Horrible customer service. They don’t know how to register people when transferring plates to a new vehicle. My registeration on my old vehicle was expiring, it only had one month left. I wanted my new vehicle to have 1 year of registration. The lady only gave me a new plate with one month left on my about to registration. Absolutely horrible never again will I go here or tell my friends not to come here.Y’all really need a DMV in PA allowing a 3 rd party company to handle motor vehicles is awful as they only do it for profit and don’t care if they do it right

Very friendly service and everything was explained to me to where I understood what I needed to do and had to do as far as purchasing my EZ-Pass. I highly recommend this office!!

I was inquiring about a travel package to Vegas, but the 4 day is really full 2 days of vacation because the flight arrival and flight departure doesnt give one any extra leisure time. I would spend two days for travel. 😞

Very frustrating! I could not find a phone number to call them directly....even the phone number in the white pages has been disconnected or no longer in service. I needed to get a hold of them quickly, and to no avail! Not happy!

Friendly, helpful staff. Ive been a AAA Gold member for 26 years. Peace of mind just having the membership. Have used my membership for towing several times, and have had positive experiences every time. For peace of mind (especially for travelers) I highly recommend AAA!!

State has some fun rules, ok time registering vehicles just meh.

Switched from Allstate to AAA for my auto insurance. Really did save over $432 even though I increased my coverages by approx. 300%. Julie Lindsey (agent) was phenomenal. She made it quick and easy. She got me signed up for AAA Onboard app and took the time to walk me through the app. After 2 months, Im trending an additional 18%-20% additional discount for safe driving that the app recorded. Highly recommend my agent and the app.

Pretty slow. i was there on a saturday and was surprised that there were people standing in line at 1PM when the office closed that were told they would not be helped and the should leave. I completely understand there is a closing time but how do you turn people away who had been waiting for 10-15 minutes already.

Incompetent...I went with my mother to get a flight to Florida and a rental car. We specified a “Ford Fusion” sized car (full size). After coming home and reviewing on the Hertz website, Toya Smith ordered a Chevy Spark (the smallest car) for my mother. Now I am concerned that her flight is incorrect also. Toya seemed incompetent in doing her job. She wanted us to sign my mother up for Hertz Gold at home. My mother paid $35 for her services that she wanted us to do ourselves. I will not be back.

Raised my rates 2 weeks after I signed up. Cancelled and went back to All-State which ended up being less anyway after review of coverages. Stay away at all cost. The guy we were dealing with (started with an M) was extremely rude when we started questioning why. Upset with myself for ever switching.

Ive used this facility for passport photos and international drivers licenses. They have always been very friendly and helpful.

We called to inquire about auto insurance . We were connected to maurice - WOW - this guy is RUDE and Arrogant ! He made it sound like i was bothering him. I won,t be getting insurance or anything else from AAA .-- All because of this guy !!My neighbor called him to fax over a new insurance card - and maurice went off on him, saying hes to busy - and leave a message on the automated line and a card would be mailed --- it was to be faxed over- but he said that would take about an hour or more ! WOW - My neighbor said he is now changing insurance companies !This guy needs intense training or a new job !

They need more help on saturdays. We were waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours before being waited on and another 1/2 hr while paperwork was prepared.

When I called or went online, I was directed to go to an office with my questions.I went to the office and they just told me there were some brochures in the front I could look at.

I havent used planned travel through them yet but I plan on it since Ive heard wonderful things. I loved how knowledgeable and helpful they are with titles and registrations.

I inquired about the cost of AAA car insurance. I currently pay 50.00 per month. I was told it would cost me 180.00 per month . I didnt question the cost but was more than surprised. In less than a week I received a letter from AAA insurance. The cost quoted to me was because of a less than perfect credit score. I have been a AAA membership for years, have never been late paying my insurance premium and have never had an accident. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my AAA membership and would not recommend them for travel services, any notary work and especially car insurance.

AAA takes care of all your traveling needs although they say that they dont charge you for some Services you end up paying for it but the tow is worth it

You call the office and they have you on hold for an hour just to ask a question. All these people out here unemployed and you got people on hold for over an hour because you dont have enough people answering the phones. Lets make some sense here.
