When we moved locations we needed a new sign! Working with Michaela was fun and easy. She helped us through the whole process. When I had a question she answered back quickly. As for the sign, it looks AMAZING! The quality is great and I expect it to last a long time. When we have special events (Open House or Summer Camp) we are able to add a smaller sign below our name! Brooke helped us out at Plastikos this week! I had been trying for 2.5 weeks to order a table cover through a different supplier and they were horrible with communication and took over a week to tell me that I had to resubmit my artwork to them before they could start production on the table cover. We needed the table cover for a career fair asap so I reached out to Brooke at FastSigns in Erie, PA since they are local to see what they could do.I reached out to her on Friday, 9/20/19. Not only did she answer my email within the hour. She was able to have it come in today in time for the show... Wednesday, 9/25/19! She hand delivered the table cover to us in the morning to make sure it would get to us in time too!Thank you so much. We are extremely appreciative!

The customer service here is great. They came down immediately to see the project, moved things around to schedule us in, and then knocked out our project ahead the projected timeline. After the project was complete they personally came in to check it over and offered to fix part of it they were not happy with. We will use this company repeatedly due to this type of customer service.

Fast Signs are exactly that! When another sign company let us down with a snippy attitude and even giving us erronous information, we were left high and dry. Justin at Fast Signs not only responded to our 10 pm email before 8 am the next day, but he already had a fantastic design idea! I regrettably hired him to make a sign for my band based out of Rockford, IL and what a mistake it was. We showed up and instantly told us to get out of his parking lot (because we were in a tour van and looked like band guys) and verbally harassed my friends and I. All we wanted was a sign for the bands Merch table and we got harassed before we even got in the door. Started with him calling us names and ended with him storming off threatening to fight and call the cops. Don’t work with this prejudice, angry, and vile man.

We made the mistake of using them for wedding seating chart. They sent us a proof with our name spelled wrong, the wrong wedding date, AND it was late being sent to us. When we called to talk to designer he/she was with another client and never called us back. I should say designer since he/she copied and pasted the sample design we gave him/her and only replaced the name and date--incorrectly. Overpriced.
