When I made the appointment to replace the stereo in my Solstice, Kyle took the time to discuss in detail what I was looking for, my budget and pros & cons of some manufacturers. I was so impressed with his product knowledge and professionalism that I knew I had come to the right place. The installation was completed in a timely fashion and the tech that installed it walked me through the units features and paired it to my phone to make sure everything was working properly. I recently went to Real Audio to discuss installing a backup camera and a live view rear mirror to address a large blindspot behind my van. I was anxious to get something installed prior to an upcoming trip. Kyle set me up and everything was done quickly and professionally. A nice clean install and nice product. What a wonderful experience I had with these guys. Kyle was awesome. Upfront, honest and fair about quoting a speaker replacement for my Santa Fe. Got set up with an appointment fairly quickly. They were super quick with replacing my speakers. I dropped it off and ran around for an hour doing errands. When I drove by, my car was already sitting out front done. They did a full sound system on my jeep Cherokee and let me tell you what when I got it back they killed everything about it. I would recommend them to anyone who need a system hooked up on anything with speakers.

10/10.I worked with the team at Real around Christmas to put a remote car starter in my wifes truck. It was important that it was fully functional and that it was a surprise that I could reveal Christmas morning.I worked with 2 members of the team to secure a date and expectations (Dont move seat, turn down radio, and leave no indication techs were in the vehicle)I dropped off the truck early AM and was able to pick it up and have it back before the eob that day. They took great care in making sure nothing was disturbed in the vehicle and most impressively, the job being completed very quickly. Outstanding service.My only complaint is that every time we remote start it it will shut off when opening the door. There is no take-over procedure that does not result in having to restart the truck. That is more of a hardware problem of the remote starter and not at all related to the service there.

A few years ago I came to Real Audio for installation of a remote car start. The experience was great so I decided to return this year for car speaker installation. They were able to get me in within the week and the day of had the car done in just a few hours. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the great customer service and quality of work that is done. I will always return to Real Audio and will always recommend them to others! The entire staff is amazing to work with and makes the process easy (even if you’re like me and go in with no idea what you want/need)

I got my subs done and they did an amazing job. I ended up blowing a coil so I took it back and they fixed it at a really good price, they were very quick and timely. They had great service. It was really easy to schedule and they were very accommodating. I would recommend real audio to anyone and they were extremely nice people.

I had an issue with my radio and was able to be seen on short notice. In less than a half hour they had the problem figured out and thoroughly explained what the issue was. They kindly provided suggestions to improve the sound in my jeep! Very pleased and highly recommend Real Audio!

I just bought a new vehicle that had a after market remote start in November 2020 new to me used to the dealer . It stopped working as soon as we got the big snow I live in Erie pa. The dealer said see if these guys could help . I trust them to treat you right and make sure your satisfied with there work. I only ended up needing a re set on my remote start.?these guys helped me it even before I knew they even were fixing my used /new car . And I wanted to go out and get my water but my car was already don’t and these wonderful guys set it for free and it worked perfectly. During this strange covid I felt safe . I would definitely recommend a visit to Real Audio if you need assistance with anything related to car audio and related products. Stopped in and spoke with Kyle. My Jeep radio/CD player had taken in my CD but then froze up and would not function or release the CD. Kyle looked at it and within a few seconds got the stuck CD to eject. Problem solved! Turns out the player can be kind of finnicky with certain types of CDs. On this visit there was no charge but I would definitely return for any products or service I would need for my car audio. As a repeat customer we are again extremely happy with the excellent service! They went above and beyond by helping find the lost key fob that had fallen under the passenger seat and somehow got under the carpet. This resulted in them having to remove the entire seat to find the missing fob. To us it was a big deal but to them it was business as usual. Thanks so much to the entire staff! After I moved across town, my Sirius XM went out... again. Instead of taking it back to the other guys and getting a ride back home, then getting a ride back to pick it up, REAL Audio was now just down the street from me. Kyle fixed the issue quickly, and showed me why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. The other guys seemed happy to keep charging me $75 a pop.I took it back a few weeks later to have them install heating in my drivers seat. I was expecting them to say, Well, its a package deal so youll have to get both front seats done. Nope! Instead it was, We can do that!.That was two years ago.I very rarely write reviews, but I took it in to fix a different electrical issue and again they did a great job and again at a great price. Three visits, never overcharged.Experienced professionals, great results, done in the expected time frame, notified me when ready, very reasonable pricing, convenient location, polite/great vibes-- I mean, what more can you ask for?Id recommend this place to anyone.

This review is way overdue..... I bought my son a gift certificate for heated seats for his Raptor this past fall. Kyles guys did such a great job I had them install heated seats in my 2017 Ram 1500 as well. First, customer service was outstanding in both cases, very enjoyable experiences. Second, they did an outstanding job with the installation, it looks 100% factory. Third, here we are in the middle of an Erie winter and I can tell you that these seat heaters work great!!! Only take a minute or two to warm up on high, flip the switch down to low and it is a nice comfortable ride. I would highly recommend Kyle and is group, my experience was 5 stars all the way. (sorry it took so long to write the review Kyle)

Very friendly and honest people here. A few years ago I thought I needed a new remote after leaving my keys in the snow over night, but turned out I just needed new batteries. The staff didnt take the opportunity to sell me something I didnt need. Then recently I got a spare remote in the case I may misplace my keys again. Still friendly and excellent service. They hooked me up! I was having problems with my subwoofer and I brought it to them and they fixed it and made it sound amazing in minutes. The best part was they did it for free didnt charge me at all. Great experience all together would definitely recommend.

Had our truck to these guys to install a double din and a rear view camera. The wiring they did in the truck is borderline amateur. There are FEET of coiled wire hanging under the passenger dash. Once I looked into my wiring behind the steering wheel...I realized just how bad they did. There are sheared wires off of a harness connector... Flush to the connector so I couldnt use it if I wanted to. Im extremely disappointed in the professionals here.

These guys are top notch!I purchased a truck unknowing that the wiring was severely damaged and then brought it to Real Audio to install a custom sound system.They trouble shot the issues and didn’t even charge me for the extra work.All said and done, the truck actually worked better when I left than it did when I brought it in.These guys are above and beyond the status quo and I will highly suggest them to anybody that needs a quality system installed.Btw, my stereo sounds amazing and the amp placement and wiring is very clean.5 stars all day.

Went in to Real Audio to set up a day and time to have Kyle and his crew install a new deck and speakers in my car, which I originally set up two weeks out. I came back in a few days later to see if it could be installed sooner rather than later and Kyle told me to bring it in the next day. So I did and it was finished within a short amount of time! I went to get in my car and immediately connected my phone to the aux cord and it sounded amazing! It was all done for a reasonable price too! Kyle and his crew did a great job! They said we needed to rewire our entire car because the radio quit working. It was just unplugged, they wanted to scamm us out of more money for services not needed, no thank you.

These guys do fantastic work and for a very reasonable price. I had Real Audio install replacement heated seat pads in a 1999 BMW M3 with the very complex Vader sport seats. They did a commendable job making the very worn leather fit and look good on the reassembled seat. They worked quick too and got me in for an appointment right away. I am quite impressed with Real Audio.
