Great selection of books and other items too. Had a great sale going on that my niece went for. Plus coffee and bake goods right there on first floor. Little hot on first floor but downstairs was cooler.

Air was out so, a bit on the warm side inside. The up-escalator was out and the elevator was suggested. Not too bad, but I did get warm and had to leave.

This is easily one of my favorite stores to visit in Erie. The employees keep the store running flawlessly and are knowledgeable about the store and about the books you may have questions about. Their selection of books was extensive and I was able to find everything I wanted (and a lot I didnt know I needed). Plus, the cafe that is inside of the store itself is perfect for coffee or for even checking out if the line is too long at the main register. Ill absolutely be returning.

I always like to see their new arrivals as soon as I come in the door! Personally I wish the horror section was bigger but there is quite a variety of books available! Shelves are always well stocked and the employees are very pleasant if you have any questions.

Love being able to shop for 100s of books and then enjoy a coffee. I dont think I ever leave here without 20 books! Love and wish we had one closer!!!

Really great book store, absolutely huge 2 floors of books. Staff was outstanding and helpful. If you love to read there will absolutely be something there for you.

Very good stor best place for artists and people who like legos but the main part is there huge selection of books the people there are really nice I think the also had some pocky I think thats a snack from japan which is cool but over all great place also they have music there

Nice selection of books, especially when you want to walk in and read a few pages before buying. The outside of the building is a little rough.

So nice to see a book store with a decent influx of customers. Picked up a couple of books during a trip and was pleased to see they had a good variety to choose from.

I have only shopped here a few times, but i have also shopped online and called with questions too .. and i have ALWAYS had very polite and considerate service and very knowledgeable .. will shop here above Amazon anyday!

Prices a little high, but everything is top notch quality and everyone who works here is very kind and fun to talk to. place is very clean and tidy.

This is about the best Barnes & Noble Ive been in anywhere in the country. It has the feel of an independent bookstore which are in such short supply these days.

Overwhelmed with all the selections and its been a minute since Ive needed or wanted a book. Might be nice to have a map for easier guidance around the store, so you can find what you need.

The store is located on peach across from mill creek mall. There is a protected light which allows easy entry into and out of lot in front of the store. Inside are two floors of goods. There is a Starbucks coffee shop. An escalator takes you to the lower floor where a nice childrens section is in front. The restrooms are located on that floor as well. Staff are friendly and helpful and are quick to offer recommendationsElevator available as well for those in a wheelchair or scooter

Stood in line for 10 mins with 3 other people in front of me. One cashier. Very slow. They didn’t open a second line. Staff looked at the line, but didn’t help. Two of us, not related, put our books down and walked out without buying anything. Such a shame.

In an age where bookstores are becoming less common, I cant tell you how utterly refreshing it is to visit here, even though the pandemic has blighted it somewhat.It still has a Starbucks Coffee in the lobby. It still has a large selection of books and quite a few exclusives. It still has sales to keep its prices in step with competitors.Come and visit this relic of a better retail past while you can!

Our family spent many hours in this store, which helped our children grow up with books in their hands and in front of their eyes. Theyre pretty affordable too.

I went there looking for a study guide for an upcoming exam that has been updated to a new version and the book that they had was outdated. They did have a Raspberry Pi magazine that I did end up purchasing. They have a great selection of magazines that you cant find at other stores.

Really nice and clean bookstore. You seen staff wiping down stuff customer were touching and everyone had masks on. I love Barnes and Noble great place to find what your looking for and if you cant ask a staff member and theyll be happy to assist.

I could not find what they had said they had, and they had no one around to help. And... They were unorganized.

Dont judge a book by its cover, and dont judge the size of a bookstore from the outside! WOW! This is the most interesting Barnes & Noble our family has ever visited! We thoroughly enjoyed our browse-time and interaction with staff.

Biggest barns and noble Ive seen in years. The cashier with the dreads was really nice too! :)

We were greeted at the door which is rare in many businesses. When we asked where a certain youth book series was located we were given great directions. At checkout we were also treated graciously and pleasantly!

It was told to us that Barnes & Noble had stopped selling Christian Bibles. Such a claim was totally false and it still remains one of our favorite book stores.

Theres nothing better than being surrounded by books. As long as bookstores and libraries stand, I will continue going and perusing physical books in person. Barnes and Noble remains one of my favorite places on earth to be.

They are well stocked with lots of books. I went the other day looking for a puzzle. They had nothing in stock.

Great place to browse and find books you never knew you wanted. Prices can be steep, but they have lots of reasonably priced books on sale.

Solid bookstore. Fairly large selection of books and other activity books (crosswords, sudoku, etc.) The only complaint I have is the relatively small selection of records they have in-store. A pleasant atmosphere overall, with a Starbucks inside. Just a classic Barnes and Noble with everything you would expect and not a whole lot that you wouldn’t. Will be back most likely

Book Lovers Heaven! This is a great place to take a young reader to get them excited about books! Theres a wonderful variety of books in all different genres. Any reluctant reader is sure to find something theyre interested in! They also host school fundraisers and events that are always a good time.

Good store for Barnes & Noble. The biggest complaint I have is the selection. I understand they get what sells but other B&N stores I have been to had a more varied selection. It does have a good area focused on local Northwest PA books.
