Amazing service. Explained everything in detail before doing anything and didnt do work that wasnt necessary, even though I wanted some things done, and they could have just done it and taken my money, they told me Id be better off looking at other options, even recommended some other shops for my particular issue. Cant go wrong starting here and the work they did was top notch. Very hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days. Ill be a customer for life.

I took my vehicles there for years. Always felt respected and never felt taken advantage of. As a woman I had felt scammed by many mechanics over the years. Once I found Heise, I was confident in the work being recommend and completed. I have recommended them to everyone, every chance I get. 2 years ago a bought a newer car from a dealership and it is under warranty. I had not had any issues with it until this year. They told me that things needed done that did not. I feel scammed again and really miss the trust and service from Heise. I finally had to threaten the dealership with taking my business back, to get them to stop randomly replacing parts. I still, however, have the same issue that I originally asked them to look at. I promise you this: if I have any nonwarranty work that needs done again, I will be going to Heise. Im done dealing with shady dealerships.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever received from a garage in my entire life! My car was inspected very thoroughly but quickly. I recommend Heise Rebuilding to everyone. As a woman, it was nice to have things explained by a woman who didnt mansplain or talk down to me like I know nothing about cars. Hanging out with cats in the waiting room made it even better. It was the first enjoyable experience Ive had while waiting for my car to be inspected. I would give them 10 out 10 if I could!
