I dont fish out in Harborcreek or East County that much, but Ive bought red worms, nightcrawlers, and tackle here a few times. Ive always been satisfied.Best of all, rather than giving Walmart your money, youre supporting a local shop.

Ive bought bait here 3 times in the last few weeks and Ill never spend another dime here again!! I fish 4 days a week, buy bait constantly but theyll never see a penny of my money again!! Every time I get bait theyre dead, squishy, black, and dead! Ohh and half of the amount of said bait! I mean can my bait PLEASE be more active and thicker than a torn paper bag????? Rip offs from the word go!!!

Awesome tackle shop been going there since I was a kid. Great service and good place to get some insight on where and what people have been catching fish on. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing the minnow man.

Kinda small bait shop..got all the essentials though...7$ for a dozen minnows is rediculous..thats why i stop on the way up from pgh..3 dozen for around 9dollars at odonnells bait in portersville..

This is a nice little tackle shop. The owner helped me get what I needed for my husbands birthday gift... he was very helpful! Prices are pretty good I’d say! Definitely a great little shop! Support small local businesses!

When bait thaws like grubs etc theres a good chance theyll be dead alread which makes me feel like theyre selling poor quality bait besided the minnows. Minnows are always very healthy but for some reason they like to mix Goldens in with Emarald shiners which is a big no no in my opinion especially when i ask for emeralds and I find out my minnows are not all what I asked for. Seems kind of sheisty and there could be better ways to run a successful bait n tackle shop. With all that being said the guy is pretty nice.

Good prices on live bait, always friendly and helpful, usually gives way more minnows than he charges you for. I have not used his cleaning services, Im a catch and release kinda guy. The shop does smell like they smoke inside, which doesnt bother me, but could bother others.
