The Paper Store is where I go when I need a special card. They also have tons of cute gift/decorative items which I enjoy seeing but dont often buy unless I need a special gift ... itd be nice if they had senior discounts, but I dont know.. Will have to check that out next time.

Nice selection. Can be pricey, but some products prices were comparable to other area merchants.

The paper store has a lot of good gifts such as coolers wine glasses signs bracelets necklaces hats sunglasses.The reason why I gave this place to three stars is because a lot of the items are very overpriced. A lot of the stuff here is very cute I will give them that but some of it is also expensive. I recommend this place if you have money to spend and you need to get someone a gift but if youre on a budget I do not suggest this place because they overcharge you.

Everyone is always extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. They are always so kind. I believe they enjoy working there. Love the products. Love the teachers discount. Love the sales! I can always find a gift here.

Unique store.

Just stopped in to have a look around and was so thrilled with the store and most of all, those that work there! Had a blast putting together outfits for an upcoming work trip together. Great ladies who love what they do and best of all, the recent promotion had me saving a huge chunk on the total!!

Loads of unique gifty items. Staff was excellent! Welcomed us as we arrived and went above and beyond to assist us. Store well lit, fresh and clean. Inventory well-stocked and displayed neatly and organized.

Okay if youre looking for upscale merchandise. Things like specialty cards. But quite expensive.

I purchased a dress that tore on a seam the first time I wore it. As I looked at the seam, it was obvious that it was just unfortunately misstitched. I had been traveling, however, for a month and when I returned I brought it immediately back to the store. It is a place I have purchased plenty of merchandise and did not think it would be an issue for the manager to take a look and see that it was an issue with the manufacturing of the product. The young clerk told me the manager was on break and she would ask her what to do. She returned to inform me that because I didnt have the tag and original receipt (I informed her it would be easy to reproduce from my rewards card or cc card), there is nothing they can do. Now, having been in management for retail for years, I find it shocking that the manager stayed in the back and also that they do not back the product that they sell. I was not asking for money back, just a replacement because it was probably a fluke that it happened. I will be sure to continue to spread the word that they do not back their product and certainly they do not have management that know how to deal with customers. They have lost me as a regular customer and I will happily bring my dollars elsewhere. There are plenty of local businesses that know how to show customers they care. I do hope she enjoyed her break as it cost her a customer and possibly others who care about how their money is spent and how they may be treated when a problem arises.

My experience in the store isnt good in its never been good and its only the Concord store. I I feel every time I go in the store someone is following me around I dont feel it I know it and they sit behind that counter like 5 of them and talk about me. and when it comes to the coupons they always try to get it so I cant use my coupons I am tired of this paper store And the ladies in it. Theres a big heavy one she has short hair. If she the manager in that store The company needs to teach her how to treat her customers its not a one time thing its every time I go in there These last couple of times I came out crying will not be shopping here anymore and I have spent a lot of money in the store a lot. I think they like it when I go in there so they can bully me.

My wife loves this store, prices could be a little lower.

Went in to buy a Vera Bradley bag price tag said $58.00 it rang in at $58.95 and that is what they charged me. I bought it anyway because I wanted it and told them BTW thats against the law in NH. The workers a bit too stuffy for my liking especially for a small close knit community like Epping NH.

Unfortunately I have to update my review due to how the owners of The Paper Store are handling the current situation. Disappointed that youve decided to put money ahead of your employees during this pandemic. People who shop The Paper Store would still have been loyal once you opened with reasonable expectations of masks to be worn for your employees safely and customers. Going in and seeing that your guidelines have changed certainly has changed where I will shop as well ad my friends and family. Too bad. I use to recommend your location out in Epping and now knowing youve changed to adapt to the ignorant, I wont.This staff in Epping is by far the best of any Paper Store. Wish the owners of this small northeast company would put the health of their employees in front of their wealth.

Checking out always seems to be an ordeal and returns take longer than necessary especially when you have a receipt. Lots of pretty jewelry and clothing but pricey.
