Absolutely amazing service. My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for the purple harmony pillows (which fly off the shelves as soon as they get them) we visited a few mattress firms and called around to try to find 2 of them. At 7:30pm I got a text from an associate from a different mattress firm letting me know that Epping had 2. So we called, rushed to make it there as fast as possible- but then informed the associate the GPS says 47 minutes...and the store closes at 8 :(The associate gladly told us he’d make himself a cup of coffee and wait for us to get there. We finally got our pillows and i have to say, I’ve never had that many associates go out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied!

I felt respected as a consumer, not rushed at all, just given the information I needed to make a good decision. When I said I needed time to think over my decision, there was no hard sell or “we’ll cut a deal if you commit today!” I appreciated it that the salesperson Steve Howard gave such a thoughtful answer to my question of how a Mattress Firm decides which models to display on the floor. I also appreciated it that he was wearing a jacket and tie. He was authentically respectful without being even faintly glib or patronizing. One of my best shopping experiences ever for a big-ticket item.

Every thing seemed to go just fine. I was told I was getting a free sheet set and pillow. I was supposed to get the purple pillow that went with the purple mattress I purchased. But when I got my confirmation email from Mattress firm it is showing some stupid sleepys pillow? Where the hell did that come from?I was out doing some comparison shopping yesterday and talked to one guy. We made our decision today and were sold by a different guy. Come on Mattress firm.

Desperately needed a bed as our current one began to go and we discovered it has been the cause of my 6 months of debilitating back pain. We were helped by Ryan who was amazing. My fiancé has sold mattresses before through Sears, so knew how salespeople would typically be trained for this. However, Ryan did nothing pushy, untoward or stereotypically salesman-like and was very professional as well as treated us like a person rather than a source of a paycheck. Didnt feel robotic or as if reading off a prepared script which immediately made us trust Ryan. He did not attempt to upsell, pressure us or sell us things we didnt need or show interest in. Budget was definitely an issue for us and despite delivery showing as 2+ months out, Ryan went above and beyond and found what we wanted at another store instead of a warehouse and was able to schedule delivery significantly sooner (about 3 weeks out instead). He topped it all off with getting us every discount he possibly could while also making sure to add warranties and coverages that would ensure the long life of our new mattress, knowing our old one was dying within the normal warranty window. Our old mattress from Sears was a lightly used floor model so was not under warranty at all. We have not received the mattress yet (we are really looking forward to it) but I can highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a mattress here. Hes personable, professional and did everything he could to get us the best mattress he physically could get us discounts for, despite taking away from his own commission check in doing so. We did spend more than we originally intended, but we got a better build of mattress than we originally were thinking of getting, along with more coverages and warranties to ensure the extra money investment will pay off in the long run. I more than likely would not have felt safe in making the purchase at all if Ryan hadnt been trustworthy and was doing what he could for us all along the way!

Having had trouble getting in touch with customer service from another store for a mattress order that was already 6 weeks late, I called Mattress Firm in Epping NH and immediately got in touch with Steve. He explained the challenges mattress vendors are experiencing during the pandemic, but was able to lookup available inventory and get me a mattress and box spring delivered in 4 days. Friendly, knowledgeable service!

The staff was very patient with us as we tried nearly every mattress in the store, and had quick answers to any of our questions or concerns. Was able to secure us an excellent deal on a Purple mattress nearly $500 less than its MSRP. Probably wont be buying mattresses again for a while, but wed go back here without hesitation. Delivery service was a huge help too!

We went into mattress firm in Epping today knowing we needed a new mattress, but werent 100% sure what we wanted. Steve greeted us as we started to walk around just to help us understand how things worked and point us in the right direction.We made it clear we werent sold on buying one today and not once did we feel like Steve was your typical salesman or pushing us into something we didnt want. He took the time and had immense patience as we tried several mattresses more than once. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us throughout the entire process.This mattress is our in-between bed as we are renting and dont have the space for a king. With that said, we were still looking for a good mattress to use in our future guest room once we move. Steve understood and got us the best mattress for the right price point.If youre headed to matrresss firm, head to Epping and ask for Steve. We will be doing the same for our next mattress.

Sales staff seemed nice, but they are all talk. Pulled a fast one by offering a mattress cover, normally $100, for $10, but then on the receipt charged $50! When we called the staff member to ask about it as well as a problem with delivery, he gave a line about insurance or warranty or some other slick explanation, promised a reimbursement for the delivery mishap, and never heard from him again. Called one more time to follow up, and were blown off again. Next time I want to get a $1200 mattress, Ill go online.
