When Im in their office I feel they are helping me hear better. I have never felt they were just fixing my problem. They effectively, efficiently and professionally help people hear.

I was diagnosed by an ENT as severely hard of hearing in left ear and moderately severe in the right ear. Jason adjusted a pair of aides to fix those problems and I can hear again. The staff is very courteous and Jason is the best. He is most patient working with you until you hear.One thing that really influenced me is the after sale care they give you. Most places I checked with charge a fee to do the same thing Miracle-Ear does for free.The device for hearing the TV again was worth the visit.I found out just how LOUD my household family is. LOL

I have been working with them for a year. I give them a 5 star rating for they have taken care of me like I am family. Every time I have a question or what I think is a problem, they are right there to fix it. They also share many tips to make my hearing experience better. I can not say enough about how happy with my hearing aids.

I always receive prompt attention and great service. Jason is professional, respectful, courteous, and attentive. I had another brand of hearing aids before, but the product nor the service came close to what I have experienced with Miracle-Ear. One of the aspects I particularly like is that during the hearing test, the tester actually talks and listens to what I say and responds. The tester from the other company never talked to me during the test and, therefore, never truly understood all aspects of my hearing issue. So thankful that I started with Miracle-Ear!

I travel a lot around the country and wanted a hearing aid provider that I could go to in any state, if I had a problem. It turned out that Miracle Ear was a perfect fit for me with that situation. I found Jasons operation on the internet and called to make an appointment. Jason and his staff were very helpful and took the time I needed for them to answer all my questions about the hearing aids, what to expect from them, and how to take care of them. It took a couple of appointments to get them set correctly for me. I think it was due to me having them for the first time. But Jason always made time for me to come in, because of my time frame leaving the state again. I would say he went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend him to anyone that needed to have hearing aids.

Took my Mother in for a hearing test and ended up purchasing hearing aids. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My Mother is 88. They took their time with her and had so much patience with her also. I highly recommend them.

My mom who is 92 years old introduced me to Miracle Ear. She is a firm believer that service after the sale is important. Now, we both are Miracle Ear customers. We like the fact that Miracle Ear comes to us in Troy. Jason is the one we usually see and he is kind and patient especially withmy mom, who is a talker. He replaces the tubes and cleans them whenever she needs it. The quality of the hearing devices is outstanding and having someone who really cares makes all the difference in the initial purchase. Mama talks to the people in the waiting room and assures them they have come to the best place for help with their hearing.

The staff at Miracle Ear are great! They gave me an exceptionally thorough analysis of my hearing, and then showed me some of the options that would improve the areas where I was having trouble. My only regret is that I waited so long to reach out for hearing loss assistance.Id been in denial about my hearing loss for some time, but realized the time had come to get professional help when meetings seemed like I lived in the Tower of Babel. A friend recommended Miracle Ear, so I did some research, read reviews, and contacted Clarke White for an appointment. My Miracle Ear iRHYTHMs are nothing short of fantastic! Not only are they adjustable to a specific direction (front, back, sides, a combination, or 360), they allow me to stream, via Blue Tooth, from my television. They are also rechargeable.
