I live in Houston and only trust Jackson’s Diamond Jewelers in Enid with my fine jewelry. When I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in a wedding band, Ryan tracked one down and worked on it so it was perfect. When said wedding band was damaged, it was repaired, no questions asked, at no charge. I recently had a bracelet sized, and the work was impeccable, quick, and reasonably priced.Because I can’t just swing by the shop to pick up and drop off items, some business has had to be done by mail. Jackson’s communication is always excellent and I’ve never had any trouble receiving my jewelry. Their customer service is the best out there. And that’s why I keep coming back and would recommend Jackson’s Diamond Jewelers to anyone who will listen.

When i was a young boy i saw my grandmothers vintage engagement ring and thought it was awesome. Obviously as a young boy engagement rings are not on the radar so it was a pretty impactful memory. Over four years since my grandmother passed and I inherited the ring I was ready to propose to my lovely fiance. Being military during covid made a fair share of problems getting the ring from my home state and seeing my, at the time, girl friend. Long story short within a single weekend I was able to get the ring (which had extensive wear and tear) reshaped, resized, and re-dipped. The end product literally brought tears to my eyes! Had 4 watches that needed batteries. Friendly service, and the staff is wonderful. $60 for 4 watch batteries, however and they had to order 3 in claiming they were a non standard size. First, I’m no jeweler, but I can’t see a Swiss Army watch that’s mass produced being hard to find a battery for and second, in my 3 years in Enid I have found that most people don’t carry much on the shelf. That’s $15 per watch. Had one done at Ediger’s (Wife has a lot of watches) and they charged me $5. In hindsight I would have amazon’ed My batteries in and done it myself, but again, the people are very friendly and mean to please.
