This place is amazing!!! They have a cleaning arsenal. Anyone can shop here. Even if you don’t have a business. I would recommend visiting the store and checking out what they have to help you clean. Oh they also rent carpet cleaners and other equipment.

On August 4, I ordered aCanon® PIXMA MG3620 Wireless All-in-One Photo Inkjet Printer. J & P didnt inform me until after I purchased the printer that there could be a delay in receiving the product from the manufacturer because of Covid. Frankly, I bought the printer from J & P because it was the lowest price. The printer was available from other sellers without delay. By August 23, I still had not received the printer. I emailed the owner and asked for a refund. I got it the next day

Placed an order for Clorox Disinfecting Spray on October 21,2020. Credit card posted the transaction October 22, 2020. As of yet I still have not received the items purchased, it has been 4 months since I ordered the items. I have sent an email previously to check the status of my order, still no response. Will be sending another email to cancel the order and refund my money.

Jenkins & Price (J&P) is a great company to work with. I can order product and get it delivered immediately for janitorial needs for my company. I have also purchased vacuums from them. They have good prices and are friendly. I cant imagine how tough it has been to get some products during this pandemic! I have ordered some products that were on back order and was told up front about the situation. Very pleased with the sales and service!

I get all of my cleaning and floor products from them. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. On the rare occasion they dont have what I need they do everything they can to get it in a timely fashion including, on more than one occasion, making a special trip out of town to pick it up. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I was going to use the website to place an order, Tina said, she would be glad to help me and give me all the stock numbers of the supplies I needed, she was very friendly and helpful. She placed my order and we will have it by next Tuesday. Four stars to you also Tina!!

I have made an online order to this company last June 2020. Now, it is January 2021 still I havent receive my order. I tried to reached out via email understanding the pandemic situation, I was told that it make take 10-12 weeks replied dated July 28, 2020. Unfortunately till now after 6months of waiting I still didn’t receive any of it. Trying to reach out the office again and hopefully will get my orders soon or will get a refund.

Its been a month or two havent received my order. No customer service only contact through email. And with that a expected ETA date when that date comes and goes no order. You have to contact them, they should have the decency to send out status to their customers. Giving them some type of relief. Letting them know they care and concern. Yes its a pandemic going on BUT also you have a lot of people/companies scamming money out of honest/good people too.

I have ordered from them several times. They have great customer service. I am actually waiting for something from them now.One item I purchased needed a prepay because of the covid situation, I was told in advance it could be a long time. The product was delivered as soon as they got it in stock.

COVID has certainly slowed the supply chain and has effected every business I am familiar with. Menus have been shortened, hours have been slashed, and doors have been closed. I understand the pressure the team at J&P has been working under and will continue to support this hometown business.

I placed an order for Lysol and other disinfectant sprays. Their website does not make any mention of these items being out of stock. Only after the order is placed and paid will it notify you that they are out of stock. They give you 24 hours to cancel your order: Please let us know within 24 hours if you would like us to cancel your order and payment information will be deleted from our system. However, when you call you receive a voicemail that instructs you that you can only cancel through email once you receive a confirmation email from them. I have yet to receive any confirmation. It has been three days and the payment already went through. All this could have been avoided if they were honest up front about their supply.

Jenkins and Price is where you need to go for all of your needs! Shop local for toilet paper and cleaning supplies or stock up on paper goods. They are so friendly and will help you get what you need at an affordable cost.

I placed an order for Lysol spray disinfectant on April 29th. Website showed that it was in stock...it wasnt. I received the standard email, about it being delayed, and only being able to cancel my order within 24 hours. They do NOT have the product, but they WILL charge your credit card without sending product. It has now been 1 1/2 months, and they want to keep my money indefinitely. Never ever has a company charge my CC before shipping!! Stay away! Would give them a zero if I could!

Buyer BewareAs all the reviews above say, this company advertised they had the items in stock, charged my credit card immediately, have no customer service by phone, and reply to everyone with not our fault. It is your fault that you charged my card without having the product, and without a date for shipping from your secret supplier. The pandemic is not your fault, but your devious business practices are. Nearly two months without communication, and all I ask for is my money back. They do not even earn 1 star

Made a purchase today, Sat, June 27, 2020, and after completion realized they did not have control over inventory, fulfillment nor shipping. I tried calling, but they are closed. I replied to the order confirmation email that was sent to me after the purchase, requesting a cancellation. Hopefully that will be enough to avoid being charged for products before their 24 hour no cancel no return expiration period from the moment their email is sent. I will update this review as this develops.

They charge up front for a product they dont have and have no idea when they plan to ever get. there are no updates available because they pass the blame to other companies. i have no product, no updates or money 5 weeks later. when they say there may be delays, they mean there will be delays. again since they say they pass off the order to manufactures they also pass off all responsibility too. better off saving your money than participating in this SCAM!!!!
