Just like some of the other reviews. I called to ask a question about a service. I got No....No and a hang up. I guess they have enough business to keep them busy.

Very rude arrogant no customer service skills. I have never had a more negative experience dealing with a service/retail provider. Felt like I was bothering them when I needed to buy things for my boat. Hope it was not the owner treating a person so badly.After reviewing the other negative reviews the trend is if you are female you are treated poorly. I am not a feminist by any means but it seems silly to close out the female consumer.

Old-timers know how to get it done definitely an honest business might not have the greatest customer service but there a good place to go to And their customer service is not bad At all

Called them to inspect boat and put in bildge pump. He asked what motor whas in it and I told him a 125 force. He said forget about it and basically hung up on me. Worst service I had ever seen. Guess they dont want money.

People are very rude here and have extremely poor customer service skills. Trying to get my boat fixed and they were not willing to explain breakdown of costs and why, just threw out a random number.
