I had ordered fabric online through the app (easy to use) to pick up the next day. Headed up to the store and headed in. Went to check out and my online orders were bagged and waiting. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Decided to walk around the store and ended up buying more fabric. The woman who cut the fabric was also very friendly and efficient. Fabric was arranged well and easy to see and grab. Im glad I went into the physical store. After this round of blanket making Im sure Ill be back!

ShoppedJoann fabrics in Erie PA today. Had spent $90.77. Had a coupon for 40% off on one item. So what does the cashier do, she takes the 40% off the cheapest priced item which was for $4.99. The 40% off shouldve been used on the most expensive item which was $35.18. Not only that, she was rude and very unfriendly.

Young kid at counter was very nasty! Very rough with products, and does not have the right mentality for that job at all!! Major attitude problem. I will never go back there ever again.

Usually the staff here is great. Very friendly and helpful. Today when my mom and I came in, the girl cutting fabric was very rude. She wasn’t straightening out the fabric properly and as my mom was trying to point it out, she was very impatient with her and when we walked away she criticized my mom’s sewing and cutting skills. “All those years of sewing and you can’t cut”It’s not like I won’t come back, that Valerie at cutting needs a serious attitude adjustment though. She also needs to learn how to straighten out the fabric so people are getting what they ask and pay for.

I went in looking for a specific color, feel, and amount of fabric to make a canopy. After looking myself for about ten minutes, and not finding something, I asked an associate walking by if she could help. She stopped what she was doing and walked with me for about ten more minutes and helped me find JUST what I was looking for, even with how picky I was being. I am very pleased with how friendly and helpful she was.

JOANN Fabrics has been around a long time. It is a great store. I remember when it was close to Buffalo Road. That store was always so busy. I havent been in the one on peach much except for today they have so much,crafts, material, and sewing machines. Visit the store and see for yourself.

Clean. The only place I could find the correct color and type of yarn I needed.

So much crafting implements to choose from. The only problem I have is that the store I visit seems to be a bit small and cramped. Perhaps too many crafting avenues for floor space available??

Disappointing - I recently moved from Michigan where I had access to an amazing, large Joann Fabrics store. I dont understand that A big company like this only puts a small store in a city this size and with a lot of competition from Michaels and A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts nearby. The store was clean and well organized. However, product selection was limited and I left without a purchase - which doesnt happen often when I visit a craft store. Thankfully - there is online shopping!

Lots of fleece and quilting fabrics, poor selection of garment fabric. Not the cleanest store. Service has gotten better over the past few months but in the past it has been poor. I used to spend 3 to $5,000 a year buying Fabrics here but they have reduced the garment fabric. The garment fabric that they do care is of poor quality. Certainly has gone downhill over the years. Unfortunately there are very few fabric stores in Erie Pennsylvania.

Terrible, terrible service. I will NEVER return here for any craft needs I have. They only have 2 employees on a Friday and both were busy with the SAME customers for 20 MINUTES!!! I needed something off of the top shelf and both were talking and taking their good time. I’m not going to wait for your employees to finish their conversations to get ONE thing. Then wait in line AGAIN for checkout. Hire more employees. You’ve lost a customer.

I mostly get my yarn here. When its on sale, good price. They do discount their holiday stuff well.

Like to shop here, but I have reported the store being dirty before. Have sent pics to corporate of dirty floors and shelves. Other than that, like the products I find, the fabrics, notions... Know I can usually find what I need for a project

Well I placed an 12.00 dollar order to them last Thursday for a walk in pick up and I still havent got it yet .That was over the well time to pull it off the shelfs to fill this is the LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Way overpriced not enough checkout lines. Spent a fortune there and only got a small card of stuff was unable to use the coupons on my phone requires an additional password. I personally would never ever shop there.

Severely lacking compared to Joann ETC stores in the buffalo area. But I cant complain as their ther only store in Erie with reasonable prices and a large supply of fabrics.
