I came here searching for the wooden flooring my builder had originally used in my kitchen. All I had was one plank but as soon as I held it up, they knew exactly what it was and where to order it from! 100% saved my kitchen. Also they have way more variety and higher quality than you can find at LL or Lowes/HD. Ill be back!

Looked great until three years down the road. 7 loose tiles and the grout is turning to powder and falling out in areas. Was going to pay them to fix it but they acted like they would take care and sent someone out to look at it. Must have been worse than they expected and did not want to back the work. They said they would be back to fix it and never call back. Called back after two weeks and acted like they didnt know who I was and said they never came out and looked at the tiles.

After 2 months of waiting, we finally had our new bathroom tile installed this week. The installers were prompt, worked an 8-hour day, were courteous and did a great job of installation. However, it took several phone calls to the sales representative and finally an ultimatum to get there. There were many excuses as to why it was taking so long for installation. We were told that we had been taken off the schedule (for the beginning of July) because Greg Thomas hadnt heard from our contractor regarding some repairs that had to be made prior to installation. When asked why he didnt call the contractor, he said that he lost his phone number. He also said that he had 4 installers on vacation in one week (during the busy season? really??). I finally told them that they had one week to get the installation done or we were going elsewhere. I had also picked out flooring for a new room that we are adding but have canceled that order. I believe that Greg Thomas is a really nice guy, he has a beautiful showroom and he wants to please everyone but his customer service is very poor. Ive heard this from several other people, especially when it comes to making repairs after installation. I have my fingers crossed that we dont need any repairs. I would like to have them done before I die of old age!

We just got our backsplash installed it was a little hectic being so close to Thanksgiving, but they got it done in time and it looks beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place,thought the price was reasonable and Greg was very helpful with our questions. I definitely will return if I need another job done.

They put in some flooring tiles at my home. Less than 2 years later some of the grout came loose. I took a sample stick that I had to the store to get some matching grout. They took the stick and said they would call. Three weeks later they had not called so I went back to the store. After waiting 20 minutes for help, someone listened to my story but could not locate the sample stick nor any matching grout as they said they would. Shoddy support. They said they would call after locating the stick which I wanted returned. A week later they still did not call. I wont deal there anymore.
