I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent technical help I have always received from Carolyn in the Photo Processing Dept, She has always happily and patiently assisted me when I come into the Enumclaw store to download photos from my phone for processing into prints. Great customer service Carolyn !!

0 STARS IF I COULD!! I had a terrible experience in the photo department, basically getting bullied for things that were the result of poor or no communication, and yelled at by a male “shift leader”, when I have been nothing but patient and understanding for their mistakes. I wanted to give the Walgreens a chance since my boyfriend and I just moved to Enumclaw, and we have never had anything less of exceptional service at all other Walgreen branches. Every single employee is rude, and disrespectful. They will gossip to each other about you, in front of you! The employees encourage each other to be rude to the customers. Honestly I hope they get shut down. I will definitely be calling corporate and refer them to the review section. Sorry to sound like a “Karen”, but I hope to be a voice for all of the other customers who have been discriminated by these employees... Go to Rite Aid, the employees are way nicer 👍🏼

Just a fair warning to not trust this place with your film photo orders. I’ve currently been waiting on an order for 3 weeks, when it was supposed to be done in a week. They can’t give me any updates, and there is a possibility the film is lost in general.

More or less like most Walgreens. Better customer service would merit more stars.

Read online that I could get a flu shot here with my VA medical card. Came here yesterday and they said I couldnt get one and that somebody would be here today to do it. I am here today and nobody is here to do the flu shot. This is the closest Walgreens to where I live and its not really that close. Now its probably going to be at least a 40 minute drive to another Walgreens...

Many products were not there. In another store we bought sandwiches. This store didnt have any.

We were told a prescribed medication from the hospital wasnt in stock and to go to a different pharmacy, but they made no effort to call the Dr. for an alternative or check other Walgreens in the area. The 2nd script to be filled couldnt because they were short staffed and werent taking any waits. Come back tomorrow... the Dr calls in a new med to be taken via inhaler and we were given a nasal spray instead, with the inhaler instructions. Called the pharmacy and they tried to play it off as no big deal. No apology when exchanging the wrong med.This seems to be a pattern. We wont be going back.

After three years of coming to the store a new pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional and when a request was made to see a manger he provided worse service then the staff. This is a very beautiful store to bad the store manger and staff are allowed to treat the community this way.

No help finding prescribed epi pens. Even a waiting list would have been helpful, but no such offer.

I would give more stars if i could only go to the pharmacy and leave without a problem. Im sure its not common but they erased my information before even tring to run my insurance. Now i dont have my scrips. Last time i waited three hours only to be told at the last minute they were only able to fill two of my three prescriptions. Its time to change where i go.

Horrible pharmacy. Rude and made mistakes every time. They gave us someone elses medication and when we took it back to make sure the other person got their medication (We were concerned for the other patient, it was something important to take regularly) the staff yelled at us for having it! What? You gave it to us!! They messed our meds and put mine under my husbands and his under mine which then messed up the providers office since they got wrong meds in our profile that kept coming back. For our safety, we swiched pharmacies finally. Scary!

Rudest Staff of any store I have visited. No customer service skills and when you complain to management, I got the impression that they couldnt care less. Never shop there!

Horrible service. After years of trying over and over to allow them to right obvious wrongs, I finally give up. The lack of communication, lack of initiative, and lack of understanding is viral here. I need to pick up a Rx every 3 weeks. They tell me they will stock it, but never have it ready. Their automated refill program is as bad as asking for anything over the phone. Dont bother. Find somewhere else to fill RX, anywhere!
