Seems alot like a decor store then a craft store. Also they werent kidding about Christmas in July here. Obviously its stocked to the rim in Christmas stuff. Hobby Lobby is definitely more corporate and more decor based than before. It shows.

Didnt have the PCB boards I needed, but had everything else. Get more electronic stuff and it would be 5. Otherwise nice staff, nice place. Open on Sunday between church service and it would be 6 stars.

Good crafts though prices can be a bit high. They need to implement a POS system or something instead of manually typing in prices. It would make things go by faster.

This place just gets better & better everyday. However, I am strongly disappointed that they did away with their 40% coupon & they no longer honor competitors coupons. My needs dont always coincide with the cycle of sales items for the week.

The store was soooo hot. Employees said corporate controlled the thermostat. I dont know where corporate is located, but here in south Al. Its hot and humid. Doesnt corporate know the longer someone stays in a store the more they will spend. Hey corporate, if not running air at least turn on fan!

Everyone was very helpful, and polite, found everything we were looking for without issue thanks to helpful staff, big discounts going on but was sad at inventory.

The store was slammed and I couldnt find anyone to help me find what I needed. The music was distracting, too. Folks are there to shop, not listen to a concert. The only reason I was there was to find a specific shade of yellow yarn and I dont want to ever have to return. This was during the summer and I still remember the unpleasant experience.

Pricy, customer service was awful, three items in particular I was looking for, one person never heard of it, the second said it was out of stock and the third didnt give a flip if they had had it or not, acted like it upset her to be bothered while she was on her phone.

Im obsessed with Hobby Lobby! Its a special haven that relaxes me as soon as I cross the threshold. Only complaint would be the manager handling what was obviously a business call involving a negative issue that shouldve been handled off the main floor. Otherwise, the associates are always friendly and eager to help!!

Organized, well stocked, nice people.

One of my favorite places! But I am not giving it 5 stars. On my last visit only 1 register was open. I was 5th in line while another 5 or 6 people walked up behind me. A manager (Bonnie) opened another register, but then randomly chose people to move to it. At least four of those people behind me ended up getting checked out before the folks in front of me were able to. We couldnt believe how ridiculous it was!

Clean and well maintained. Not as well stocked as advertised.

They framed a really big picture collage and omg they did a amazing job, they will definitely be framing some more stuff for me! Thank you for making this happen I love it ❤️

Wicked selection that will definitely trick you into thinking you can start 8 projects at once. Love their yarn selection and frames, but there are a lot of religious pieces. Great for holiday decorating and small do it yourself projects.

Main owner was very rude to my ten year old daughter who was a little over the soically distancing line on the ground. Dont know if he felt like because she was a kid he could talk to her however he wanted or what but he certainly would not have talked like that to an adult in such a manner. I was in shock so we quietly just checked out and got out of there. Mind you that was her first outing in 9 weeks. Dothans location is much more friendlier and will continue to shop there as opposed to enteprise location.

They are kind of limited on what and how they can order things but the store is clean and the staff is helpful.

This is my # 1 stop when passing through town. We just completely redid the wall color and decor in my step daughters room and she loves it.
