Me and my mom were talking and laughing and Mike would join in and have us laughing even more. Russell is just as funny and worked to get us a good price. Had a great experience looking at two of there diesel trucks used. Okay price but I wanted to haggle and get a lower price that worked for me. Not that it was out of my budget but just knew what I wanted to pay. Wasn’t willing to deal in a lower price at all. Told me they had 7 people waiting to buy which obviously wasn’t true. This was on a Friday and come the following Tuesday they lower the price online $1100 and I sent them a request for lower price and proceeded to tell me they can’t lower the price than what the internet shows plus expensive tint for 499.99 and Bedliner 699.99. Sorry y’all couldn’t work out a deal for me. Thanks and god bless.

They will not make the repairs because it is after 30 days but before my first actual scheduled payment. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to any loved one of mine.

Went in to find out some information on pricing and rebates on Dodge Ram trucks. This was the third dealership I had visited. The first two dealerships did not leave a good taste in my mouth, either pushy or just ludicrously incompetent on the rebates that were available. I was greeted by Alex who was a very open friendly person from the start (even though he is a Eagles fan dont hold that against him). We worked my trade and I was shown and taken on a test drive of several trucks. The whole process took a few hours, but and here is the real difference with this dealership, they were a genuinely fun two hours. The gentleman who shepherded the deal through the process was honest, and trustworthy. I never once felt like he was being evasive dishonest or any of the other adjectives typically related to car salesmen. I really in all honesty felt like they wanted my business and were willing to do exactly what it took to make it work. When I entered I told Alex what I could afford and what I wanted to pay, and they worked to make that happen, when the payments were a little high we talked it over and were able to find the common ground we needed. To be honest, this is the first dealership where I felt like I was a partner in the car buying experience, there was a genuine back and forth of information, and balancing of needs and desires. Well done Frank Kent, you made a customer for life.

Super easy experience with a friendly staff!

I have been to this service department previously for oil changes and didnt have any complaints. Today I took my vehicle in to have an issue looked at and it was a very different experience. When I walked in there were 2 women in the area. Neither greeted me but looked at each other to figure out something. Guessing whose turn it was. I dont know and it was very off putting. I stated what I was there for and expected to be checked in right then but no, instead, the other girl asked me if my car was locked and left. Once she came back then she began the check in process. When I was about this because it was very uncomfortable not knowing what was going on she told me they had to get the vin number first to enter in the computer before they could do anything else. This was completely opposite of my previous experiences and in my opinion totally unnecessary. But if they had at least greeted me, explained the process, and acted like they were happy to help, it would have made me feel much better. I had issues with this location during the buying process which is why I drove 1.5 hours to the Fort Worth location because the staff there is SO much better and know how to make you feel like your business is valued and appreciated. Luckily my issue was very minor and did not take long to fix. Will make think next time if I will make the longer drive to get a better experience...

I had been looking for a very specific car for a few years. When I was finally ready to buy I found one at this dealership online. It was one of a few in state.. The online price was about 400 above the estimated value according to the website it was on but I called and asked and they said they were willing to negotiate. I live about 3 hours away so I scheduled a visit just to see the car. I wasnt in a hurry and I work alot so I had to schedule the visit a week after the phone call. The salesman called me repeatedly asking me impatiently when I would be there as if I was on his time. Then when it was finally time to come down, I was just leaving home he calls me and states someone else is on the lot about to buy the car and I need to hurry now. Which clearly was a lie because that car had been on that website for several weeks before I even called. I really didnt appreciate such unprofessionalism and outright lying.My husband and I arrive. I always finance through my credit union. My loan officer noted the car priced above value according to their estimate guy. And asked they bring the price down or they couldnt finance. So the salesman brings out a paper listing the pricing on the car. I immediately notice it lists leather seats. The car has Dodge houndstooth cloth, NOT LEATHER . I argue this with the sales guy. This accounts for the price variance. He tells me they are the same thing. I know they are not. Nor are they priced the same. He actually gets aggravated and refused to budge on the price. Then he states their online prices are supposed to be set in stone and Hassel free. Despite the fact I was told on the phone they would negotiate. And the Despite the fact they were clearly being dishonest about features the car did not have to justify overpricing.I shouldnt have. But I go ahead and buy the car trying to overlook the red flags. Its program so its got a couple of flaws. That were listed in the sales paperwork. Get the car home. And remove the front plate and Theres a huge chunk of paint missing. Which wasnt disclosed. They covered with the damage with temp plates.Needless to say I will Never buy another car from this dealership. Ive been driving dodges for 20 years and have never dealt with so much nonsense to buy a car. The amount of childishness and dishonesty and The bratty salesman made for a terrible experience.

I guess we will see what happens got the truck had Saturday drove it less than 15 miles piece of bed liner plastic blew off while driving, parked it cause they was closed by then, power steering pump has major leak in my new concrete driveway and if I had known the bumper was banged up as bad as it was I wouldnt have gotten it, I am trying to keep business local so guess I see what happens

ZERO STARS!!!!!My boyfriend saw a price online of 51,900 on a truck so he inquired, called and spoke with two sales reps to make sure it was correct. They even emailed over the paperwork regarding it just to make sure. While he is on the phone with the manager they said it was a mistake and showed 53,700 on his end. My BF took a screen shot showing them it was indeed 51,900 online. Instead of making it right and choosing to honor what was said to him THREE TIMES and showed online. And on the paperwork they told him it was 53,700 they didn’t care they made a mistake and then had the audacity to ask him why he didn’t come in last week when he initially saw the price online and saying they would have honored it last week if he would have come in but they can’t honor it now. How does that work Frank Kent? I have never experienced such terrible and down right shady customer service. I understand people make mistakes but make it right. This is ridiculous. Even with it being cheaper at 53700 than other places we will take our business elsewhere that’s not shady and willing to own up to their mistakes rather than change the price online and say it never happened. Downright WRONG!!
