Sad. Hardly any stock on shelves. No assistance in any sections. When asked an employee for help, she was clueless about her own store. But if you wanna tv that section had employees yet none could tell you what isle the mayo was in.

The ephrata Walmart is cleaner,better stocked,and better organized than the lancaster Walmart. Also the staff is more friendly. Will shop at this one again.

You can always find what you like, but sometimes its out of stock.

I love Walmart. They have just about everything you can think of. I go here for just about everything. They always have the best prices. Its pretty clean. And most of the employees there are nice that I have delt with.

I enjoy going to this Walmart. I am able to get everything I need here. In fact my husband and I travel to this Walmart rather than the one near our house.

1 register open #11. Why...cause only register that sells cigarettes. If another register does open, consider urself fortunate. Just remember...they will just throw ur stuff in their bags. Expect to spend 1/2 hour at check-out if ya dont use the self-check out register.

I sometimes go here to shop, they have somethings some of the times. The workers if you stop them will try to help you in finding whatever you are looking for.

Typical WalMart. Credit for readily available masks, would have been nice if anyone masked up. Went for luggage tags, none there, a wall of empty hooks 🤦🏻‍♂️. How is that possible? Clean. staff is friendly and helpful. Go early to avoid crowds.

Its Walmart!! Sometimes you just gotta man up and go where they hopefully have what ya think you need which this particular store lacks most needed sizes in clothing but you can wear your pajamas and fit right in lol

The help here goes out of their way to INCONVENIENCE and INSULT shoppers whose demographics they dont like. It shouldnt have taken half an hour to find emergency candles, but it did at this Walmart ONLY because the help would rather play dumb than be helpful. Everyone should know what a friggin candle is. Thats not an unrealistic expectation. But after describing a candle FIVE times to the help they made comments about me. REALLY WALMART???? This is the impression you want to leave your customers with? Bigotry is bigotry and I experienced it here at this store.

What’s happening? Walmart Exerter is going down the tubes. Messy!!!!. It’s like the middle of 5th Street bridge. I walk in quickly get my stuff and run out. Crazy!!!I notice a big change since over 15years. It should of never change to a “Super”.

Stopped in this Walmart, since I was in the area to pick up a few groceries, etc. Found everything I was looking for rather easily. The one thing I needed help finding, I got really good directions on where to find it.

No carts under staffed at noon on a sunday. Made some lady outside on crutches crutch outside for a cart.

Great variety of inventory, not always consistent but, lots to choose from. So convenient to pick up prescriptions, garden items, car supplies, pet and groceries all in one place! Employees are super helpful when you cant find something.

Usually has whatever im looking for but the workers can be rude this is annoying if ever needing help locating anything

If I could give this Walmart a half a star or less I would.. the store was very busy and they only had two cashiers working while other employees stood around seemingly not doing Walmart work. I am not a big fan of self checkouts and it just disturbs me that there were more than 7 to 10 people in each checkout line and no one could open an extra register or two. Poor customer satisfaction. Unfortunately there are no other stores like Walmart around so were pretty much stuck and or screwed and must go there.

Staff is great.1 star because thia establishment is behind the time.NO GOOGLE, APPLE, TAP TO PAY or putting in your card number. WOW.

My brother has MS and Cerebal Palsy and uses a cane to get around and the Greeter at the door was very helpful in locating an electronic cart for my brother as none were avalible at the entrance we went in. We definitely need more people like her working in stores like this!

Its always fun to go to but were it loses points is the lines and other customers can be rude. It isnt always organized well but out of all the Walmarts this is the one I favor and prefer.

The Wal Mart on route 30 in Lancaster is disgraceful. Wal Mart makes so much money but continues to have a shortage of cashiers. The new system makes it even worse because not only are you waiting to pay for your groceries, their new process is extra slow. Picking up groceries is a stupid game being played by unprofessional people that dont want to work. Its like no one cares and nothing ever gets better.Absolutely terrible

Never anyone to help with anything! The worst walmart. And thats saying alot cause most are also terrible! No one ever has a key to let you but things. Oh, cant buy a $40 ring....but I can buy a $200 vacuum. What a joke.

Since covid they only have a few registers open and lines worse than black friday. Felt like i was walking thru a Gestapo check point when entering.

They have good selection of camping stuff for very good price

Store has large variety of products .. able to find what i cant at other wally worlds . didnt have any human encounters but store was clean.

Walmart here generally has all you require. However, it is usually not the cleanest nor or the bathrooms. This place could use organization and a good cleaning. Just appears to be dirty all the time

Every time I go to this store they always have pallets of food or merchandise blocking access to isles, they are always out of items that I normally purchase here. Apparently they stopped stocking the one brand of coffee I normally use. There are always multiple employees stocking shelves in the same isle, and they put pallets in the same isles they are stocking. Most of the time I see the employees talking rather than stocking the shelves. They have large signs out front that say you must ware a face covering, but the employees that work in the self checkout areas dont wipe down the registers in-between customers. They dont even have any form of sanitary wipes or cleaners near the self checkout registers. What good is it to mandate face coverings if they dont clean the registers!

Great except for the harrasment when walking from reg to door....not everyones a theif!!

Went to return a mail order. The staff actually talked with each other about me rudely while I was standing right there, because I asked to see a manager. I was told that it was too late to return the towels. I had no choice but to leave. I went online and was offered free postage and a full refund.

Great place to randomly see horse n buggies.. one family let us pet their horse and were extremely polite.. oh yeah n Walmart is still Walmart

I love on Lancaster and drive to Ephrata. Super clean and they do have cashiers not just the do it your self type.

Walmart prices are not too great these days. There are better places to shop and save .

3/4 of the products were there. Most shelves were filled. Unfortunately, I shopped only 2/3 of my list. Only one person on the register, as usual. Everyone crammed into the Self-Checkout. Not the best experience, nothing new here.

Be mindful when parking your car at this Walmart at night. Today 05/01/21 1 guy was attempting to brake into my car. He had a white bonnet white t shirt slim dude pretended like he just standing next to my car looking in. I was with my kids so I played it cool like I didn’t see anything. He also had someone parked a car away from mine. I am assuming ready for the get away. This Walmart needs security around the lot at all times. Walmart please invest in a security guard like the Walmart on 5th street. To the people that like to steal be mindful what you do.

Dont order grocery pick up from this place. Bought groceries including a half gallon of milk, I found that the milk was rotten when I got home bc I went to pour it and it had chunks in it with an expiration date that was still 15 days out. Ordered 2 weeks later another half gallon of milk. Good for the first couple days. Went sour 4 days after purchase with an expiration date still 10 days out. Obviously groceries are not being refrigerated at the appropriate temperature once they are picked out. Only a matter of time before someone gets sick from spoiled milk.

Good store, but has to few real people checkout lanes, thus long waiting lines.

This place is awful. Absolutely awful. No customer service. At all. Like literally no one in the department. And when i ask a random employee for help they just sigh and roll their eyes and say well no one helps me. What is THAT? This place is so ridiculous. Your employees are ridiculous. And dont get me started on the pickup service. WHAT. A. JOKE. Never ordering from here again.

Shelves are well stocked! Workers are friendly & helpful. 1st clean Wal-Mart I have seen in a long time. Its a longer drive for me but worth it. My new home Wal-Mart!!!

Convenient to shop here as always. The situations with the restrooms is another story. All bathrooms for women were closed. Only 1 family bathroom (with a long line if desperate mothers and daughters) was available to us. Perhaps cleaning of bathrooms could be staggered for the comfort of the customers.

Ive been using this Walmart ever since it was built, and have never had any significant issues. The store is always clean and well kept. However what stands out to me most is the ease of their curbside pick up service during the pandemic. It has been invaluable to me - I am immunocompromised and going into stores was unsafe for me for a long time, so curbside pick up combined with Walmarts low prices in general were a win-win. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous, from Customer Service to the employees checking our info at our car window and those loading our groceries into the trunk. Everyone is friendly and does their job well.Overall this is probably the best Walmart in our general area.

I give them 5 stars specifically for the birthday cake we ordered this weekend for our daughters birthday, I gave them my order over the phone, so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it was beautiful! They did a perfect pink ombré, the colors were beautiful! The whip icing and cake it’s self was DELICIOUS! Better than custom expensive cakes I’ve ordered previous years! All our guests were shocked when I told them it was Walmart! Thank you so much for making the most perfectly pink cake for our sweet girl! I will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Store is covered with boxes. Both disabled and able-bodied people cant move around the store with ease. DO NOT GO HERE OF YOU ARE DISABLED!only a few of the checkout lanes are open. all self check-out lanes are open.the bathrooms are HORRID! they rarely have what you need. employees are very very rude.Otherwise, the inventory of the store is sub-par. Spend money elsewhere if possible.

Ephrata, PA Walmart is a nicer experience than most. I just dont think any Walmart that Ive been to lately is stocked very well.

Pretty clean store, only 1 door is being used for in and out. Cashiers were ok, could be a little more polite honestly. First one i went to just said, it will be a bit, Im waiting on bags. No hello or anything. Moved to another register and cashier just seemed mad at the world. But had what I was after in stock.

Only 3 registers Open so it was only long lines just ridiculous,and the self checkout only accepts card no cash. Just terrible

I stopped by to purchase cosmetics for my wife and collectible toys for myself.

This has some great prices. An amazing amount of things great for people of all ages. Has everything you would be looking for. Though some staff are very rude.

It was my first time in the Ephrata Walmart. I was very impressed. Huge store, nice to be able to also grocery shop. Employees were very helpful. Clean and bright. Even the bathroom was in pretty good condition as far as cleanliness. Well stocked and organized. I wish I lived close to Ephrata.

So went to Walmart to get my daughter some clothes for gym class. I follow the sign that says active wear........lol. silly me for thinking that the work out clothes would be there instead there were bathing suits. We actually had to search for the active wear. Which I was in a hurry and took a lot longer than I wanted.

Yes, there may be pallets on the floor. Yes some associates have been grumpy and even told me to shop elsewhere but everytime I go there the store manager is always working really hard and in every area of the store. I have never seen such a dedicated walmart store manager. Great job showing your workers you are appreciative.

Its a nice walmart, has all the things youre looking for. I got a desk, bookshelf, and found a flyswatter! (You dont understand Ive gone all over this city looking for a flyswatter, target, the one in lancaster, another target, dollar general, dollar tree, so many places. But walmart got my back!)

Ordered a grocery pickup for 5PM. I received a text a few minutes after 5PM saying my order was running late after already being there for the pickup. I sat in the parking lot waiting for it to be ready. At 5:45PM I called to ask the status. The manager was very rude to me and told me itd be another hour until my stuff was ready. I canceled the order because I wasnt waiting that long after already being 45 minutes late. I received a text at 6:45PM saying my order was ready. I did not pick it up and am expecting a refund since I canceled it and delt with the manager being rude about the situation. I used Walmart pickup because of it being convenient. It became a hassle instead of being easy. I will not go to Walmart again because of the way this was handled and the way I was talked to.

Have you not been to a Walmart? This is the best one around here. Everyday low prices.

Like Wal Marts everywhere, this store can be very busy. I try to avoid shopping there (as well as other Wal Mart locations), but this particular store is better than most at customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. I think that the local people who work there are what makes this store better.

This is an extraordinary large Walmart. If they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist.

I was a little disapointed as their frozen seafood selection was basically bare...Also a few young male workers that were loud and cursing while interacting with eachother (they seemed to be having a good time, but also unprofessional to say the least while they did they jobs.)My cashier while checking out was amazing!!

I know that you are short employees, but I had to wait longer than usual for my curbside pickup.

Its good shopping centre. Almost every things are available here like as fress vegetables, flowers, furnitures and home appliances etc.

Its ok, it sometimes bothers me when i go there, and there are boxes of product sitting around, no one stocking shelves. My gosh Hire people, and you need to be fair, treat your employees good real good, and you will have good dedicated people. And stores are so trashed up. And bathrooms are disgusting.

To me, it depends on which one you go to. I prefer the one in ephrata to the one near me in Lancaster on Lincoln highway
