I was told I could return equipment to any United rentals location but after I did I received a call from a super annoyed sounding lady at the Enid, OK location saying that I was going to be charged a pick up fee and was pretty short on the phone. I think if there are fees they should be discussed up front and the rental and return should be for the customer convenience not the person renting it.

They were very deceptive. Told me a piece of equipment would be $300 After using the equipment and taking it back they charge me $495. Will not use them again. Charged me for the to run the piece of equipment that had to have in order to use it. Deceptive at best Charged me $180 for that
