Shopped online for store pick-up. Pick up was effortless and will deliver for a fee. Had most of what I wanted more so than Joann. Well stocked but some items are just seasonal while I am working seasons ahead (or behind) on crafts.

To expensive, a craft store should never be that expensive, but then wages have gone up. But the customers should not make to make up, I guess the dollar stores can make it, so I will try them

This store is big. It has everything I could think of for creating almost anything your mind could want. Cashiers were friendly and fast.

Very excellent at getting art supplies for crafts. But my wife and I would love to see faux fur yarn and fabric with fur on it to make like puppets and other stuff. But they have pretty much everything else.

While recently shopping at Michaels in Erie, PA, I was stopped on my way to checkout and offered a mask. I politely declined and told the employee that the last time a store pushed the point of mask-wearing I nearly passed out. I also politely reminded her that there was an exception to wearing for medical reasons. She informed me that they offered curbside pickup for people like me that couldnt wear masks! I again politely told her I was looking for specifics that I was unable to locate online so was looking in-person. She then told me there were a couple of customers who had told her there was someone in the store without a mask! I politely told her I was nearly ready to checkout, and she said that would be good! I go to the line, maintain social distancing, and she decides to open her register to get me out of the store. We do the transaction, and I didnt even have my bags picked up and she was disinfecting the area as if I carried the plegue! I felt discriminated against by the time I walked back out through the doors of the store...I believe in the freedoms that America was founded upon...but it seems like we are fast becoming a socialistic society...even to watching for what we perceive as error in others and reporting what we dont like to those who are in charge!

The clerks working on the floor werent very helpful. The store was not busy, because when I asked them for assistance, I interrupted their shelf tidings up. So, given directions, I found what I was looking for; in a store I dont shop in other than to buy gifts.

Very good experience. So much yarn to choose from. Great prices too. Always make sure you have coupons, they save you lots of money. I will definitely be going back. The Michaels in Lakewood NY, dies not hold a candle to this Michaels in Erie PA. Thanks again.

Its ok but I couldnt find certain craft supplies I needed and there are alot that are a little outrageously priced that you could probably find more readily at Walmart that is the same quality and less expensive.

Wonderful selection of crafts items. Parking is very good/free. Close to the Millcreek Mall (you can easily walk it) and the plaza is close to restaurant options and other stores in the same plaza are fun too.

Very busy, probably because of the time of the year. Found what we were looking for and was back out of the store in about 15 minutes.

Theyve just recently remodeled the local store and I had to reacquaint myself this trip. I always find what I need/want and for a reasonable price. Selection is good and coupons are plentiful. Michaels is my go-to place for all crafting, decorating, framing, wedding and cake decorating...and more!!

Good selection but sometimes pricey. They have a wide variety of diy for stamping, wreath and jewelry making, some tie dye and good storage containers as well as lots of picture frames and matting available. Store is clean and convenient parking.

Decent store but a lot of stuff seems over priced. Fabric and clearance might be about the only useful things worth going in store to buy. But if youre in a pinch and need supplies or a frame or something decorative, they are usually a decent place to stop.

Nice craft items some good sales. One manager (i believe her name is jeneen) is rude and not very helpful left a cashier to wait on a very long line that was all the way to the back of the store. told the poor girl she was busy in the back and to F#@&ing handle it.

Its a nice store but it lacks alot of things a serious artist needs. But its definitely a nice store.

I love this store. There is an awful lot of craft materials to choose from as well as cake decorating supplies, toys, a small selection of artificial flowers and seasonal items. Where is lots of room between the aisles and the staf is friendly. This store will accept competitors coupons. The only drawback is that you can only use one coupon per transaction. They could also have a few more staff members walking through the aisles to help customers. Prices are like in all chain craft stores. There is lots of free parking in front of the store.
