goes in from Verizon your credit score goes DOWN.Without waiver or permission they run this check which is a violation of the Constitution invasion of privacy.Verizon Corporate would do nothing about it except try to buy my integrity with 20.00 off my bill.You are permitted one free credit report a year by law. I f you go to Verizon for new service take your own current credit report. If they dont accept it make a complaint to the better business bureau and the Attorney Generals Office like I did. It will make you feel better about your self by standing up.

I purchased the phone at noon, while taking the plastic off a couple hours later I saw a small hairline like crack in. The bottom corner, returned back to the store and they told me to file a claim and pay another 150 for the phone. Unacceptable . Once the store manager found out about this he called me immediately and promised to make it right thats whats expected of customer service

Horrible service and was lied to. Told I needed a $700 deposit despite my good credit and couldnt transfer numbers properly. Told the owner to refund my money and he gave me a hard time. Went to the real Verizon store got everything taken care of and with no suprise there was no deposit needed.

3 millenials waiting on 2 customers. Waited so long I had to leave to pick up my kids. Verizon is absolutely the poster child for big company clueless customer service.

Third party store. Owner has an attitude and acts like he knows everything, but he will smile in your face and not really do anything about it. When a phone is returned, they put it back in the box and sell it to the next fool who walks in. Only sells phones that makes them the highest commission, and will not be what is in your best interest. They write their own reviews to contradict what the poor (and real) reviews say. Shopped here like a dummy about a month ago, and will never go back. Poor customer service, hires children who are too busy on their own phones and chit chatting. Go further up the street to the one next to Moes.

Lying liar who tells lies. They lied to my face. Not just a stretch the truth lie, but a bold lie. The guy told me my phone was water damaged, and he couldnt give me anything on trade in. And he was a dick about it too. So I immediately left, I dont know how they keep this business running. This is not a real verizon, but a third party bunch of dicks. I had to make a google account just to warn people of this store.I took my old phone to a REAL verizon store. I got a new phone, cheaper plan, and a nexus 7 all for cheaper than what this guy was about to offer me. And guess what?! There was no water damage at all. No surprises here. I knew something was up when I walked in, and theres only a handful of displays for such a big store. The guy at the real verizon store said he hears bad stories from this place all the time.
