I worked with Dave Azzo he made purchasing my first brand new car a great & easy experience, as well as John Norton . They are very personable & they go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied, even going through all of the features in the car before you leave. I’d for sure recommend coming here for your next vehicle.
My family abhors car shopping, but we needed a new one even though inventory is very tight now. David was very confident and knowledgeable. That put us at ease and gave us confidence that the car was the right fit. Looking forward to the post-sale experience. He did a good job.
I went in just to purchase a gas cap; ended up picking up some wipers, too. Everyone was attentive w friendly service. The guys in the parts dept were busy w phone orders and apologized for the (short) wait. I would go back here.Nice people.
Despite the overall car-buying environment being as crazy as Ive ever seen it, we had a reasonable experience purchasing a vehicle from here. The sales pitch was very down to earth and low pressure, and both the sales and finance teams were helpful and friendly. I admit this may be one of the first times Ive ever come away from a car buying experience without feeling like I had been taken for a proverbial ride.
Bought my first brand new car here about 6 weeks ago. Im a pretty good negotiator the staff was friendly what they are car dealers they are like vultures my advice is give yourself about a week to purchase a car the first day you get everything going and then just say I got to think about it and leave they will bring the price down then go back again and do the same thing repeat this about three times for about a week you will save thousands of dollars
Spectacular service. I always bring my vehicle in for proper maintenance as the owners manual suggests. They always send me reminders anyways . Top notch service from these guys all the time. Very friendly and always easy for me to make an appointment. Been using them for years with no issues, my vehicle is well taken care of here. I always ask the service guys questions and they answer me promptly and guide me on the best alternative.
Great for Service - Sales is a NightmareFirst off, I want to say that every time Ive needed service, the staff has been accommodating and helpful. I would give Service a 5 star rating.Sales is horrible. In particular, the manager, Ray, treated us terribly. Its the worst customer service you can imagine. And we were in the market for 2 cars! Ray could care less. His style is aggressive salesmanship, with a conspicuous sprinkling of rude mixed in.Not only was he very sneaky, and held our registration hostage, so we would have to come back to the dealership, he was rude when we requested it be delivered to us. Turns out we bought a Subaru the next day (best decision ever), and needed the registration right away. Once he found out that he had lost the sale (yes, him personally), he basically told us off over the phone. He kept asking what we bought - like it was any of his business - and when we confirmed our choice of car, told us we could pick up the registration ourselves because they didnt do delivery. He then told us that it was our fault that we didnt ask for our registration back. I will be following up with a complaint to senior management. Our salesman, Nate, was courteous and professional at all times. He actually apologized profusely for keeping the registration. Its sad when a salesman on the job only a couple of months is in a different league of professionalism than the sales manager.Watch out for this place. Sales is run by a shyster. A real crook.
My husband & I purchased a mini cooper this afternoon & our sales agent was Dave Azzo. He was warm, friendly, personable & professional. We couldnt have had a better experience anywhere. Hes definitely an asset at Mcgee !
David Azzo is super friendly, made the process very easy and stress free.
Recently purchased a highlander from McGee. David Azzo was friendly, helpful, funny, and negotiated the deal that we wanted. We got everything that we asked for. The service team is great. I recommended a friend who also purchased a car and received some compensation for this.
Today I had the fortunate experience of working with Mark Lafountain and Cody in the service department. While driving to ME for my 32nd annual girls weekend, in my new Honda CRV with only 3,000 miles, my car was hit by the liner of a pick up truck that went flying through the air and hit my car. This flying debris caused enough damage that I needed some immediate assistance before I could continue on to ME. Despite showing up without an appointment, Mark and Cody took great care of me. They were able to give me a temporary fix til I could return home. I was very grateful for the compassion and care they showed me.
This is the only place Ill bring my car for service because they fully communicate everything thats going on and theyve never tried to upsell me on anything. And the waiting room coffee isnt bad.
After shopping at Volvo, Mazda, BMW, etc. we found ourselves back at Toyota once again. We shouldve just started here. After great runs with the Celica, the Camry, a Landcruiser and a Highlander, inevitably wed pick another Toyota for our retirement vehicle. Our last car was a 2006, so egads the process has changed. Sales & Leasing Consultant David Azzo and his team made it a breeze, answered our many questions, and reviewed every electronic feature on our EV/Hybrid before we drove away with a stunning RAV 4 Prime yesterday. Thanks, Dave!
Go see Krissy! She helped me find my new car and helped with my two kiddos! Great customer service !
Very friendly professional service. I highlyrecommend McGee Toyota of Epping.Even had a good chat with Dan who sold me the 2021 camry. Everyone I met was courteous and it was a good experience.
The only reason they get 1 star is because they contacted me about a vehicle that was coming in. Other than that they were incredibly difficult calling and texting me, while they knew I was busy with work and looking at wedding venues, constantly trying to get me to come in on dates and times I had mentioned multiple times I was busy. Not only that but up until the final paper work I was telling them I had my own financing yet they kept on pushing and pushing for theres when their interest rates were laughable in comparison to the ones I had. They even wrote the paperwork wrong after telling them my bank and their address multiple times. This caused my loan advisor to stay and hour after her shift until the bank closed. By the time everything was said and done I couldnt even pick up my vehicle in a timely manner. Not to mention I got the vehicle with scratches on it but it was only at 2 places the manufacturer and their garage. 10/10 would not recommend going to Mcgee Toyota of Epping
Enjoying my time working here good people ! Great Environment
Just about the only thing enjoyable about this location was its ease of access.
I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav 4. The staff was very informative and willing to work out a mutual price for purchase. They also helped tow my totaled Nissan from an auto body shop free of charge. With that said, I left my passport in my Nissan. The manager happily retrieved my passport and had it ready for me upon arrival. When working with finance, the finance manager was extremely informative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I got the best rate on my auto loan. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from McGee Toyota of Epping - if you are searching for cars anywhere else, I feel bad for you.
The salesperson was very friendly, but as we were speaking, the used car manager decided to introduce himself; which consisted of him abruptly telling me to not expect much for my trade and the price is the price; essentially halting the entire conversation. Immediately and aggressively closing all doors to negotiate a reasonable sale. He was very arrogant, awkward and off-putting. Despite the salesperson being very helpful, this managers demeanor alone would cause me to avoid this dealership in the future. Their loss I suppose.
I had a great experience purchasing my last vehicle through McGee. The staff was great to deal with, no games. The general manager Greg Leduke was great. I would recommend them to anyone.
I appreciate the quick and timely service I received but wasnt too thrilled about having a repair done without my approval. I get it, youre trying to take care of the customer but I had a concern that needed a diagnoses and I would of been perfectly fine with paying the shop and the tech for there time trying to figure out what is going on with my vehicle but to receive a call saying hey we went ahead and fixed that for you, I could of done it myself. I really would of appreciated the phone call ahead of time because I had no idea that you guys were allowed upto a certain dollar amount where all repairs were approved. The advisor that I spoke with also didnt seem very confident in the job that she was upselling to me, knew the general idea of the repair but lacked the confidence behind what was needed. My lease is almost up on one of my vehicles and I was going to go to you guys to trade two vehicles for one brand new one but now Im not so sure
Excellent buying experience. We purchased a new Toyota Camry. Cassie, Kyle and John were awesome. Treated us professionally with no sales pressure. One of the best car buying experiences.Even after I took the car home I called back the following day with questions. Cassie and John were very helpful and took the time to assist us. I was really impressed with this specific point! Thanks again!
Watch out for hidden and non-disclosed fees from service.
Possibly our best car buying experience we have ever had. We had ALL our needs met by Dan Snow the salesperson, sales manager, and finance team. We felt like we got not just a good deal but an exceptional deal on a 2020 Corolla. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dealership before. No pressure and they were willing to work with us to make it an easy experience every step of the way. Customer service was WAY above and beyond what was expected. A+! Thanks Dan!
Excellent staff very friendly and helpful
Love the staff not too focused on selling the car.
Bought a used car there. I love the car (a Chevy) but the dealership is a typical dealership only looking to make a sale and could care less about the customer.
Great service department.
We are very happy with our recent purchase from McGee Toyota in Epping. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Our 2014 Toyota had some major issues and we needed a vehicle to replace it. Jamie Gitschier saw we were in real need and really knew his customer. He showed us what was on the lot for inventory but my wife Julia really liked the 4 Runner he showed us. It was a beauty!! Jamie offered a fair trade and we took our 4 Runner home that day. We cant say enough about Jamie, truly an asset to McGee who could sell to anyone but always in a professional manner. He knew our needs before we even sat down with him and was just great to deal with!!We also met all of the staff which were excellent as well. Very nice people to deal with and very supportive if something is brought to their attention, they will make it right. An issue with price was brought to their attention by having a lower price on their website and after showing them the discrepancy, the lower price was honored with no questions asked!! All in all we are very happy with everyone at McGee!!!
Shoutout to Nathan Ripley in Sales for going above and beyond!
A real Dealer made a purchase this week and I wanted to thank Ms. Elizabeth Welch for her valuable help, who was my first contact, giving me excellent communication in the purchase of the vehicle. Despite the language barrier, I loved the attitude they received me, they made me feel comfortable with all the kindness and responsibility. I was satisfied with all the help and would definitely recommend your Distributor and would thank Mr. Dale Azzo, who was also very kind and a true Distributor in serving people. One feels very comfortable with the reception they give from the parking lot and throughout the sales process. go ahead and blessings
My personal experience at McGee Toyota of Epping has been an excellent one. Kai was the sales associate who helped me get into my new truck. From the beginning I felt welcomed and a good conversation ensued. I test-drove a couple of different vehicles and then explained what my budget was. Over the course of two days we were able to negotiate a very fair trade-in and price for the new truck. We needed to wait a few days before signing papers, and Kai stayed in constant contact with me. Flexibility was paramount. We found everyone in the dealership to be extremely friendly and comfortable to work with. When it came time to bring in our old vehicle and get into the new one Kai helped move all of our belongings into the new truck while we sat with Financing. Kai and another wonderful young man named Cody also went above and beyond to help me take off my Thule racks and equipment and get them into my truck. I was so pleased to have that help. And even today I was impressed with receiving a very nice phone call telling me that the staff who were cleaning out my old vehicle found some important papers and McGee Toyota was willing to mail them to me. I’ve been told that this dealership is working very hard to earn the respect of local people. I highly recommend this dealership and also Kai as a sales rep who will treat you with respect.
Dave Azzo was honest and easy to work with. No gimmicks and price given was excellent comparing to other Toyota dealerships, and I checked four other ones before I went back to Mcgee Toyota. I highly recommend Dave. You won’t be disappointed. It was simply game free experience.
I have been looking for a new vehicle for several months now. I owned a 2012 Highlander (and a Sienna before that) so I know the quality of Toyota and that they hold their value. My son and I were in Epping for sports practice and I decided to stop by and look at the 2019 Highlanders. Tom Gray was the first person to approach us and was polite, professional and no pressure. He let us take a test drive and was most concerned about the vehicle being what we wanted and needed in a car versus trying to sell us something. I really hate being pressured so I appreciated his casual, helpful style. We ended up driving the vehicle home to show my husband. When we returned the vehicle, Tom had his manager put some numbers together. We always do our due diligence in negotiating car prices but the first numbers they offered ended up being a great deal. They arranged to have a tow package and rails installed the next day. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The only negative was having to wait quite a while to finalize the deal with finance but I understand if you are selling lots of cars then that process can sometimes only go so fast depending on staffing. If you need a new Toyota, go see Tom Gray.....no hassle and good deals.
Gave them 22k in cash for a used tacoma. They refused to work out and fix a $400 dollar problem that was a KNOWN ISSUE on 2016 tacomas (3rd brake light leak into the cab)when they sold me the truck. Really ruined an otherwise pleasant experience.
I just went in to get an inspection sticker on my SAAB 92X and was told that 1. My windshield washer sprayers do not work. (They do). 2. My left headlight assembly needs replacement due to condensation on the lense? 3. Rear hatch doors do not open. (There is only one door and it opens). 4. They said my exhaust was an illegal straight pipe. I have had that exhaust in my daily driver since 2012.... amazing that I never failed an inspection before this right?Over all I am thoroughly unimpressed. Maybe they do a better job with Toyota.
We were in the area and decided to look at a car we found online. By we I mean my whole family and our dog! We weren’t intending on buying that day due to other dealers in the past taking 8 hours to finalize our deal. Dave Azzo promised he could have us in and out and I took his word for it! Under 3 hours with 2 kids and a dog! We traded our old car for a SUV and couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay and buy it! Dave was fast and friendly! I appreciate your help tremendously because I was really dreading having to trade cars! Absolutely recommend going to McGee Toyota of epping for great vehicles and even better customer service!
Buying a car can be stressful and the staff here made it, as least stressful as possible and funWe worked with a man named John who was great, not pushy, very knowledgeable and down to earth . In financing we worked with Gene and it was the same, down to earth willing to help and not pushy at all ..all and all it was a great experience .
I had my state inspection done at McGee Toyota. The inspection was fine. However none of the employees were wearing a mask. I asked why no one was wearing a mask. I was told that it was a decision made by the owner Mr. McGee and that it was not mandatory, however if a customer was purchasing a car and they asked the salesperson to wear a mask they would comply. Only people who are buying cars are worth protecting. This is about science, saving lives and respect, not about politics. Their decisions is based on ignorance not science.
They went out of their way to make sure I drove off with the car I wanted. Great. That was on August 1st. Just 2 wks into the sale and I go to get my sticker. Done almost immediately. Fantastic. Now, why isnt my map working? After several tries and several different sales guys later... My original sales guy comes out to tell me the reason it wont work is because he was misinformed, and the car I just purchased doesnt use Android, only Apple. Are you kidding me??? Not acceptable. What can be done? My answer, sorry I was misinformed, there is nothing that can be done so Im stuck with a car I cant use certain things for because I have an android and was specifically told this car was Android compatible. Unacceptable McGee Toyota!!!! Fix this problem!
My boyfriend and I bought his new car here yesterday and the service was absolutely outstanding! For the sale person to the business department! They all made sure they gave us the best deal possible and then some we will definitely go back!
The best car buying experience I have had in over 30 years! I was browsing the website and saw a car that I fell in love with. I messaged Jamie Gitschier and said it was too bad I lived in Texas because I would buy this car. Jamie said, I can ship it. I was so impressed with his professionalism and consideration to my needs throughout the process. A+++ experience!!!
Contacted these guys 3 times in a matter of 2 days through their website, inquiring about a few cars they are showing on their website. not a single email, phone call, or any sort of acknowledgement that they received and/or are working on my requests. contacted another Toyota dealer and was immediately helped. McGee Toyota internet department is asleep at the wheel. completely useless...
We had the pleasure of spending much of the day at McGhee Toyota in Epping yesterday. After many weeks of searching for a specific truck, we found it at McGee. We live in Massachusetts. It was over a two hour ride.At first we were concerned about some of the reviews we read as they related to COVID and mask wearing. We called and asked about protocol and were delighted to find the response respectful and appropriate.Everyone who worked with us wore a mask. They were kind.Dave Azzo was our Sales person. He was wonderful.Professional and personable.Well informed and made it all seem effortless.Ray, the negotiator 😊was reasonable. The finance person, can’t remember his name, was so great. They’re a great team.We ended up buying not only the truck but also traded in my car and we both made the long ride home in new vehicles.
This place is like a circus, its all fun and games until you drive off with your vehicle. Once you leave, youre no longer a customer just another chump. My recommendation is to go to a real Toyota dealership, not a place that leaves you feeling like a fool.
I went to McGee Toyota yesterday after work to get a car the experience was wonderful.Highly recommend looking for your next car here.**** Ask for Dave D he was my salesman won’t find anyone who will help make your car buying experience stress-free and so enjoyable!
Dont do business with this dealership. They are dishonest. I negotiated a price for a new vehicle and was shown the deal that was agreed upon. I was to wait for the vehicle to be delivered to dealership. After a few days it finally came in. It was to come in later that first day I was there. Then they said the next day, a Friday. Then not till Tuesday. Finally it came in a week later. I went in and saw that the paper work had increased in price, and didnt reflect the extra lower price because of the inconvenience. We actually argued a long time about the price. Then the manager said he was through and wasnt going to refund my 500 dollars deposit. Next time Ill take pics of documents. They claimed they never agreed to original contract. Just had to let you know. Bad experience.
Excellent customer service provided by the service department. Went out of their way to ensure my daughter could pick up her car before closing time. Friendly faces, great work ethic. Service with a smile and at a reasonable price. Will return.
Parts department was super helpful. Above and beyond.
I just brought my car in for service and discovered no one in the place wears a mask! I’m very surprised that you don’t let people know before they come in about your mask policy. I would never have gone in had I known and I spent the time outside until my car was ready. While everyone was polite and understanding I do not appreciate being put at risk because of your beliefs. I am a registered nurse and know first hand how dangerous this virus is. Masks save lives!!!!!! Needless to say I will NOT return to your facility.
I want to give a big shout out to Nick. He took really good care of my mother when purchasing her new Camry. My mother being a single woman scares me sending her to dealerships knowing that they’re all about high pressure as I work sales. He took very good care of my mother and I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience and I would recommend anybody to go see him for a new car. He took all our concerns in account and made this happen for us which made me very happy to know that my mother was getting a good deal on a used car.No high-pressure sales tactics here just a bunch of nice people trying to make sure that you get a good deal on your new car.I would recommend anybody to come here if they need to buy a car. They don’t make you feel guilty for not buying add-ons. Again thank you so much Nick for being very nice and not pushy.I will be back the next time I need to buy my new Toyota!!! Make sure you see nick!!!!
We loved their service and promtness
The staff at Hurlbert Toyota are friendly, professional, and helpful. Nick in the sales department has helped us with both our used vehicle purchases this year. He was able to get us into the used vehicles we wanted and was great to work with. During both sales, even with negotiating on price, Nick made my wife and I feel comfortable, spoke clearly and gave us the bottom line. There was no feeling of being dragged around, or left hanging for an answer or a price. Gene in the finance department was also very professional and personable. During both sales he clearly explained the details of the finance package and payments. I did not get the feeling that we were being sold, or pressured into, packages, promotions, or products that we did not want or need. I can honestly say that both of these gentlemen placed my wife and I in good quality vehicles at a great price. The quality of the used vehicles that we bought was excellent. Any issues that we noticed with our vehicles were addressed professionally prior to our leaving the lot. There are several Toyota dealerships closer than Hurlbert, but I wouldnt shop anywhere else. I strongly recommend Hurlbert Toyota for anyone looking for a no nonsense car sale at a great price.
I purchased a vehicle from Hurlbert before it was bought by McGee, and my experience was great. Unfortunately dealing with McGee was very different. Be prepared to haggle, haggle, haggle. Very high pressure dealership. The salesman we dealt with was helpful and friendly, but the managers are seedy and will clearly lie if its in their interest. What an uncomfortable experience...
I trade in my first car and finally upgraded to a 2015 Toyota Avalon limited. I worked with Dave Azzo and John Norton.both were friendly and professional. Both did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. Considering i’m 20 and didn’t understand much about car buying. Such a wonderful experience.
I have leased both of my vehicles from Hurlbert Toyota because they are the gold standard for auto sales. Howie Locke is the best salesman I have ever encountered at any dealership. He is honest, sincere and very helpful during the entire buying process. He doesnt stop there though. Every time I am in the dealership he is quick to greet me and help with anything I may need. The service department is top notch and I cant say enough about Tom and Ariel. They are incredible!! The whole team at Hurlbert Toyota is a group of top notch, friendly and caring people who make you glad you chose them to take care of all of your automotive needs. Forget the rest, Hurlbert is the BEST!!!!!!
They don’t require employees to wear masks. Plenty of other dealerships to shop from where public safety is considered. Lost my business
Very nice, clean. Good people, & price
Tom Carlson was terrific in helping me with an unexpected issue with my vehicle. He was able to fit me in without an appointment and had my truck fixed quickly. I would also like to mention that Ariel and Emily have provided outstanding customer service in my previous visits for service. I would highly recommend Hurlbert Toyota to anyone.
On Friday, I brought my Prius in for a software update. I did not feel safe. Even inside your staff did not wear face masks nor are customers. It is recommended by the CDC. Only my first interaction with your service team member did he wear a mask. He did not have a mask on inside for the second and last. I will not be getting service at and buying my new AWD Prius from McGee Toyota of Epping or any of your other dealerships, as it is apparent to me that you do not take the safety of your customers seriously. It should be your top priority.
Great service center. I would always go to second hand car places for oil changes and car maintenance. I’ll never do that again. Service is light years better here than one of those places. Treated with respect, fairness and decency. Place was busy but was in and out in 30 minutes for oil change. Love they fact that they have online appointment scheduling which is super easy and convenient to use. Most importantly being treated like a normal human and not some dumb female millennial is the reason I will be coming back.
My routine service was quick, efficient and a good value. Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter, and courtesy check took only 1/2 an hour. It was great!
I have had the privilege to work with Howie for over 10 years. He has helped us, and other family and friends find just the right car or truck. When the time came to buy again this year, I went back to Hurlbert Toyota and looked for Howie. He is great!
I brought my vehicle in there in April for routine maintenance. Not one person was wearing a mask, no one was social distancing and they obviously are ‘non- believers’ and choose not to take any precautions for their customers who may be at risk or live in a family with someone who is. There are plenty of options to have my vehicle serviced, I will no longer do business with them and cannot recommend a business that chooses to be so cavalier with other people’s health.
Excellent staff
Jamie was a big help, but egged me on and got my hopes up to the point where he took my plates off and had me pack up my car just to get into the finance guys office and he’s trying to force feed me a brand new car (which I never mentioned, showed interest in, or even looked at) and then told me they had 0 approvals. Called the next day and proceeded to tell me he had no approvals on the vehicle I want and circled back to try and get me into the new car I specifically said no to. Horrible customer service, horrible sales techniques and just a complete waste of time. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would.
Absolutely horrible service I would put zero stars but it does not let you a few years ago they had a company the picked and had install a DVD player and now roof inside car came down along with DVD player not working it broke some buttons it was wired with!!! The. They told me they no longer had it in their system to prove they put it in!!!so they pretty much dont care and will not fix all the damage it caused and to that is not worse enough when I picked up car we drove five feet from there place and there was a screw in tire and was completely flat they told me it must have happen in the five feet that I drove and they will not take responsibility and they were extremely unkind
I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience purchasing my first car. The sales associate I worked with, Nick, was very patient and answered every question I had. When it came to talking price, he was not pushy or what I would consider your “typical sales person.” I ended up leaving with a car I love, the price I wanted, and a huge smile on my face.Thank you to Nick and everyone at McGee Toyota!
Highly recommend this dealership. Sales Rep, Dave Azzo, was a pleasure to work with. Traded in my GMC Acadia for a Toyota Highlander and couldnt be happier! From start to finish it was a conversation about what was most important to us when purchasing a car. They met our price point and answered all questions professionally.
Had to get some recalls taken care of. They were very professional and friendly. They got me a suitable loner car while the work was getting done. A very nice dealership.
I just bought my third Toyota Highlander. I just love them. My last one and this new 2016 I bought with John Norton as my salesman. He is wonderful. Very helpful and down to earth. My husband just bought his first Toyota in February. A Tacoma and he also had John for a salesman. We are both very happy with our purchases and with John!
Disappointing...drove over an hour on a Sunday afternoon to check out some Tundras and Tacomas they had in stock online. First the good, when we arrived it was pouring rain, but the salesman was hardy enough to venture outside to talk with us as we looked at a few vehicles. Then he suggested stepping inside to talk some more. So far, so good.Unfortunately, once sitting down with him it became clear he knew nothing about the vehicles and could not answer any of my questions about tow capacity, differences between trim levels, etc.So we went for a test drive on a Tacoma, which was easy and no hassle. However, when we got back to the dealership our salesman was nowhere to be found and we had to go looking for him. Tried to ask a few more questions, with no real answers to be had, so we left. To top it all off, he didnt even bother to get up out of his chair to shake hands or see us off.Sorry, but I like to deal with knowledgeable professionals and will not be going back here. He was nice enough, but not an effective salesman. I knew more about the trucks than he did...
I could not speak more highly of my experience dealing with Elizabeth Welch!Though I live in New Jersey, I was looking for a very specific car, and found out over the internet that McGee Toyota of Epping had it.Elizabeth took care of me and though the car she had in mind for me, turned out to be reserved, she went out of her way to find me my car, and to get me the absolute best possible deal! She is awesome and I would highly recommend her as the person to reach out to if you are interested in purchasing a car!
Great sales and service. Dave Atto was a very helpful salesperson . We will buy our next car from Dave and McGee Toyota.
They are no longer hurlbert. They are McGhee and watch out! I just got a car into my shop with a very light scratch that I charged $65 to rub out. McGhee wanted $1200 and said the entire panel had to be replaced!
I will start by saying I did not purchase my Tacoma from Hurlbert. Every dealership will maintain that when it comes to service or warranty work, it doesnt matter where you purchased your vehicle. This is simply not true. Dealerships will, and to a certain extent, should offer preferential treatment to their own customers . However, this appears to not be the case here at Hurlbert.I turned to Hurlbert after realizing the gargantuan mistake of purchasing my Tacoma from Toyota of Nashua. I can safely say that from start to finish, a complete disaster . I purchased TWO Tacomas in three months and paid cash . I can not begin to explain the pain and suffering they brought on my family and I for 5 months .So to Hurlbert I turned. Why I didnt buy from these people in the first place I will regret until the end of my days. From making an appointment, to the personal and comfortable exchanges with Doug in service, Im sold . My next vehicle is coming from Hurlbert.I want to add that I have worked for dealerships for a over 15 years . I sold cars, managed two Service departments and also worked on vehicles. People need to understand the complexities of operating a dealership. If they did, Im sure a huge percentage of these negative reviews would not exist .Given these complexities, I gave Hurlbert five stars, not because they are perfect, that is impossible, more because I can recognize the genuine effort they put in to be as perfect as they can be.I appreciate that the repair my vehicle needs is not a common repair and has its own set of obstacles, but Hurlbert is shining bright and addressing it with professionalism. What more could one ask ??
Just bought a 2016 Nissan 370z from McGee Toyota, with the help of their amazing staff. Kai Chang helped me in everyway possible including getting me a great price, and he even drove all the way to Massachusetts to personally deliver my car and paper work to me. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks again McGee Toyota.
I just bought my 2016 Chevy from Dave Azzo. He was very professional and was very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend going to Dave if youre looking to buy a vehicle.
1st response was type o. Sorry. I bought my car in approx 20 min. Sales Dept was wonderful. Service dept. Great. Quick, efficient, friendly + informative. Facility is spotless. So far, I have only had good experience with Hurlbert. I will continue to have service at this dealership, and I would + have recommended this company to others.
Dont go here! They lied about a car being ready and good to take home day-of, wouldnt even start. No remorse whatsoever. Dont believe what they say!
Efficient, knowledgeable, and on point. Never a doubt in my mind that we were in the right hands with John. He helped my daughter through her first experience buying a new car with ease, answered all questions, making sure she understood and was comfortable moving through the process. We would highly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase!
My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from Howie over the past 5 years. He is the best! He is a salesman with a lot of integrity. In between sales, the service is great and a they have a very comfortable waiting area and a quiet room to work while you wait.
I leased a Corolla a few days ago. Matt Luedtke and Howie Locke Jr. made it an amazingly awesome experience. They made me feel very comfortable and very confident in my decision. They also had great advice and looked out for my best interest. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. The customer service I got was beyond my expectations. They made me feel like family.
Great sales staff, easiest time Ive ever had buying a new car! Great selection and deals!
Drove 3 hours to buy a car from these guys. They were willing to work with me on price vs a lot of other dealers out there and I really appreciated that. There was a small discrepancy upon arrival but Howie was quick to offer a remedy and they followed through on their promise. Thank you!
The experience buying my Prius was amazing! Jacqueline and John both helped with the trade in process and everything was seamless. I would definitely purchase from them in the future!
The service dept is incredible. I have never had a bad experience and the wait was minimal. They always seem to work me in no matter if I just show up or call for an appointment. Thanks for a pleasant change in the way car dealerships treat customers.
Bought my truck here, I get all my service done here too. The staff is great and friendly. The service is easy to schedule, I usually drop my truck and keys off the night before and pick it up the next day at the end of the day. They always seem to do a great job, and the truck is always ready to go for me to pick up even after they close.
The sales person was low-key, friendly and flexible. The price was great. Everything was above-board. The finance manager went out of his was to get us a great interest rate. We got a great deal and will definitely go back there when were ready to replace our other car.
I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Hurlbert Toyota and was very satisfied with the service that we received. The salesman ( John Norton) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We then came back to complete the finance paperwork ( with Gene) and again was very happy with the service that we received. Everything was explained in detail regarding all the warranties offered and services provided for this vehicle. Thank you very much and I would recommend this dealership to Friends and Family.
I was able to get a service appointment on short notice to have a slow leak in tire repaired. (1 1/2 screw was removed). Very satisfied with service department and staff.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was hassle free and no pressure to buy or add additional things I did not need. Paul and Chris were professional and looked out for my best interests. Thank you Hurlbert Toyota and staff for the great buying experience.
Nick was very friendly to deal with when I was pricing out a new car. He thoroughly answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the process. It was very low stress and Im extremely grateful for his help!
This dealership goes the extra mile!We have been buying and leasing with Hurlberts for eight years. We have built a relationship with our salesman, the finance department, and the dealership that we love.Thank you Nick, Matt, and Gene for making our experiences phenomenal!Your ability to make every sale personable, and perfect is what keeps us coming back, and referring you to our friends.Thank you, again!
We bought a Camry & Corolla from Hurlbert 8 years ago. The cars have always been serviced at Hurlbert and continue to run perfectly. I showed up this Saturday morning at 8 to see a long line of cars waiting to get in to be serviced. Tom got me in & out within an hour. Great service department!
Purchased my highlander last year from Hurlbert the sales team was amazing! Super helpful! Go there for all my services (the complimentary service!) the service team is friendly and fast!
Elizabeth and Tommy worked so well together and made this purchase so smooth. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. Excellent service!!
Went into this dealership today to get information on a car, upon arrival I was met at the door by and sales person, who kept me in the doorway of the dealership awkwardly instead of taking Me to his desk or even off to the side. I Inquired about the new Supra wondering if the wait would be a year or more before I can buy one due to them being sold out, and the sales person told me he knew nothing about Supra’s at all, and that I would know more then he would about the car. After that he told me that I wouldn’t be able to afford one, and if I couldn’t they wouldn’t have one for me because all the managers bought this store allocations. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I’m pretty sure this was the floor manager as well
