Great staff & service. I love CVS
This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here and will be changing pharmacies.
On Friday, A lady who I love and care about was wrongly accused of stealing. She was band from the store, of course she had no plans of returning after being wrongly accused. It is very sad because the manager definitely racially profiled her based on the color of her skin. I guarantee I would have never been treated with disrespect because of the color of my skin. She deserves an apology from the store manager. I will not spend my money there and will share this with all I know.
I was going there to use their ATM. I looked online and it said that they don’t close till 10 PM. When I got there they said that they were close and they had to be out of there by 10 if they are closed before 10 then they need to put it on Google because on two separate apps on my Chime app and Google it says that they close at 10 they need to fix that real quick
You are required to schedule a COVID test online. Uploading a photo of the insurance card was not possible. Too big of a file. Calling the pharmacy wasnt helpful. If you cant schedule on line you are out of luck.
Convenient place and had some good sales going on
I called ahead to confirm they could make copies of photos and told them how many i had to be copied. i brought them in and the clerk said no problem, the next day i received a voice mail from the store manager telling me to come and get the photos and take them elsewhere, they dont have payroll or manpower to make copies!! I will not ever return to this store
The worker named Anita was extremely rude and temperamental with us. All in all not a good experience
HORRIBLE customer service. The reward coupons are for select items but they never tell you exactly WHAT items so Ive spent an hour trying to find what I can use a coupon on and the people working there never know! Almost every time ive gone there I found a sale item that doesnt ring up or they claim was in the wrong place. Stayed gone for a LONG time because of their horrible service and went back the other day to find a clearance deal and the product matched the tag so I take it up there and they say its not on sale... SO I show them the tag and they say that was for another item like it and that item is gone. They also couldnt show me where the item I got would go on the shelf so I know they were lying. Sick of this place and not returning!
I can find needed products here and less expensive than Walgreens. Coupons are helpful too.
This is a top-notch first-rate pharmacy. I always enjoy going to CVS. Plus I have great respect for their organization, because they voluntarily decided to stop selling cigarettes, which was a very huge portion of their earnings. But they said they simply couldnt justify selling something that would cause harm to their customers. You have to learn people like that, and give them your business.
Stella the manager is very rude and needs to learn customer service.
Honestly the pharmacy people are slow and rude, I stood there for 20 min just to be told I had to make my question quick because they closed soon. I watched one person on the phone for 20 minutes talking and the other take 20 minutes to type stuff in a computer that shouldve been done a lot faster. I swear you will die from what ever you have before they will get you the medicine you need.
The people are very sweet but trying to get through the automated system to talk an actual human being almost impossible!!! It hung up on me several times and I got mad and started pressing zero a bunch of times and screaming pharmacist at the phone till it finally put me through and i got to speak to someone. There should be an option to bypass the automated system to speak to someone directly. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
No way to do business. Several texts blowing up our phones MONTHS early on refills, yet when you call one in, you still have to physically walk in the store and hold a pharmacist’s hand to get a script filled. Waste of time. Plenty of other competent competitors out there to put yourself though this hassle.
Awful customer service in the pharmacy. Very rude people. I recommend Walgreens not CVS!
No longer 24 hours. BAD move. Some of us work nights and cant get to a pharmacy during the day. Had a script I much needed called in and went to pick it up at night and the pharmacy was shut down... I had to suffer for hours without my prescribed pain medicine. Thanks for nothing!
Employees IQ average in the upper 70s. Problem solving skills are none. Ability to process simple tasks are rated slightly higher at extremely poor.
Took 11 hours and three trips to the drive thru and STILL doesn’t have my two prescriptions filled nor my sons ONE medications. Told us to come back in thirty minutes the first time, then twenty minutes the second time. Two antibiotics and one steroid. That’s it.Hands down the WORST pharmacy in Enid or anywhere I’ve ever used a pharmacy. This happens all of the time here but our insurance prefers this pharmacy so we don’t have a better choice.
Terrible store employees always seem like they hate their lives by just being here, former employee myself and i can say its because of management. the manager is rude unresponsive and absolutely just their to make an easy check. assistant store manager thinks everyone is a thief and harasses customers if not busy watching shows on his phone. the way they treat their customers is unforgivable and im glad i left there. i will refuse to work at CVS pharmacy ever again.
Pharmacy wont let my husband pickup my prescription even though he has before in the past. After calling customer service, i was given info that each pharmacy is at its own discretion to let spouses pickup prescriptions that are considered controlled substances. This store is just saying no this time for my husband to pickup, just for the hell of it like I am some type of prescription drug abuser. All my prescriptions come from the same doctor, this is only my second refill, and I just had heart surgery. I cant find my drivers license to pickup my prescription and cant take my four kids post surgery alone to get a new license. Get rid of the old ladies on a power trip and use prejudice to decide when they will or wont let spouses pickup prescriptions. And hire pharmacists that care about your customers.
I had to give a star to post my review but they dont deserve even that!!!! It was the most awful experience I have ever had in a store!!! If u can go to Walgreens or any where else to get what u need do it! The CVS on the corner of Owen K and VanBuren in Enid okla is the worse place to go! Very rude hateful people that lie and starttalkingt for no reason at all I almost had to go to the hospital cuz of the big colored guy and the short big blonde that was at the counter I have heart problems and and them two I guess where bored and had nothing else to do . it was so awful them two should be fired and Im talking to my lawyer first thing in the morning.
Slow, and unpredictable.Sub human competence. No sense of responsibility or duty to the public.
They need more people working in the pharmacy. It takes two days to fill a prescription. That is way too slow in my opinion. I will be taking my business to Walgreens from now on. I see CVS going out of business soon very poor management in the higher offices to have cut personnel like they have. The very high management should not make the bonus like they do. Use the bonus toHire more people. But they are gready and that is why there is piss poor service at CVS.
The Manager Mellisa African-American woman accused me of using make up while trying to return it, she argued with me and got in my face to the point where her store manager told her to go to the back, she didn’t do as her store manager told her to instead she crossed her arms pointed her finger at me and started talking smack in front of my three-year-old son, so I took a picture of her so I could show corporate who she was because she was very very unprofessional and very very rude and she videotaped me while I was talking to her store manager. Never in my life have I been so miss treated by anyone who worked at a place of business. My three-year-old son was very scared because she was in my face and making jabs at me that we’re unappropriate and my son thought she was going to hurt me.
Called the store and asked if there was any way to purchase Pedialyte thru the drive thru. Explained to the girl on the phone that I had 3 kids with the stomach bug (2infants) and didnt really want to take them in the store also because it was cold and raining. The lady said that would be fine so I went ahead to the drive thru and the pharmacy employees said that.. That was not going to happen. I explain the whole situation while one of my kids was in the back throwing up and still... They werent able to help me out. After almost two hours of trying to get my kids out and in the car and the store for just Pedialyte we got home. I dont know anyone in Enid and husband works out of town and felt frustrated that no CVS employee was willing to help out. Thank you.
They refuse to fill a prescription that my doctor Called in Himself
Good clean facilities good staff great selection prices are too high though but very convenient
ZERO STARS (if I could) for this store and company. They had an online coupon I couldnt find so I went in the store to ask for assistance. The cashier Yolanda wasnt helpful at all and reluctantly called her manager Stella, who told me there was nothing she could do to help me and started checking out other customers. It was a bad experience, and very poor service. Later that day I called corporate and found out how dishonest the company as a whole really is. After arguing with six different agents who told me there was no such coupon or I had to buy the product online, (which just wasnt true) or basically telling me I was crazy. The floor manager finally admitted that the coupon had been removed, that she was putting the coupon amount on my account, and that I wasnt the first one who had called about it. Meanwhile Im still waiting for the money to magically appear in my account. Walgreens which is right across the corner, where theyve been, before Cvs came into town would never treat their customers like this, end of story.
More expensive like these chain drugstores are, but I found what I needed. Very slow service.
I always feel unwelcome when I shop here. Im not sure if its due to usually having to hunt down an employee to check me out or their grumpy I hate my job attitudes while ringing me up. Thankfully, theres a Walgreens across the street.
Unorganized, never have the medication in stock for your prescription to be filled, takes days to receive prescription(s). Rude and unfriendly service.
Pharmacy deserves zero stars. I give two stars because the rest of the store is ok.
Not a bad pharmacy to go to
Very frustrated ..... cannot get my prescriptions refilled.
Good place
Reviews tell it all.
