My husband and I went in looking for our next mattress not really knowing how we were going to compromise between what we both wanted and liked. My wife and I were very pleased with how we were treated by all of the staff. We were able to try out a few different mattresses based off of the information collected and recommendations by the staff and we were pleased to find out that we could have our new Purple mattress delivered to our home in just a few days time! The delivery folks were also very nice and made quick work getting the box spring and mattress into our home!

Best place in Erie to buy a mattress. Best service and selection. Found a great deal and Jacob and Tori were very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. They showed me multiple options in my price range, did not have a high-pressure sales approach, and expertly answered questions regarding the mattress technology that aided in my buying decision.

This is a little early to leave a review as the bed has not arrived, been set up, or used. I can however leave a 5* review for the service at Mattress Firm. It was outstanding, and they beat Denver Mattress on price by over 1,000$, delivery by over 4 weeks and had no hassle financing that was right on our budget. They beat all the other stores in customer service. I am expecting more of the same with delivery and comfort of the product. I will append this review if something changes.

I had a great experience! I was looking for mattresses for about two weeks and came in just to check out what they had. I left without buying just because i wanted to get my bedframe first. I came back about a week later. Gerald Dixie remembered me and helped me find the perfect mattress. He made sure to get me under my budget while still providing wonderful options. When I went there an employee, Gerald, immediately asked what I was looking for. He made sure I knew what type of bed I wanted to get between a firm, medium, or plush. Afterwards he showed me some mattresses, and then helped me test them on a box spring. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go there again if I need to buy a mattress.

David took care of us to listen to what we needed and didn’t try to get us to buy the more expensive, not needed products. Everything came in when promised, and prices were good. Only bit of advice, don’t buy their mattress covers (paid over $100 each for both when equal product was $25 for each). But the rest of my order was a great buy and experience.

Had a very positive interaction with the same salesman in 2 visits which led to our purchase. Went to pick up as promised today and the mattress wasn’t there. Brand new salesman there with little to no knowledge as to why it wasn’t there.Received the call I requested from management this morning and they apologized for the inconvenience. He then made special arrangements for me to receive my order as soon as possible.

My husband and I have been looking at different stores for a new mattress. We stopped in to mattress firm to just look around real quick. We met with Dave and talked about financing options and my husband brought up memory foam beds. Right away Dave took us to the prefect mattress. We both have lower back issues and it was instant relief on the mattress Dave suggested. Dave was so helpful, so friendly and extremely understanding. He made our experience stress free and we felt so comfortable walking out of there. He listened to our wants and needs and directed us with out being pushy to make a sale. Because of the prices, the mattress and his friendly knowledge we walked out of there today with a brand new bed that we are externally happy with. Thank you!

I just had an impeccable experience at Mattress Firm and I highly recommend them to anyone. Dave was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and a cheerful spirit who made the buying process a breeze. I put off buying a mattress because it’s such a huge investment that can easily go wrong but I felt the store does much to reduce that concern. Mattresses are color coded related to firmness which cuts down on shopping time. They have a huge selection and reasonable prices as far as comparable mattresses go. I liked that they also had options for mattresses that come tightly pacakaged in a box. If I had to pick up and not use delivery, this would be convenient because I could move it myself. They also had some great specials which unfortunately I couldn’t take part in but it’s enough for me to come back for my next purchase. I don’t have the mattress yet and can’t review it but wanted to share the pleasant shopping trip I experienced today.

Prices are very competitive. Salesmen were knowledgeable and did not push the sale. I actually bought a more expensive model than I originally planned! Great addition to the Erie area!

Great place to get a high quality mattress for reasonable prices

David Mackowski was our salesmen and we made more than one visit to the store and he remembered us and remembered what we liked. He was fantastic.

Great Experience in choosing the right mattress.... . Scott help us out for just the right one. It was at a great price as well.

After purchasing a very expensive bed, it was delivered incorrectly, and we were told we would have to wait another 5 days before we got the correct bed. Thats an extra 5 days of sleeping on the floor. In addition, the truck was from a rental company, which is incredibly unprofessional, and it is unbelievably unsafe for people to open their doors and invite people with no identifying information into their homes. We need another bed, but it will not come from Mattress Firm. In addition, I will be warning everyone who will listen not to trust this company.

After researching deals in the area and online, I visited our new Mattress Firm in Erie. The first salesman I had the pleasure of dealing with was Scott. He was knowledgeable, friendly and understood my needs. We came back the next day and met with Dave who backed up everything that Scott had told me and more. We bought 5 new mattresses, 3 spring platforms and a RIZE system. Prices were very competitive, service was amazing and delivery was within 4 days! Dave and the delivery company kept us up to date on delivery times and more. When there was one glitch in our delivery, Dave immediately corrected the mistake at no cost to us. Highly recommend this store and LOVE our new beds!

The people were very helpful but screwed our order up. I called the day before to check status of order and they fixed the mistake but yet still had the wrong beds delivered. So theu again put in right order and the next delivery day they said the beds didnt show. I finally just cancelled my order.

I purchased the sleepys cool mattress in late october, its the best damn mattress ive slept on. with 8 discs torn in my back this bed keeps me aligned and pain free while im sleeping. it takes about 60 days to get used to the bed so keep with it.
