Nice wide aisles and very competitive prices. Their deli and grill is also top notch with good burgers and fresh cut fries. Everything tastes very fresh!!! Bathrooms were very clean. Many workers throughout the store all very willing to help. Brenda and Caitlin in the Family Pharmacy were also very friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience. Very Solid Five Stars!!

This is the second time prices were different when going up to the register. Some of the people give attitude for having to price check multiple prices for the same product. This time I had to make an extra trip b/c they overcharged. They are getting as bad as walmart on not charging prices in the p.o.s(point of sale) system.

Needed a Birthday/Valentine cake for Wife. Birthday #, well lets say big number, so, it was very important that the lettering of the birthday wish on the cake be flawlessly performed. I made a big deal over having it done well. I regret not getting the name of the person who did the lettering, but it was perfect. Very impressed with the skills and I hope this is also who made the cake as Im sure itll be delicious. My next visit, Ill get their name. Anyway, very high skills at Jumbos East side bakery strongly recommended.

How AWFUL. I have shopped at Jumbos East for 10 years. Jumbo employees and MANAGERS RECOGNIZE me as a TEACHER for ENID PUBLIC SCHOOLS. I wear my ID most times when I shop there. Yet, when I most need support, UPON THE DEATH OF MY HUSBAND, during COVID-19, they REFUSE my check to purchase basic necessities. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. They have absolutely NO COMPASSION in time of need. I could pay for my purchase. They wouldnt accept my check. I had misplaced my debit card during making funeral arrangements, while still providing TEACHING SERVICES. HIRE NEW MANAGERS! I could have lost credentials and certifications had I not been honest. What would you lose? A few bucks toward necessary items? JUMBOS East has NO COMPASSION. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fast, friendly, and hard working employees here for sure. They always make sure I have the help I need. Always available to help unload my groceries in my vehicle. Also provide excellent service to those that are disabled and need help get them off the shelf, unloading their baskets at check out and further by helping them load their items in their vehicle. Very handicap friendly here.

I had a salad for dinner with friends and it was perfect! My friends had burgers and they looked and smelt so yummy! This was a first for me but wont be the last!

Even though I do not live in the area, I visit Enid often on my way home. They offered quite a few great prices on meats and other staples. I stocked up on several items on sale and really got some great savings. The grocery store is older, but they still have a good layout.

This location is one of my big go toos for grocery shopping and most of the time I like this location; however the night time security the last time I went into this store at night yelling across the store I thought extremely disruptive and that gentleman extremely unprofessional. I DO NOT like going into a grocery store for ANY reason at ANYTIME and be disturbed by yelling from one end of a store to the other and literally causing a disgusting scene. I may or may not ever give this particular location my business again after that. That security guy needs a massive attitude readjustment though, and in the future if he accuses somebody of stealing, he had better make furnish proof to backup his claims and not make a yelling scene.

Its a good little grocery store. The other Jumbos is a lot better. But you can still get good stuff here and good deals.

I love jumbo Foods. Even though it is miles away from where I live, it is where I always do my grocery shopping. The selection is enormous, the prices are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great place to buy groceries in Enid, you cannot do better than jumbo.

Its as good as a grocery store can be at the moment. Dont expect to find any eggs.....

This location may not be as new a building and on the far East side of town; its still a great grocery store. A deli, cafe and sales each week make this good choice to stop by at. Associates have always been friendly and helpful.

I dont like it as much as the other Jumbos. I think. Idk which one this is. The one on Willow is the best. That is all.

Good store, but the morning chashier is rude and acts like she really doesnt want to do her job. She packed all my glass in one bag and broke them. Next day she was just plain rude to me. I will shop there but I refuse to go to the girls lane anymore, even if she is the only one open first thing in the morning.

I dont go to jumbos as often anymore but Ive always enjoyed it here, I love how the hot deli here has actual smoked ribs you can buy, I enjoy the good selection of hot deli items as well. They have fair prices, but I really enjoy that theyre open later than other gocery stores so I dont have to travel to Wal-Mart when its a few simple items, rather it be food or what not, I need.

There are two Jumbo Foods in Enid Oklahoma the one on Willow is the original the biggest and also the best this one is always full of nasty nasty people but I will give the teenagers that work there some credit they are always friendly and I always see them stocking and cleaning they do offer major brands and relatively fresh food

Theyve always been friendly..They are on the expensive side. Since they like to buy competitors, its more challenging to get the best price possible.I did go to Save a Lot for some specific items because Jumbos price on the same items was too expensive. I was not happy to hear, when the employees at Save a Lot began telling some of us who were checking out, about the buy out.The employees assured us Jumbo wasnt going to raise prices and agreed to do this and also agreed to keep the same vendors. What a lie.....mostly. Its not funny that those specific items I went out of my way tobuy are now too expensive to buy here either and that sucks..

They dont carry enough Cherry Dr Pepper. They ALWAYS run out. They only carry what will sell. If Im looking for certain ingredients I have to go to West side for them. Which means Ill go to Wal-Mart.
