Wow I’m from nyc/Long Island and this place is as good as the renowned bodegas and bagel shops. This place knows how to make a bagel; and their onion garlic bialy might be the best thing none to man. Thank you New York bagel for bringing this to erie.

Stopped in for the first time today. Ive picked up their bagels at Country Fair, but decided to see what else they had to offer. I highly recommend these tasty treats. Never have I seen so many choices to pick from. Something for everyone. From the sweet to the savery. New favorite from today was the stuffing bagel. Had it tonight toasted with Turkey, swiss and their garlic/ chive cream cheese. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Treat yourself soon! 🥯

My wife and I decided to try this place after a recommendation from a coworker. We are glad we came down. We are originally from NYC and I could tell you these bagels are amazing. Closest thing you will have to an authentic NYC bagel. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it even better. Thank you to the owner Jon for introducing himself and making sure our first experience was great. Will come back and recommend.

Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches made right there fresh daily. You can even see the bagel machine they use to shape the bagels right behind the counter. Lot of varity in flavors and types. I personally love the banana pepper bagel.

So so good, we made a special trip to get them. The 2 hrs is worth it. The pepperoni and the apple are awesome

You can’t beat New York bagel and deli for tasty delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and the great customer service from the entire staff!The bagels can be Frozen!!Take the frozen bagel out four hours before consuming and pop the bagel in a toaster oven for five minutes and it will taste like it just came out of the New York bagel and deli’s oven!

My favorite place to get a bagel right now, in Erie, PA. Very clean place. Staff is pleasant and quick to get your order. Great selection of bagels and cream cheese. They also have a rewards system where you can score a free bagel from time to time. Definitely worth a try if youre reading this and are wondering where to go to get a bagel.

Before the pandemic I have been here several times and really enjoyed the food. However, I haven’t been here in a few months because there’s always employees not wearing masks. If they really truly can’t wear a mask maybe they shouldn’t be making the sandwiches.

Being from Long Island originally, I have to say they make the best bagels outside of the Long Island, New York City area.

May try them again once masks are no longer needed - or if the cooks decide to wear them- but the last few times the bagels werent the same. Too bad because I really liked them before, and its close to home. The girls at the counter are very friendly.

These bagels are so good! When they come out of the toaster they are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. And so many delicious flavors! Unfortunately they are NOT wearing masks. I wont be back until I get vaccinated.

Stopped in around 6 am and the place smelled of freshness!! I chose a couple bagels and then decided to add another after I paid. They were so generous and kind. Very friendly service and the bagels are delicious!! I definitely recommend it!!

Probably the best bagels i have had since i moved from Jersey. Except for the ones i get when i visit Jersey. Banana pepper and swiss is our fav.Breakfast sandwich could be better. Wasnt toasty like it should be. My guess it was microwaved.

An amazing variety of begals weve never seen before. All fresh made right there. Begal sandwiches made with great enthusiasm and care based on customer requests. Friendly staff. The boy making the sandwiches is cheerful.

Great local business.I waited to visit this place to give it time to get up and running. One day I drove 15 minutes to go and try their sandwiches. When I walked in I noticed I forgot my wallet. They welcomed me and I told them I just noticed I forgot my wallet, Ill come back another day they insisted that they will give me a free lunch to try their place. I refused to accept their genuinely true gesture.I did come back weeks later and without question, the best bagel sandwich on earth!!!!!!The service was equally on par with the food.

The variety of bagels, freshly made each morning, is reason enough to visit, but they also make their own flavored cream cheeses to add extra flavor! The owner is friendly and will customize your order. The sandwiches (both breakfast and lunch) are a great value and are tasty! My favorites are the turkey sandwich on the orange/cranberry bagel, the raspberry bagel with raspberry cream cheese, the breakfast bagel on Asiago bagel, and the pizza bagel on the garlic/Parmesan bagel.

Great bagels! Perhaps the best Ive had in a very long time. I bought a dozen, got 13, I froze the leftover in a ziplock bag, and even a week later they came out perfect.Their deli sandwich are just superb
