Out of town recently had truck trouble late night and had to stay in parking lot till next day. Pleasant experience considering problem. The over night crew police the lot and clean up for next day. Easy fix in morning, use facilities and on way back home.

Horrible service at the fabric department. They dont know how to cut fabric. It is always several inches short of what you asked for and what you pay for. And one lady is LAF! The MEN in the Sporting good department did a better job than the ladies do. The ladies need to be fired and replaced. At Waxahachie Walmart.

Visited the one in Ennis because i get my RXs there...their pharmacy has a friendly competent staff that usually has my meds ready to go..four stars mostly due to their meat dept....prices to high for the cuts they present...and their lengua prices ars RIDICULOUS!! what used to be around 10 to 12 dollars has soared to over 40...would like to know the reason for such a high price for a cut that mostly mexicans like myself buy...

A lot less crowded since covid, the money order machine is broken AGAIN.

So my dumb self trying to self check out on the phone with 2 kids at that dropped a 20 dollar bill in the damn conveyor belt. You could see it but couldnt get to it! The manager merissa and another employee were very helpful!! Great customer service!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

The Walmart in Ennis is poorly managed.We finished shopping and went up front to get checked out.There were only 2 lines open and each had 6 to 7 customers waiting to be checked out.After about 15 minutes one of the customers tried to contact the store manager. They finally opened a 3rd line.I dont do self check out. I dont get paid to check and sack my groceries.Walmart doesnt seem to care about its customers.My frozen goods were all becoming less frozen by the time I got to my car.At HEB they have enough people to serve their customers. I only go to Walmart because they carry some things HEB doesnt.

Your personnel had a bad attitude. First time there ask for help and older lady was there paying with a dog talking to two other ladies they were being help. I asked her could you help me mama she heard me and acted like I never said anything to her one of the ladies said she talking to you and she turned around fast and said that not my job. I think because I was a person of color. GOD bless her need help. Overall the people of color help me . GOD bless Wal-Mart

I bought 3 Desk top computers and only 2 of them worked. And they will not replace them ot give me my money back.

This was one of the nicer Walmarts Ive been to. Clean and well stocked. It was a pleasant surprise to not see a hundred miles long line at the check outs! In and out! Thanks to this store Manager for running a tight ship!

Going thru cashier checkout, an item i had did not have a bar code on it. Cashier (Jordan) set it aside. He gave me a total and I mentioned I still wanted the item ha sat to the side. Well, I cant ring it up. MeCan you go get another one or call for a helper or something? He said they dont do that. So I had to pay, get out of line, get one with a bar code and get back in line to pay for it.That is so lazy.

Went to the ennis TX Walmart get my oil change. Thought I would pick up a few groceries while I was waiting on my oil change. The oil change was really fast a lot faster than I have ever gotten at Walmarts before. Thanks for the speedy oil Change.

This Walmart as of many Walmarts is very hot in the front where you go to check yourself out at Walmart please turn down the air

Usually I would give a higher rating but the cash registers were all card only .I prefer using cash .I almost put the items down and walked out

This Walmart is setup to beautiful. The store is clean. It is not over flowing with long wait lines.

Never enough registers open. Never properly stocked. Hardly ever find what im looking for always have to go elsewhere or online. This walmartvis ALWAYS my last resort store.

Only a few people that work at walmart that are nice and friendly and offer to help you the rest of the people that work at walmart act like it kills them to help you or they just say this is not my department or I just started working here or just some off the wall b.s. and some of the prices are outrageously high.

Spent an hour there waiting for help in automotive. The help I got was a manager saying if its not on the app we dont carry it. Ok.... They have a large amount of in cabin filters but no one in the store can tell me what A/C filter is compatible for my car. No help at all. Maybe they need to hire people that know about cars.

Dropped by to take a leak and buy some commemorative Texas playing cards. Restrooms were clean and it served my needs. As a man, I walked around aimlessly trying to find my items without asking for help. This turned fruitless. In my desperate state I asked a young lady who directed me to the automotive section. This turned out to be false information, however it led to another woman who gave me correct direction to the self checkout. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the extra walking was good to stretch the legs before we got on the road.

Went to Ennis Walmart; the shelves were stocked & we actually found checker to check us out. When we needed help finding coffee the nice lady helped us out without hesitation. Way to go Ennis Walmart 👍

Good place to find everything you need for your home

I went in to the auto service center to get and oil change and tires rotated. This after I came here from Michigan where I had tires suspension etc checked at Discount Tire. When they were done 3 hours later they put in my receipt that the lugs were broke. They did not tell me to my face because I knew better.

Great, well arranged and well stocked,only problem is Im not a fan of self checkout.

The employees here are the worst. Clothing aisles were unorganized, and the employees were just standing around gossiping. Not to mention the food section. Omg....may not be the worse Walmart, but has to rank in the bottom. Parking lot had carts all over on the place and trash throughout the lot. Obviously, poor management.

Just bought an old pickup, brought it for an oil and air filter change. Gotta point out Junior because he showed me a clean air filter is on the truck rather than trying to sell me a new one I dont need! Thats a rare quality having an honest shop guy!!!

There were alot of people wearing masks. But some not. Now that Texas is open i am reluctant to go to Walmart. H.E.B has a mask mandate. I have to go where I feel safe. Which is sad because I like shopping at Walmart..

Staff was great when my 92y/o MIL wondered off causing a bit of chaos since she has Alzheimers & Dementia. They were looking inside & out for her with us & calling overhead. She was found & OK, but they were very helpful through it. Especially being out of towners it was a little scary.

Had to wait for almost an hour for someone to open locked perfume cabinet so I could buy a 35 dollar bottle of cologne!!! Then had to self checkout 165 dollars worth of groceries because not enough check stands open!!! Not a good shopping experience!!!

Would give this store 0 stars if i could. Waited for help at sporting goods counter for ten minutes. Finally a worker came and told me he would get someone to help me. After he was gone for another 5 minutes he came back and told me i would have to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come. All this while employees are standing around talking throughout the store. This place is a joke.

Not that many registers open I dont know why they have so many but the store was cleaning good and well-organized

The ennis, texas wm is ok but I am very sure that this stores bathroom is where covid 19 jumped species. there were at least 2 bats in the store. bats, as in the the flying mammal.

Produce area wasnt fully stocked. The blackberries I got were mostly bad; I havent had this problem at other Walmarts.This store had a lot of people and it was difficult to navigate. I couldnt find a lot of things on my list. I dont think Ill be returning.

Great Walmart. Its the one I prefer. Staff is always very friendly. It is clean and well stocked. I love to go there 24/7. We got a wonderful brisket there, with all the trimmings. It was at a very reasonable price, and great quality.!

Certain selections were very limited and staff was semi helpful. Meaning I asked 1 staff member a question and she was semi helpful with a side of not my problem/I dont care attitude. After walking around a bit I asked another staff member and he was very polite and helpful. Helped me find what I was looking for

Went to open the door for a mother and 2 children standing in the freezing snow. Apparently it was 5 minutes before they opened today. The lady sitting down doing nothing on the other side of the door went to screaming. I asked her if she seen the kids on the other side of the glass door in the snow. She then threatened me. I gave her an ear full. She ended up opening the doors 60 seconds later. If I didnt cuss her out she wouldve sat there on Facebook until 9 and made them poor children wait in the snow. Shame on that lady.

I went to get an oil change today. It took 10 minutes to get waited on. I asked how long and the attendant replied that there were 3 in front of me, so it would be an hour and a half. The last time I was first in line it took an hour and a half. I left and went down the street to Ennis Wheels and Tires. I pulled in was immediately waited on. The oil change was began immediately. The price was also $5 less. I will come back to Ennis Wheels and Tires from now on. Plus, I am more than a little bit unhappy that a Wal Mart exec tweeted that the congressman that announced that he would object to the election was a sore loser.

Does not have the best selection in each department. Pretty much what you expect from a wal mart but with fewer items than in bigger towns.

Made a special trip to the store because the app said it had the product I wanted in stock. it did not have it in stock and obviously had not since the last time someone fronted all the product.

The Customer Service is outstanding and they always have a variety to choose from. Walmart completive prices is the real reason I like to shop there. The pharmacy knows us by name and it makes your shopping experience appreciated.

Good store but when I went through self-checkout and started scanning my groceries, Chase quite literally dunked on me with clearly unwashed celery and shouted WORLDSTARRR on a Sunday morning. When I turned around and regained my composure, he had vanished and only a single celery leaf could be seen on the floor in front of me..... Nice produce section I guess.

Went to the Wal-Mart in Ennis found a great deal on a Galaxy 5A1 phone.

My dad bought a air conditioner and hes disabled and they wouldnt even help him carry it out or anything like that.i had to flag down a waxahachie police officer to help us get it in the car !! Thank you Mr officer, its officers like you that help us still believe in the idea of what a true officer is supposed to stand for today !!
