He is always super responsive to all my questions and gave me a great walk through on how to work everything and how to properly care for the tent. Ken at Campers & Gear helped me pick up an amazing Walkabout 56 tent at an amazing price. Even with all the long lead times on tents from Covid-19, he was able to get it in my hands in just over 2 weeks. Every time I call I get immediate response, even to my stupid installation questions at 5:30pm on a Monday. Could not recommend them any more.
