Always good honest advice. I’ve gone in and left without a purchase because they said I didn’t need anything. They even stopped by my house after hours to help. Highly recommend.

They do a good job of analyzing your water to sell you chemicals, but forget trying to get any repair work done. Their scheduler is incompetent and their repair technicians don’t really seem to care. “We will get to you when we can” is their favorite line. It took 4 phone calls over 2 months just to get them to come look and diagnose the issue. Once they finally came out they said it was a heating element and a topside display. Since the time they diagnosed these issues, I had to call them to find out what was taking so long to get the repair complete…only to find out that 1 of the 2 parts was on back order. I told them that was fine and to just proceed with the repair they could complete - which was the heating element they had in stock…but again, the scheduler said “It’ll be about 3 weeks before we can fit you in.” Okay, that’s fine. Not surprisingly, though, they never showed and never called. That was months ago.

They always have the supplies I need and the customer service is great. Carl helped me understand my pool service needs. Dont hesitate to call them.

Scott and his family are very courteous and knowledgeable when I need help with my pool or hot tub. I have been going to Oakwood Pool & Spas since 2014 when I bought my spa and have had no problems. I bought my pool from another place and had problems with them, Scott helped me with pool and has since then. I’m so glad I have them to help me.

My wife and I searched for some time looking for a hot tub. We talked with many businesses and ended choosing Oakwood over several businesses who were closer to us. When we made our purchase there was a shortage of hot tubs due to the government shutting down private businesses over COVID-19. Most of the places we visited around Tulsa and Oklahoma City were charging a premium due to the high demand and shortage of spas. I called Oakwood and dealt with Scott. He was very accommodating and the prices he quoted me reflected his honesty. Everyone at the store we dealt with was terrific and they delivered/setup our hot tub to us even though we were quite a distance away. After speaking with several other dealers in the area, I cannot recommend Oakwood enough.

Wonderful customer service! They were very helpful and informative when helping us choose the right spa for our family. They delivered it toour backyard and stayed until it was fully filled and set-up to walk us through everything we needed to know to maintain it. They will definitely continue to get our business!

I now own my first pool, and there’s a lot to learn. Luckily, I have Oakwood Pool & Spa in my corner. They talk me through the results of my biweekly water test, educate me on tasks that I can save money on by doing myself, and never try to push the more expensive solutions. Oakwood staff is knowledgeable, polite, enjoyable to talk to, and has never told me to, “just google it.”

Oakwood Pool & Spas has always been very professional and helpful in opening and closing our pool as well as routine maintenance. I haven’t had a green pool in years. I take a pool sample in about every 2 weeks through the summer and they tell me what to add. They make keeping my pool beautiful very easy!

We just bought a pool. We have never owned one before so we have no idea what we’re doing. I went into Oakwood pools yesterday to get what I needed. I expected them to try to sell me a bunch of nonessential things like most places do. However, they did not do that! He was very nice, patient, answered all my questions and thorough. He naturally gathered up the cheapest products they had instead of trying to sell me the most expensive. Respect earned! These guys are my pool guys from now on. I didn’t expect anything less after all the good things I’ve heard about them. You won’t regret choosing Oakwood pools!

Lousy service after the sale. Had issues with a hot tub I purchased in April of 2014. I called them May of 2015 and was told I was on the list. After several phone calls and 3months later (August 5th) they finally fixed the spa. Dont waste your time. Scott is a good guy who cannot keep track of anything and his employees who are his family are rude and arrogant.Update to the response: the ticket should have been opened in May of 2015 small leak no worries at that time. June of 2015 it was June that I contacted the store due to the pump leaking more. All in all it was around the first of August before the spa was completely repaired. If you recall--- after the pump was replaced you or your son had to come back out to wire the tub in correctly,,, as it ran only on two speeds. Also my wife was arriving at the house on the initial repair when she met the technician at the drive he took off without saying a word to her. I know this was not Scott. I will say Scott is a Good hard working man unfortunately he is only as good as the people working for him. I fully believe that if I had not started calling a badgering the tub would not have been fixed when it was. I would love to business with this store I believe in local whenever possible. After poor communication and being treated very rude in the store I dont think that ll be back.

Very disappointing service. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come talk to me about grills. One employee greeted me very quickly and told me she didnt know much about the grills and asked if I could wait min. 2 other employees walked through the store and didnt acknowledge me. I waited while 2 other customers walked in and went to the counter and got help. I finally left after being the only one in the store. I was ready to buy today too.
