I am a purchasing agent for a local company who was interested in having a security system installed for our premises. I had three companies come in and quote a new security system which included Whitetail. Gregg and Bryan were very pleasant and able to answer any questions and/or concerns I had during the walk thru process. They also both made on the spot suggestion that proved to be very insightful for our business.Our building is of substantial size. This would place the security monitors in our server room better than 1000+ feet from the farthest camera. Gregg and Bryan suggested we have a wireless system installed. This eliminated the need for a signal wire run in or out of conduit. The only wiring required was for power to the cameras. This was done by splicing from a nearby 120 volt outlet. This proved to be extremely cost effective and we DID NOT lose and picture quality because of the wireless connection.After the install, Whitetail was very instructive with showing us how to use our new system and tailored the operating system to our desired use of the software.Whitetail was the more expensive of the three quotes. However, to me, Whitetail was by far the most knowledgeable about their product and confident about the installation process. They did not disappoint. The company and I are VERY PLEASED with the whole experience and the system itself. I would strongly recommend Whitetail Electronics for any commercial or home use.

Love these cameras and security features Whitetail Electronics have installed. The cameras are easy to use with multiple functions. They give me 360 degree view of my business while I am thousands of miles away. Also, when I had to direct my one employee on what to do and where to go; I had the capability to see him in real time. Lastly, no longer do I have to ask to have photos sent via email to see how everything looks. I see it all over the internet !!

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Whitetail Electronics. They installed a great security system at my small business location. Their service techs were friendly and explained what they were going to do before they did the install. And they cleaned up after the job was completed. The phone-in tech service after the sale is outstanding! I had questions after the install and they answered them quickly and without making me feel silly for asking questions. I mistakenly set off my alarm and the alarm service call almost instantaneously and told me that the alarm was going off at my office location, when I explained that I mistakenly set it off, they asked me my code to verify that it was me and I was safe. It was amazing how quickly it all worked! Just like they advertised when I got the quote for the system! Highly recommended for products and service for commercial and residential security systems!!!

Ive even with Whitetail Electronics for approximately 12 years and they have continuously made improvements to their security and monitoring system to keep up with the world we are living in. Whitetail Electronics installed a security system with fire and carbon monoxide monitoring in our new house. They also installed ceiling speakers and pre-wired for additional speakers in other rooms. Greg was fantastic in designing all of the systems to meet our needs as well as helping us plan for future enhancements. The install went smoothly and we have been very happy with both the products and service. After living with the systems for a few weeks a few settings didnt work for us and Whitetail was able to change them quickly with no hassle. Everyone weve worked with at Whitetail has been friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for security system and speaker installations.

Over the 18 years I have been with Whitetail Electronics, they are been helpful and courteous. I have never had a problem with the equipment unless the battery needed to be changed. The battery lasts for years and to change it out is 1-2-3; no service call required. If you do need service, they are prompt and knowledgeable.

Whitetail installed our security system in 1998 and made upgrades to the system in 2002 we have had no issues or complaints. Greg and his team is responsible, response and professional.
