No longer a target customer. I pulled up to a parking lot that was beaming with beautiful music being played by an incredibly talented electric accordion player. Everyone was having a great time until the employees kicked him off the premise because it was soliciting. He didnt ask me for anything, and I was sure angry with Target employees that just ruined what was a great experience for their customers. Will not shop at stores that have a policy of killing joy.Was very glad to see he was attracting Targets customers over to other stores that would have him as I drove away! Boo Target! No business sense!!! lol

I stopped by on 10/30 to set up my Cingular cellular account. I was turned down because I didnt have an appointment. Next appointment 11/9. I was told it would only take 5 minutes, but they refused to do it. They were not helping any customers customers and none were around. The clerk was just standing around doing nothing. I will be sure to pass this experience around so people know how you treat your customers. Actually no stars

Had what I wanted. Ordered on line, picked it up 2 hours later, seemless transaction. Employees very nice.

We were looking for storage containers and talked on the phone to a very helpful employee who just happened to be the same person we picked our order up from. She had it all ready in the cart for us and we were in/out in a matter of minutes. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you!!

I like the store. Its always clean and the people there are very friendly. I do miss my Charlottesville, VA store since it seemed to have more variety, but this is a great store for the area.

The store is conveniently located near my home.....I could park right at the front door. My purchase was waiting for me and the associate was very friendly and helpful. I was on my way in just a few minutes and back home within 5 minutes of leaving!

Quick trip, found everything I was looking for, used the app to quickly find the aisles I needed - smooth self checkout experience.

I’ve placed 3 online for in-store pick-up purchases in the last 3 weeks and EVERY SINGLE ORDER has had items canceled because they’re not in stock. This is so frustrating and I’ve never had this problem at any other Target. This store really needs to do a better job with their inventory or their workers aren’t looking hard enough for the customer’s items. Especially when it says there are MULTIPLES of each item in stock at the store.

I absolutely love the pick up and drive up pick up service. I actually spend more because I do not have to shop in the store. This is a great service and very fast!!! I will always use this as long as you offer it!

Excellent customer service. I would also like to mention that I wish Target would allow free shipping with the Red card instead of having to spend the $35 minimum purchase required. I would spend so much more if I could get free shipping seeing my nearest Target is about an hour away. Just a thought!

The lines at Target are getting so bad more and more and more. They are slowly becoming the new Kmart when it comes to lines. This is in January and just speaks to worsening management. Hey Target, do something or you’re going to lose business. Completely unacceptable

My sister had bought a cat litter box earlier today. She got home and it was broken, so I drove back to get a new one. It was very easy and the workers were very nice.

I have to commend the customer service rep. For her outstanding assistance in solving my problem in a matter of a few minutes! My issue was very distressing to me but not after speaking with her .. I only wish I would have asked her name but I was caring for my handicapped brother at the time and was distracted on just solving my issue.. it was on 8~12~20 at approximately 1025am. Thank you to her.. she was a tribute to Target and has sold me on doing future business as I haven’t much due to how far it’s located from my home.. I will be doing online with them all the time now due to her 😊

It seems that target really cares about their customers safety. They are organized and clean and wipe everything constantly. The store is clean and I just have made this my go to store instead of walmart

This location has a helpful staff that has repeatedly gone out of their way to help me in difficult situations when other stores were closed. They are open later than most of other stores especially during COVID-19. The returns are also very easy!

I often walk into Target planning on a particular purchase, but more often than not, I leave the store empty handed! I often will compare local store prices on merchandise Im looking for. It seems the majority of the time, target doesnt have many of these items when I get to the store! I wish Target would clearly indicate in stock items with maybe a color code. Green box for in stock or a red box indicating out of stock or online only! I like Target, but far too often they dont carry the items Im looking for in stock.

The drive up experience was excellent. The employee was waiting for me when i pulled in and was extremely friendly. I also appreciated that he loaded my order into the car for me.

The store is bright, clean and the best part - not cluttered! The scent of strong coffee from the Starbucks is nice as you first step onto the store.The Wii U, game section is great. Mens Clothing is just okay. Not too many different brands.The grocery is well laid out like the rest of the store but seems pricey compared to other stores.Really enjoy the Target Cafe. Relaxing little nook to chill while waiting while she shops. The coffee is good and they have little pizzas and hot dogs for a quick lift me up. Nice lady working there.Employees are great. Very friendly and always ask if you need help.Not too many deals or clearance type sales.

There are plenty of employees throughout the store, yet only 2 registers with actual cashiers. The rest were closed, except for self-checkout. This trend is highly disappointing. If you expect people to do the work of scanning and bagging their own items, you should offer a discount.

Fast pock up

Store bright, clean, and happy. I prefer shopping in the store at target versus other similar stores because of the atmosphere. Other stores are grey and dreary like a warehouse.

My wife and daughter shop there all the time so I really cant say anything bad.Self checkout is meant to speed the customer along.I went in there to get something and the self checkout it does take cash but you have to wait for a customer rep to do the transaction (had to wait).Really makes no sense.

I ordered something online and the picture showed the item as a pair for a low price. Thats why I spent the extra money to drive 35 miles to the store to pick it up. When I got there they handed me one and not a pair of them. So they made it good with me and gave me the other one even though the item was supposed to be one. I dont know how many stores would do that but that makes me want to shop at Target as my first stop when Im out.

This was a very clean and wonderful target. They had a produce section which I have never seen before in a target. That alone raised the bar for me. Other than that is was just your basic target. One of the best general goods stores around.

Wow... Never been a fan of the Erie Target but after today seeing an associate collecting parking lot and front of store trash in a shopping cart meant for customers... Most that put their children in carts is just appalling. You wont see me shopping in there... If you must though... I would recommend the hand carry baskets.

We were at a pool party/bbq and we needed an inner-tube thing for my 3 yr old granddaughter to use in the pool and I dont even know how many stores we went to to find one. Target has everything. A little higher priced than WalMart, but you can find anything youre looking for at Target! The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because i feel like they dont have enough registers open when Im there. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Dont use instore pick up! they will keep pushing back your pickup date on items they have in stock and on the shelves already even if you call corporate they will just yell at you, disrespect you and pretend not to know what the problem is. Order pickup benefits the store but not the consumer as it allows them to sell items they have yet to receive from the manufacturer while simultaneously selling the same items to in store shoppers Targets order pickup program sells broken promises not physical items.

Prices are fair. And its always quiet, which is fantastic. They sell a few items Ive been having a hard time finding elsewhere. I like the outdoor living section too. Im not fond of their clothing. I dont care for the womens styles and Ive found that their kids clothes run extremely small. This coming from someone with a skinny kid. Over all though, it is a good place to shop, especially if you want to get in and out quickly.

We visit Target very frequently as we use up&up brand formula, and cloud island clothes and diapers. I also love browsing the random clearance racks.My only problems are the self checkout has people with a cart full of items. They should be Express lanes for costumers with 15 items or less.& The girls working in the Starbucks are sooo rude. Do NOT expect a true Starbucks experience. Ive ended up walking out of this Starbucks twice without being served as they never acknowledge you walking in. So now Ill take the trip across the street after leaving to a real Starbucks.

I need an electric wheelchair and the store had 2 available for customer use. It stuttered stalled out made grinding noises..it stalled out without warning and jolted my neck several times. The wheelchair could not fit in the clothing aisles hitting and getting stuck on the clothes hanging from the many racks on wheels. I refuse to shop there again. Plus the stores prices are outrageous, compared to other establishments.
